I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.

Nicole Martin and the team at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet did an outstanding job helping me and my wife get into a new truck. I was previously stuck in a high-interest loan, and Nicole worked hard to help us get out of that situation and into a brand new truck with a great warranty and a much better interest rate. Throughout the entire process, Nicole and the team were very attentive to our needs and what we were trying to accomplish financially. My wife and I were going back and forth on FaceTime trying to decide exactly what we wanted, and they were incredibly patient, personable, and never made us feel rushed while we figured everything out. I also had to come in after work, and the team was willing to stay late to get everything finalized and make sure I was able to drive the truck home the same day, which I really appreciated. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel stressful, but they made the experience smooth, professional, and comfortable from start to finish. First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.
