I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. inquired about used car online. was informed an employee was considering it for his daughter. was later informed employee did in fact buy the car. It was a fun inquiry. I bought a similar car from a private individual later that same day. the online salesman was very professional and polite. I have bought from Reeder before. They have good quality used cars.
Used car needed to be checked out. 21 point inspection found leaking motor sports and oil pan gasket. Asst Svc Mgr contact extended warranty company on my behalf and found these to be covered. I approved repairs and Asst Svce Mgr obtained payment on my behalf.
I had brake system inspected and it was determined that master cylinder needed to be replaced. Asst Svc Mgr again contacted extended warranty company and obtained coverage/payment.

The very best car sales experience I have ever had, and at age 70, I've purchased many cars. Darrell Robinette, the sales manager, was the first person I contacted as the car was advertised on the internet and I live in Texas. Darrell gave me very accurate and detailed information about the car and then referred me to his sales associate, Bill Francis. Bill Francis did every single thing anyone could want when it comes to a professional sales person. He stayed in touch with me and my wife, pretty much on a daily basis, as we went through the process of purchasing the car. He was always available and helped through the sometimes frustrating maze of paper work when buying a vehicle from out of state. Bill made sure all the correct forms (there are a lot of them) were filled out and when we brought them to our local DMV, there were no problems. Thanks also to Sara McGill who assisted Bill with the paperwork. We love the car we purchased from Rice Buick GMC but it's even more special because of the wonderful people that work at that dealership.
I have traded and bought several cars in my lifetime with varying experiences with sales people but my experience with Anthony and Mark was far beyond anything I have dealt with in the past. I have never seen two guys work so hard to get me into a nice used vehicle. In my opinion, Anthony and Mark went far far beyond the making sure I was taken care of. I could go on all day about their determination but in a nutshell--these guys were 3 levels above "awesome."
Go see Jeremy he's awesome very friendly and super helpful. Before I went to see them I had been Internet shopping found 2 cars I wanted to test drive on their lot and decided to go in. When I pulled in, there was no sales person pressure at all, they let me walk around and look until I was ready. When I was ready Jeremy took care of me all the way he's a really cool guy and so easy to talk to. The other LA Auto employees are also really nice and easy to talk to, I even met the owner sweet man. I definitely recommend this place in Morristown Tn. There even better than the dealerships out here which I got so pressured and almost convinced into buying a car I didn't even like ugh... I love my Nissan Juke 2011 that I picked out and like oh, I even asked Jeremy to show me the car fax and he did. Lol I always wanted to say that.

Exceptional buying experience. Roger Williams was my sales contact. Very professional, NEVER pushy like so many sales I've experienced elsewhere. He was always willing to pause and answer any question and made sure every question was thoroughly addressed. If he did not have an answer, he never bluffed. He found someone who could confidently provide the answer. All staff was positive, friendly, helpful. Roger is especially upbeat, optomestic, and sincerely intrested, not in just the sale, but the whole family as well. He took time to visit with every child in the family and answer their questions as well. This was truly a remarkable buying experience.
This review has been a long time coming. I have bought 3 vehicles from Steve he has always been a great person to work with and has made the vehicle purchase a relaxed with no pressure purchase. My first vehicle was a nice truck and my credit wasn't the greatest. I kept it for a year and again traded it in for something more to fit my wants. I held on to this vehicle as well and made sure to make the payment on time as laid out by the financing Steve found for me. Less than 2 years later I just bought a dream truck from Steve and am still in aaaw of this purchase. I was sure to make my payments on all my previous purchases and have ended up with A1 credit scoring . I did many other things to help my credit but I feel it is also due to my purchases with Steve, I went from a 2006 Titan to a 2007 Silverado and am now in a 2015 Silverado loaded with every option. This truck is the nicest vehicle I have ever owned and I get compliments daily on it. I will tell anyone you are buying a used vehicle so don't complain if you find issues and needed repairs. I feel Steve and the crew try their best to get quality vehicles on their lot and strive to be a great place to purchase cars. I will say the newer they are the less issues you will find so be real. I thank you Steve for being there to help me grow in vehicles your patience and desire to be a service is great. What I love the most is the no pressure attitude , to anyone looking for a place to get a used car I highly recommend Steve. Just afterward don't get on here and complain on this and that problem, you are buying used be real. I by the warranty and if your vehicle qualify's I advise to do so as well. You get em with new cars so why not used ? I sum this up with thank you Steve and I will one day hope to bring my son for his first car to you.
