Bayshore Automotive review
Bayshore Automotive is the most exceptional full service dealership in Florida. I recently purchased a Toyota Tundra as a tribute to my late Brother. I had a concept in mind and they knocked it out of the park. They worked with me every step of the way to ensure my satisfaction. I know I couldn't have found a better company to partner with to honor my late brother. They take a tremendous amount of pride in creating amazing vehicles. Thank you, thank you, Thank you to Mr. Darren and Kevin! God bless you for what you have given to our family.

This time was no different the whole process was smooth and hassle free. I definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a car. It’s always nice doing business with someone you can trust. 2026 Chevrolet Suburban review
I recently purchased the 2026 Chevrolet Suburban Premier, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The vehicle offers a perfect mix of power, luxury, and practicality. The updated design feels both bold and refined, and the interior comfort is next-level — from the premium leather seats to the incredibly quiet cabin. On the road, the ride is smooth and confident. The V8 engine delivers plenty of power for highway driving and towing, while the suspension makes it easy to handle despite its size. The new tech features are also impressive — the large infotainment display, wireless connectivity, and advanced safety systems really elevate the driving experience. Overall, the 2026 Suburban Premier feels like a true full-size luxury SUV that’s built for families, road trips, and anyone who appreciates comfort and performance. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliability, space, and a touch of elegance in a powerful SUV.

Javier was transparent, kind and efficient. Will honored a $1000 drop in price that occurred the evening prior to my arrival in Tampa. Randy was very professional and knowledgeable about the financial part of the sale. I’d consider making the trip from South Carolina to Tampa for my next truck. The whole team was smiling, helping one another with their potential clients, and didn’t hear anyone speak negatively about how their day was going. Seems like the team worked well together and the culture was like a family. Keep it up CarHeroes!

Ferman Mazda Of Brandon review
I recently had an outstanding experience at the Ferman Mazda dealership of Brandon and wanted to highlight the exceptional service I received. Katisha, my sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect vehicle. Kenneth L., the financial manager, was equally impressive. He made the financing process straightforward and transparent, ensuring I understood all my options. His professionalism and willingness to answer my questions made me feel confident in my choices. The overall management of the dealership was apparent, even though I didn’t catch the manager's name. The team worked seamlessly together, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my car-buying experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this Ferman Mazda dealership of Brandon to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you, Katisha and Kenneth, for your exceptional service!

Jaguar Land Rover Lakeland review
My wife and I, just have the opportunity to deal with the dealership. Jaguar Land Rover at Lakeland Fl. We want to share the experience because after many years negotiating with dealers, this experience was the BEST, from the moment we contacted the sales person CHANCE RUSSEL, negotiated the vehicle with the sales Manager, BRYAN MILLER closing the deal with the finance Department, everything was very FEAR, CLEAR and PROFESSIONAL .... Please keep it up...WE LOVE OUR BRONCO RAPTOR Excellent customer care, we will refer all our friends, and Family members next time they need a new car. "THANKS JAGUAR LANDROVER" John and Fanny
2022 Chevrolet Suburban review
Ordered a 2022 Chevy Suburban LT 4x4 with the Diesel Engine. Absolutely love it. Great power/performance, and we're getting 20-30 MPG. Average for the first 3,200 miles has been over 27MPG. Drove from Michigan to Florida and back and the diesel eats up the mountains. On the flat part of Florida 2 lane highway we managed over 30mpg. Extremely comfortable, plenty of space, and nice safety features too. Great ride and handling. If you need a big vehicle the Suburban with the Diesel is your best option.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new 2026 Trailblazer ACTIV. From start to finish, everyone at the dealership treated me with professionalism and respect. Joseph was especially outstanding—he was knowledgeable, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found the right SUV and had a smooth buying experience. He answered all of my questions, made the process stress-free, and made me feel valued as a customer. I couldn’t be happier with both my new Trailblazer ACTIV and the exceptional service I received. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Joseph to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Austin Jenkins went over and beyond to get me in a vehicle! The communication was excellent from start to finish. He kept me updated with a timeline every step of the way and got me into a brand new 2026 vehicle. I highly recommend Austin for your next car purchase — you are the GOAT, Austin!! If I could give 10 stars, you definitely deserve it. Thank you again, Austin!!!”
2025 Chevrolet Suburban review
OK, so I have owned 2 previous suburbans (2002 & 2013), so the 25 is an amazing upgrade to both of these! First of all, we do a lot of highway miles and the ride is simply amazing! It rides more like a luxury sedan than a truck. Since this is our primary vacation vehicle, we were careful to order 18 inch wheels, as they have a much smoother ride versus the larger ones. I also love all of the new cameras, which is a big help in tight situations. Also, the adaptive cruise control and lane assist make long road trips easier and safer as well. I also love the new exterior design features, particularly the front grill and the aerodynamic wings on either side of the rear window. I'm a bit surprised that those small design features have really updated and enhanced the look so much. The only real disappointment, so far, is the owners manual was really poorly done. Information is difficult to find, nonexistent and they even neglected to put in the required scheduled maintenance requirements (what were they thinking?). Overall, our first impressions on this vehicle have been superb and I would definitely recommend it to others who need a large family/vacation vehicle!

2023 Chevrolet Suburban review
Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

CarMax Raleigh review
Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! Finally, I know I will come in buy my own used car in the future when my Honda Fit finally gives out. Thanks again, Carmax!

CarMax Ft. Myers review
Just bought a new car today at Car Max, and actually traded in my car that I previously bought from Car Max 2 years ago. I worked with Nick, who was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I had talked to him yesterday while getting my car appraised and when we tried to set an appointment for me to come back to look at a car, we realized we worked almost the exact same hours. Nick so kindly offered to stay late so I could come at a time convenient to me. He did everything he could to make my experience as great as it could be, and he truly did an awesome job! He even ended up staying 3 hours after his shift was supposed to end, but he was so cheerful, you never would have known! Anyone looking for a car, definitely see Nick @ Car Max! He's not "just another car salesman" .. he's honest and helpful and gives great customer service!
2021 Chevrolet Suburban review
This is my 3 rd suburban in 20 years. Still have the 2002 model. I purchased a2021 SRT trim line. It is very well appointed vehicle with all the creature comforts one would need. Seats are my only gripe for a 6 ft 2 inch 230 lb driver. Seat bottom is short, not supporting entire thigh, firm and not plush, narrow back and seat. I have bot driven more than 500 miles in 4 weeks since I got it.
