Honest dealer with no games. Trade in value over the phone and agreed advertised price was good. Drove over 6 hours to complete the buying process. Saved $3000 on trade value compared to my local dealer who I have purchased a truck twice from and over $8500 on new truck price. Less then 2 hours to complete everything. Thanks

Serra Honda O'FallonReviews
Serra Honda O'Fallon review
I still have a few things to tie up with them, but so far I will give a 4 star. The wait time when I first got there and the detailing wasn't as good as I'd have liked. As far as the salesman and financing they were professional, helpful, and had wonderful bed side manners. They did an excellent job. The pricing on the used vehicle I purchased was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
2019 Chevrolet Traverse review
I recently purchased my Traverse. I love it! It all the features I wanted. Comfortable especially on my lower back, the ride is so smooth it didn't feel like I was driving and roomy great SUV for a large family

Mathis Motors LLCReviews
Mathis Motors LLC review
My experience was outstanding with Mathis Motors and their sales team. The salesman Jacob was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. He responded nearly immediately and was able to work the deal in the moment. We were able to set it all up in 30 minutes or less. The SUV is exactly as described and was cleaner than any used vehicle and most new vehicles I’ve ever bought. I appreciate all they did. I would and will give them my business again.

Lexus of Naperville review
Amazing experience at Lexus of Naperville! From the moment we walked in, we could tell there was a difference- And the difference is they don’t work on commission and the price is what it is. They were very transparent with everything about the used car that we purchased and were not pushy at all at any point during the process. Would highly recommend!

This car meets my needs. It is small enough to maneuver easily but has plenty of cab room... Enough to carry 4 sets of golf clubs and ladies anywhere we want to golf!

BMW of Peoria review
This was by far my best buying experience ever at dealer. I was looking at a used BMW they had and I lived three hours away. From the initial contact with Justin Snead, they went above and beyond! I had some very specific asks about some mechanical points and conditions of the car and Justin and his sales manager Alex exceeded my expectations by phone calls, photos, text’s and videos. This team treated me like I was buying a new $100K car not a used one! When I got there, the car was even better than described and the whole BMW team was welcoming and glad we were there.

Leman's Chevy CityReviews
Leman's Chevy City review
I cannot express how much I appreciate Sam Lemans Chevy City associates, and salesman Thomas Beutow for a positive experience every time I drive in the lot. This will be the 5th car I have bought from them and will continue my business with them. Got a great deal, traded in my other car for a fair price, and Tom answered all my questions honestly, quickly, and professionally. I enjoyed my experience there and drove off in my new car with a smile on my face!! I will be returning again! Thanks again, Sam Leman Chevy City.
2019 Chevrolet Traverse review
I bought the Traverse used, and I couldn’t be happier with this Chevrolet! The gas mileage is great for such a big vehicle! It’s smooth and Quiet, and does long distances very well! We went from Atlanta to Houston and got 29 mpg average combined driving! On some Texas roads it still rides a bit like a truck when sleeping in back, but so smooth and quiet when roads are not broken up!

Manito Auto SalesReviews
Manito Auto Sales review
This was our first time buying from a dealership, and Brody absolutely made this an A experience! From the first interaction to the last, he approached everything with our needs in mind, and really proved that customer satisfaction is his priority. He accommodated our odd schedule and was open to meeting us outside of regular hours to look at a car we saw online. We drove from Bloomington-Normal and he had the car warmed up for us, waiting for the test drive. There was never any moment that he was pushy for a sale or trying to sell us something we didn’t want. Needless to say - we fell in love with the car, and definitely were impressed by Brody and his dedication to his business and customer service. When we came back the next day to pick up the car it was dark and pouring rain - we pulled up and Brody was installing new wipers on it for us! Memorable customer service is about doing the little things for your customers - and supporting this small business will be something we do again when the time comes. Thank you Brody for your kindness, and we’ll be spreading the word!
