Nice car with a smooth drive, interior and some items could be improved when talking about a Premier version, as the back seat of drivers side does not lift for a 3 row passenger to get in. The one I bought unfortunately the rear camera and parking system was not working after a week, which I took to dealership for a warranty review, a new system was ordered, but so far it has not arrived yet after almost a month after and I still not have a date to when it will be fixed.

Took my car there for a new tire; as always Toni provides the best customer service,she is always so pleasant.

What a nice smooth ride the Traverse gives you. Looks good, sounds good and has enough power to pull what I need. The look and technology are awesome. Be careful when you first drive it, it’s smooth enough to get you a ticket. If you’re thinking of an Explorer, go drive the 2 and 10 out of 10 times you’ll pick the Traverse.

I drove a 2011 Chevrolet Travers and in 2018 decided I wanted a car. Sooo I figured I’d trade it in and what a mistake that was my family then grew again and we are very much needing to up size again. My Traverse rode very good. I had lots of people tell me how much they loved the room that a Traverse offered I also liked that. The ride was very smooth and just very much comfortable. So I’d like to go back to a Traverse and stick with it. I’m retired and ready to travel some. So I’d like to go in comfort.

Recently took my 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EV in for State Inspection. I think that all that they had to do was to pull the wheels and check the brakes - no emissions tests on EV's. Armen did the job in a little over an hour, so I was able to drive to work that afternoon - we only have one car.

I came in for an oil change and a repair. They told me the repair was not really necessary, just a bent clamp fixed the problem, so I wasn’t charged for it. This department has earned my trust repeatedly.

Omg I don’t know where to start! I came in knowing that or thought that I was not going to be able to get a car because of my credit. How about I let with the exact color and model and it’s fully loaded couldn’t have be happier. I had to leave the best for last Tom is the man he is funny but about his business. I took my 2025 Chevy ZR2 for first maintenance on 2-16-26 at Hessert Chevy at 6301 Roosevelt Blvd in Philadelphia. The service was excellent the staff were friendly and they had a nice sitting area where they had a coffee bar. Very impressed with this dealership..
