I am 300 miles north of this dealership...I spotted the Silverado I wanted on their website....about 20 minutes later the bottom line deal was done. Lindsey..Casey...James C..and Jeremiah were great and very knowing of their vehicles. Dave O. delivered it....this was actually a somewhat fun experience....I read about John Hiester in a few articles and watched some videos. He has delivered on his word !
Casey King is AMAZING!! Not only did she help me but she turly went above and beyond all she did for me 2day, had to bring my baby in that I bought from y’all for some services and Casey was there to help and make everything a smooth process for me! She even got me something fun to “play” in while waiting for my baby to be fixed she tried find out everything possible to save me some money and was just truly an awesome and AMAZING woman!! Will be working with her from now on for any needs I have!

Was easy to get an appointment even after Hurricane Jolene. Welcomed, listened to by Ms. Marsha Honeycutt and picked up where I was informed of the issue, part ordered and she stated she would call when part is in. Great experience
Having more trouble with the car than expected. I feel that I paid too much for the car to realize the problems I have experienced with ownership. Every time, I get my car serviced, technicians inflate my tires to 32psi. My car requires 35psi according to the label in the door. I have expressed this issue twice to maintenance, but unless I remind them they fill the car to 32psi. Nothing personal to the dealership or it's personnel, but I am really dissatisfied with the vehicle and the customer service I have received. My mother always said, "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything". This advice has not been working for me concerning this vehicle and the dealership. Usually, I do not respond or give excellent marks on these surveys, but my experience with this vehicle and dealership is absolutely frustrating. I have been a faithful GM customer for my last 5 new vehicle purchases. I am afraid, I will start considering foreign cars in future vehicle purchase decisions and would get rid of the XTS tomorrow if I could without further loss.
I was recently looking for a new car and was really dreading the whole experience but I have to say that Ray Mabe at Classics Ford in Smithfield made the experience so smooth and effortless! He was knowledgeable and treated us with respect I would definitely purchase another car from him !
Took my Navigator L in for some brake service and dealt with Doug in the service department. He was responsive and helpful. Did have one issue with the work, but Doug worked to resolve the issue quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.
I had a really good experience at Reed-Lallier Chevy. Octavia and I actually spent about 20 minutes trying to find the vehicle I wanted.I wasn???t pressured after my initial visit. I had time to weigh my options without being pressured. When I decided to purchase Octavia and Emmanuel addressed all of my concerns and made sure I was good before moving to financing. Emmanuel was very transparent through the process taking a lot of stress out of the car buying experience. David was helpful taking the time to provide additional information I requested.
Thank you to Coach and the sales staff at Deacon Jones Autopark. Went to test drive a car on the lot and wasn't really expecting to make a purchase. But the staff really wanted to help us and they were willing to negotiate. We feel we got a great price for the car we purchased and this makes 8 cars we have purchased from Deacon Jones since 1999.
