Nice car with a smooth drive, interior and some items could be improved when talking about a Premier version, as the back seat of drivers side does not lift for a 3 row passenger to get in. The one I bought unfortunately the rear camera and parking system was not working after a week, which I took to dealership for a warranty review, a new system was ordered, but so far it has not arrived yet after almost a month after and I still not have a date to when it will be fixed.

Excellent service and advise! Work was performed on time. Service advisor Stephen McAnally was very informative on service needed and done. He also asked if I needed shuttle service and provided promptly, so I did not miss important meeting at work. He also provided details on a tire sale, that I need for my vehicle. What a nice smooth ride the Traverse gives you. Looks good, sounds good and has enough power to pull what I need. The look and technology are awesome. Be careful when you first drive it, it’s smooth enough to get you a ticket. If you’re thinking of an Explorer, go drive the 2 and 10 out of 10 times you’ll pick the Traverse.

I drove a 2011 Chevrolet Travers and in 2018 decided I wanted a car. Sooo I figured I’d trade it in and what a mistake that was my family then grew again and we are very much needing to up size again. My Traverse rode very good. I had lots of people tell me how much they loved the room that a Traverse offered I also liked that. The ride was very smooth and just very much comfortable. So I’d like to go back to a Traverse and stick with it. I’m retired and ready to travel some. So I’d like to go in comfort.

My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.

I bought the 2024 Chevy Traverse RS and it’s by far the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. I’ve had it for 1 year and have absolutely no complaints. My wife and I are retired and use this car primarily for road trips; the Super Cruise has confirmed that I will drive whenever possible. Our annual month long trip to Florida in the winter is actually a pleasure to drive.

A great and positive process of purchasing a vehicle. Received a fair quote from the dealership. Called back in a few days and they honored the quote. The original salesperson was sick so Edgar stepped in and completed a professional and honest sale. Finance office offered add ons but there was no tricks or high pressure nonsense. Recommend El Dorado. (but don't guarantee anything)

I worked online with Ricardo Mendoza for a few days via email, he was always prompt and courteous. I wasn't called multiple times a day or pressured to come in, because the car might not be there long. Ya know like you get from most dealerships. When I was able to make it in, he had the car detailed and ready in the event I purchased it. He was very friendly and helpful and worked very hard to make sure I was happy before I left, with a price I felt was reasonable. He even put my license plate holders on my new vehicle. It's simple things and the respect of my time, and no-pressure engagement that will cause me to return to Huffines. Also, when my blue link didn't work I texted him and he responded right back, saying I'd need to return, when I jokingly replied 'ugh' I gotta come back-he had the tech who handles it call me and get me set up and walked through using the app. It was handled within minutes. It's an excellent vehicle for larger families. I have six large adults that I haul around. Each and everyone has plenty of room to be comfortable. It seems to have more room than my Tahoe I traded in. It has good acceleration and handles well. I love the air-cooled and heated seats. It has a nice, solid ride. I am very happy with my Traverse. I traded in my 2021 GMC Acadia Denali, which I was very unhappy with.

For the price and the advancement of cars you would think the LT would have more “bells and whistles”. I had to pay separately to have the remote start added. Also no roof racks, tow hitch, side mirror defrosters, ect. The lt model is pretty much just the basic. If your looking for that I would look at the next up level LX I think. Over all no issues yet and my wife loves the car.
