In September of 2017 I traded in a 10 year old car on a nice new Chevrolet Cruze. The negotiation was simple and I didn't feel like I was pressured. The salesman was David Tulsky who kept in touch with me throughout the process to ensure things went well.
Going into the process of buying a new car, I dreaded all the salesmanship that I assumed was going to happen. I really never felt pressured and felt Reedman was honest and forthright about the deal.
What do I say here? I love the car. I got a good deal and process that could have been painful was made as simple as possible.
We had a very positive experience at this dealership. We drove from a distance because we liked their used inventory we saw on the website. The sales person was very friendly and we didn't feel intimated or pressured. He answered all questions with respect and gave helpful suggestions. When it came to the dreaded "bargaining" portion, the salesperson was on our side and "went to bat" for us when talking to the owner. We eventually got a good deal we felt pleased with. It was nice to have such thoughtful and teammate like sales associates when going through that process! Great facility!
My wife and I went to this dealership looking to test drive a few used cars. We were met there by Kevin who was very friendly and welcoming. We were asked a bunch of questions about what we were looking for and he took us around to see a few options. We did not really like those options and then he took us to see a new Chevy Trax. My wife was looking for a smaller SUV so he thought she might like that model. We took it for a test drive and my wife fell in love. We were not planning on buying a car that night but Kevin presented us with an offer we could not refuse. He made the whole process smooth and simple. If you are looking for a car, you should go see Kevin.
The sales associate we met with, Kevin, was very personable and easy to talk to. We never felt pressured even when he steered us towards different options than we originally came in to discuss. But he ended up knowing what we were looking for - even before we did! He really took our situation to heart and we could tell he was offering solutions that fit us well. We are very happy with the purchase of our new Chevy and are thankful for the nice followup they did the week after.
Experience was very pleasant from the time I first walked in to Stillman, to discussing choices with Dave, to placing an order for a 2019, to delivery a few months later. Dave is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
We had a great experience and we love the car. The salesman and all of the sales staff who helped us out at the dealership were great and attentive to our needs.

Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.
He is the best and nicest guy for any of your car needs. He takes the time to answer even the dumbest questions - and believe me ......I've had lots !! I would recommend anybody to him in the future, and will keep doing business with him as long as he will have me do so. 👍👍
Very pleasant experience at Kia of Turnersville. Ed was very understanding and attentive to our needs. He helped us find the perfect vehicle and we are very pleased. We will definitely be returning in the future. Anyone looking for a new car ask for Ed!
Anthony Kinsley was fabulous. He was knowledgeable and patient and answered all my questions. He explained each function on the car and had a great personality and a great representative of Kia Turnersville I would recommend anyone to ask for him. I'm also grateful to manager Ryan Mondelli who was instrumental in securing the proper financing. Also a very nice person to deal with.

I was looking for a specialized vehicle that could tow horse trailers and yet provide comfort and style. I went to the dealership closest to the house and was hooked on the Armada from the moment Jimmy showed us one on the lot. We then requested a very specific color/interior scheme and they found the car that day and we were driving by the end of the day with a great deal. Jimmy, Ishon and the entire team made it easy and the experience was very positive. My wife LOVES the SUV, the technology onboard is phenomenal and the seats are the most comfortable seats I have ever sat in.
I was greeted at the door and went to look at one car and bought a completely different car all with Keith's help. He did his best to keep my monthly payment the same and I was very satisfied with the service and I'm very happy with my purchase.
We have three dealership in close proximity in Delaware but chose Brandywine. Why? The honest and superb customer care we received from Keith when we had specifics in mind during our car search. He made the transaction smooth along with the finance officer to seal the deal. We were in an out in 2 hours and the vehicle was detailed beautifully during paperwork happened inside.
