Fantastic experience working with Michael Frohlich. Very friendly and knowledgeable person with excellent followup after the sale. I owned a Saab few yrs back and my experience was really bad so I was not fond of swedish products but this car and service facility was surprisingly good experince.

Chris was a great salesperson. He made the buying experience easy and painless. Covert service leaves a bit to be desired though. Our first experience with service is making an appointment two weeks in advance in order to get a loaner car. I did not have that problem when I owned a BMW.
I was looking for a used car for my son. I had been hunting for a great deal, but something reliable. Jessie did such a great job outlining the awesome features of the Sonata, she convinced me I needed a car too! Bought my son a beautiful, 2017 red Sonata and got myself a 2019 Santa Fe. Jessie was attentive and thorough, sending me pix and info throughout the process. She also worked with me on the deals where I felt comfortable. I've purchased several cars over the years, Jessie made this a pleasant experience all around! Great job! Good on Southpount Hyundai for their excellent hire!
Answer is, it depends. We got there at about 3:30pm and left maybe about 8pm. But we got a fair deal. We have tried to go to other dealers, and yeah they make fun of this on the radio but its true. Others dealer tried to sell us a vehicle and forcing us to put 3000 dollars as a down payment. Elder asked us how much we wanted to put down asked how much we could afford a month and they would work with what we had. Very friendly people, and my dad got his new car which is very happy about.
We worked with Michael one month ago and came back yesterday and he assisted us perfectly as if no time had passed, no presssure sale and just a fun guy to talk with during the wait, he was patient and went over ever aspect of the sale, he is a great asset to elder and we will recommmend him to anyone looking for a great car and dealership.

My truck was previously waiting for 4dys untouched at the dealership I purchased it fromthough I was told it was being triaged. Kathryn understood my frustration, kept me informed and had my truck repaired all in a timely manner within a couple of days. I had written an earlier review dissatisfied with the fulfillment of promises made when I bought my subaru. After I contacted the sales manager, everything went very smoothly. If the service had gone well from the beginning, I would give 5 stars. As it is, a customer shouldn't have to contact the sales manager to have promised services delivered. They are very accommodating, and really tried--I'm sure that their process will improve.
Promised a lot of perks when I bought the car, such as free starlink for a year and free door dent/ding repair for a year. The salesperson didn't give me the codes for starlink for about a month. Now that I'm trying to arrange the free dent repair, I'm getting the runaround, asking for warranty information (which I was never given or told about) and having to call multiple people, none of whom are available. Huge hassle.
I am amazed each time I am there. All employees look and act like they really enjoy their job. I am asked multiple times if I need anything.
