2008 Chevrolet Express 2500 review
I bought the 2008 Chevy Express G2500 in May 2011 with the 2009 Roadtrek RV 170 Popular package added onto it. Fine performance from the 6.0L V-8. It has basic kitchen & bathroom, sleeps 3, with Onan generator, 3 water tanks, 30A RV power hook-up, water heater, 110V inverter, aux. battery, rear AC / heat pump, gasoline-powered furnace, 19" TV, DVD, small clothes wardrobe, ceiling fan, awning, plush seats, quite a bit of storage room, etc. It fits in a regular parking spot and is easy to drive. It only gets 14-15 mpg but that beats most RVs. It was expensive, but for all it does, it is worth the money. I plan on keeping it forever and making lots of camping trips across the country.

Best experience we've had shopping for a car. I haven't had much experience with car shopping, but my wife has gone to a few dealerships, and has always had a bad experience. The one dealership I did actually go to, was terrible. This one changed how I feel about dealerships. While walking up to the dealership, they already had all the cars I was interested in pulled up to the front of the store. We showed up about 15 minutes early, and Dylan McDowell was immediately available for any questions, concerns, etc. Went on a test drive, and immediately fell in love with the car. Once we got back to the dealer, Dylan again, was extremely helpful, and talked us through everything. Never once seemed pushy or impatient like we've had in the past. Even though we came in on a Saturday, and tried to get in with enough time before close, we still ended up about 15-20 minutes after close, and everyone still remained just as nice, friendly, and helpful, not trying to rush us out. Halfway through this experience, my wife said that she knows where she's buying her next car! Can't recommend this place enough!

Truly the best car salesman I've ever worked with . . . and I've bought a car or two in my lifetime. He actually answers his cell phone and when he's not available, he does call/text you back. He answers all questions (no matter how big or small) and doesn't get annoyed. And he actually does what he says he's going to do, he doesn't just "blow smoke" to make the sale! Oh and you can tease with this guy. Very professional, yet still human and can take a joke! I had never purchased a vehicle here before this week and unless something changes or I can't get Thomas, he has all of my future business, hands down. (I only wish we had "found" him three months ago when my son also bought a new vehicle in Cloquet, MN and got bent over bad with that dealership . . . they are so dirty, they even made sure to take the google reviews down as fast as we put them up, because evidently the truth hurts. I have been driving a 2001 Chevrolet Express 3500 . It had 260,000 miles on it when I sold it. Still was running good. That is why I went back with a 2016 Chevy Express van 3500. Love how it drives and plenty of legroom.

2017 Chevrolet Express 2500 review
This van replaces one that I had from 2006. It is updated for the times but it is familiar and stayed the same which is good for a tradesman. It has the same classic styling and is tried and true. Spacious and roomy in the cab and the cargo area. Hauls a lot of weight. Drives smooth and is a pleasure to drive for work all day, every day. Looking for a van, this is a classic truck with new model years.
