I can't believe I'm writing a glowing review of a car dealership. But here goes......Hands down the best place to purchase a Jeep. Just bought a rare 2021 Jeep 392 Rubicon. Very hard to come by. I did just what the TV ad said and went right to Jay. Without hesitation he ordered me one. Other dealers were charging 10 to 20 thousand over sticker...Not Jay. Like his ad says "Come see me Jay...Don't overpay". I did (see Jay) and I didn't overpay. I picked this beast of a Jeep up yesterday and could not be happier. From the moment I walked in yesterday I was treated like I was the only customer in the store...Yet the store was really busy. Aside from Jay I dealt with Ray Powers the service manager. He could not have been nicer. Rare for a service manager to be so nice and knowledgeable. Nothing that I needed. done to the new Jeep was an issue and was done right away. As far as the delivery went Big Mike got me on the road knowing everything I needed to know about my new Jeep. He signed me up on the spot for free Sirius, U Connect and Jeep Wave. All in all I have bought at least 20 cars in my lifetime. This was by far the best experience ever. Oh...I forgot to mention this place is state of the art. One last thing that my wife noticed....2 people were running around cleaning off the seats and and tables throughout the dealership. They are taking Covid seriously. Thank you Jay, Ray, Big Mike. Also thanks to Joe A. who was out sick yesterday. Thanks for keeping me up to date on the build process.
2020 Chevrolet Corvette review
I bought a first year C8. Everyone warned me of failures. I replied it’s a Chevy, created with a lot of pride in Bowling Green KY USA. Worst case scenario it had and has GM extended warranty. To date with 27,000 miles only had problems with the front bumper, it had to be repainted three times. Did Museum delivery. We drove to Pahrump, did the school. Then drove Rte. 66 to Missouri then the Tail of the Dragon then home. It looks just as beautiful today as when we first saw it. To me I think the E-Ray is the best of all. Great horsepower, acceleration and gas mileage and no gas guzzler tax.

2024 Chevrolet Corvette review
Thats is an actual supercar. I have never driven a car that makes me smile more while driving. The mid-engine and sloped front end gives it the Ferrari vibes and it constantly delivers. The interior is surprisingly luxurious and I have not had a single mechanical issue with it.

2007 Chevrolet Corvette review
I bought my 2007 Convertible Z51 3LT in October of 2024. It had 118,000 and now has just over 125,000 miles. This car was someone’s toy as it has a cold air Vararam intake and long tube headers, and has been very well cared for as well. It still looks and drives like new, not bad for an 18 year old car. My only knock on the car is the interior is a lot of plastic and kind of blah. The Center stack is right out of the GM parts bin, nothing special. Raising and lowering the top is as simple as releasing the center handle and pushing a button for up or down. Only the 3 LT does that little trick, the rest are manual. Performance wise, stock it was 5 HP shy of a C5 Z06, mine is making 505 at the wheels very similar to a C6 Z06. When you stomp that loud pedal you better be focused and right with Jesus. I kinda got in trouble when I bought it, my wife as not as excited as I was until we had our first date in the car, she forgave me and I bought her a convertible Mustang a month later.

2022 Chevrolet Corvette review
Never owned a Corvette before my 2020 C8 2LT. This American sports car is a super car costing 3 & 4 times less than others. My only disappointment is the camera in the interior rear view mirror. Head lights and driving lights flutter in the camera and at night following vehicles appear to be in a fog. It's a smart man's super car.

2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray review
I have owned tons of cars before I had bought a 2014 Corvette Convertible and a 2015 Corvette Convertible. I have never been a huge fan of Corvettes as I have thought they were just basic cars, but after buying my first Corvette online, sight unseen, the 2015 Stingray with just 700 miles on it, I was actually surprised by the comfort, power, styling of the car. I only kept the car a year and only got to drive it a few times as I lived out of the Country, but I was so impressed that I bought the 2014 not even a year after selling the 2015. Great cars, awesome sound systems (Bose) and I would definitely recommend it to someone. I sold my 2014 last year and bought a 822hp Dodge Viper, but I am thinking of getting another Corvette.

2000 Chevrolet Corvette review
I purchased my 2000 C5 dark bowling green in 2014 it only had 23,000 miles on it, today it has close to 200,000 miles I drive it the only upgrades that I've done is I put different Wheels that mimic the stock ones they're just one inch wider front and back, an air intake from K&N and a Cat-Back system from Flowmasters. I can't go anywhere where at least two people come up and comment on my car and no one can believe it's 23 years old I do keep it in good shape it is the original paint. Like any other vehicle you have little issues water pumps I change the air conditioning a leak in the rear end had to get a new alternator all the normal stuff for cars that are 23 years old no major failures. The performance on this car is fantastic it's fast a Corners well. And if I can keep my foot out of it it gets pretty good gas mileage for the most part. I will say if you plan to get one of these C5 Corvettes you have to be willing to work on the car if you want it to run the way it's designed has a ton of sensors all kinds of grounds there's a lot to it, but the joy and the fun that you get out of it is well worth it.

2015 Chevrolet Corvette review
Love vetted since Route 66. This is 2nd C7,Velocity Yellow. Looks great and is a hoot to drive. Being 11years old it has a few issues but they are of no significance.

We have had several new corvettes, the C8 is a masterpiece. What a great vehicle with unbelievable performance, it's quick, responsive and can great gas mileage. The down side is that I never get to drive it because my wife has claimed it as her car.

2023 Chevrolet Corvette review
Update from Vette Guy of Tucson, Az. I received my replacement Z-06 convertible almost exactly 2 months from the date I ordered it. It arrived exactly as ordered: Mist Red with Natural interior, Z07 Handling Package, Visible Carbon Fiber Big Aero Package, Carbon Fiber Wheels and Racing Seats. I have 800 miles on the car, so far no problems. I plan on racing the car in the September Silver State Challenge Ely, Nv. open road race. I raced the 2023 Z06 there in May, great race try it! I'm also attending the Z06 driving school in Pahrump,Nv. I did the Z51 school last year, highly recommended! Overall a big Thumbs up to Watson Chevrolet for keeping their word on getting me a replacement Z-06!

I replaced my 2019 Grand Sport with this 2024 Stingray, and while I really liked the GS I like my Stingray even more. The most succinct summary I can present of the two cars is the C7 is a muscle car and the C8 is a sports car, and I prefer the latter.

2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray review
I have owned tons of cars before I had bought a 2014 Corvette Convertible and a 2015 Corvette Convertible. I have never been a huge fan of Corvettes as I have thought they were just basic cars, but after buying my first Corvette online, sight unseen, the 2015 Stingray with just 700 miles on it, I was actually surprised by the comfort, power, styling of the car. I only kept the car a year and only got to drive it a few times as I lived out of the Country, but I was so impressed that I bought the 2014 not even a year after selling the 2015. Great cars, awesome sound systems (Bose) and I would definitely recommend it to someone. I sold my 2014 last year and bought a 822hp Dodge Viper, but I am thinking of getting another Corvette.

2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray review
On December 10th, 2024, I purchased a red 2015 Corvette Stingray Convertible 3LT from Country Chevrolet in Warrenton, Virginia. I have purchased 26 new and used cars in my life, and I have to say this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had in my life. My first car was a new 1980 Corvette, and I evolved into planning for my last car to be a red corvette convertible. After much research, lots of shopping, and numerous test drives, I found this car listed on-line at Country Chevrolet at a listed price in the range I was looking for. I called and set up a test Drive for the wife and me. We drove up to the dealership and noticed one or two folks outside who immediately said hi, welcomed us to the dealership and went to get the salesman for our test drive. The environment at this dealership was more welcoming than any Chevy dealership I had ever been to. When Kirk Hughes, our sales consultant introduced himself, we could clearly see we had found at great person to work with. Kirk is friendly, professional, and an absolute expert in corvettes and cars in general. Kirk is by far one of the best salesmen I have ever met. I consider myself a car person, as I enjoy buying, selling and talking about cars. I also perform much of the simple maintenance tasks like changing fluids, brakes and normal maintenance items. Kirk is truly knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to talk to. After being at the dealership for a bit, I bumped into Kevin Bearce, another sales consultant and person we knew. He is another unbelievable friendly professional and a true joy to talk to. With sales folks like Kirk and Kevin, I would recommend Country Chevrolet to any and everyone, as they clearly only hire the best of the best. Kirk had three surprise visits by existing customers during our time shopping, and Kevin jumped in without skipping a beat, to assist in what turned out to be our purchase of the corvette. The finance consultant, J. C. Welch, quickly assisted in finalizing the sale at a price I considered fair. He too was friendly and professional in all. My whole experience at Country Chevrolet was completely different than my previous experiences buying cars. The atmosphere and attitude of the people was friendly, upbeat and caring. This tells me that the management and ownership of this dealership sets high standards for their people, and the result is great buying experience for a customer like me. Thank you to Kirk, Kevin, J.C. and Country Chevrolet. My wife and I are enjoying this wonderful dream car thanks to the efforts of a great Chevy team.

2020 Chevrolet Camaro review
I noticed my Riverside Blue 1LT 3.6 liter V6 on Carmax website with the Quad dual mode exhaust, a d the 6 speed manual. With 335hp and 284 lb-ft of torque. I drove it and sometging was NOT right with the clutch. It only had 3650 miles. They offered me $1000 off the $26,999 and since I have a great mechanic I reduced my $10k down to $6000. I was going to replace the clutch with an HD unit, and bought an Edelbrock Supercharger for the V6. It now has 430 HP and 404 lb ft of torque.

2016 Chevrolet Corvette review
I have a 2019 Stingray 2 LT convertible. It's a loaded car that's only missing the recorder/navigation. I bought it "used" with only 224 miles on it in 2019. It's a $75K car that was only $54.5K.....$20 K off the original MSRP. Unlike many Corvette owners, this is the only Corvette I've ever owned. I don't consider it to be a 5 star car because it's not my idea of a comfortable car. Sure it's fast and stylish, but it is what it is....just not a daily driver type of car.

2023 Chevrolet Camaro review
I originally was looking at Corvette’s but couldn’t find one in stock at a reasonable price and wanted a convertible now. I found my NEW LT1 in Hot Red and I love it. At this point I’m glad I saved my money on the Vette and bought the Camaro. Just reached the 1,500 mile break in point so and I’m ready to find out what this car can do. I’m 71 years old and have had lots of cars including Corvettes’ but this is probably the most fun car I have ever owner.

They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.

What a great car to drive. I beat on this 2ss constantly with absolutely no problems ever. As far as Evelyn and the blend door, you never have door issues if you don't drop pens or mascara and stuff down from the dash and jam it up. I haven't had one problem in 100,000 very very hard miles and 4 or 5 sets of tires. Overall an amazing fun car

2023 Chevrolet Camaro review
2023 Camaro ZL1. Manual. Downside is that it does not come with remote start, even though manual Hondas do. Would have been great if they provided it as well. Mileage is about 15 mpg average. 20 highway is the max you could get at 75mph. Magnetic suspension is perfect, very comfortable on touring mode, tough on track/sport. Sound system us great, Bose did a great job, I try not to go over half the volume. Stealth mode works super well. Truck space is good enough but the opening is small. Headlights are 8/10. Wish they were LEDs and brighter. HID is more like 2010…

2020 Chevrolet Camaro review
I bought this base model V6 with a 6 speed manual as part of the "save the manuals" program. I love to drive stick. Unfortunately, the stick shift in the 3648 mile car felt "wierd". It never slipped, just felt like it was only s matter of time. I had plans on seriously upgrading the car anyway. I was going to supercharge the (very strong) VVTI 3.6 liter V6 340 hp engine. On December 23rd of 2016 I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from the Pompano Beach Carmax (Sample Road). My wife is pregnant and will soon give birth to our first child. Before this we were a one car family with a Fiat 500 and my wife was very concerned about not having a car to bring baby boy home from the hospital in, not to mention to make it to all of the Doctor appointments for wellness checks in. So, I decided why not make the purchase a Christmas present/surprise since we needed one anyways! Only problem was I had this revelation on Wednesday December 21, 2016 and Carmax was to be closed on the 24th and 25th for Christmas. The real issue was that the perfect car (She had been wanting a white Patriot for a few years now) was all the way in Clearwater, FL... some 250 miles away. I was told by the sales rep at Pompano Beach that while it was possible the car may be there by Friday, in time for me to pick up prior to Christmas, it was in no way a certainty. I then contacted the Clearwater store to speak with someone who handles the outgoing shipments and he basically told me that it was not going to happen. From my understanding, the way it works with Carmax is when the car you want is at a location less than 200 miles Carmax will do the shipping itself and it usually takes 1-3 days. But when it is further than that they outsource to carrier companies. In that case they have to wait until they have enough cars to send to make it economical for them to do so and also deal with bidding/price hunting etc... which complicates the who thing and makes everything take much longer. After learning all of this I gave the corporate office a call and got in touch with a Emilee, an analyst from the Carmax Customer Care Team. I explained my situation and how much it would mean to my wife and I (both in the form of glee for her and reduced anxiety for the both of us) if they could somehow get the car to Pompano Beach in time for me to pick up on Friday. Before the end of the week Emilee had gotten a whole team of people in the corporate office working on getting the car to us in time. I received telephone updates from her all along the way. By Thursday afternoon I received an email informing me that the car was in transit, followed by a call from Emilee letting me know that everything worked out and the car should be there Thursday evening or Friday morning and a call from the Sales Manager at the Pompano Beach store letting me know that he had spoken to Emilee and once the car arrived they were going to expedite the "unpacking" and everything that that entails. The real cherry on top came on January 3rd when my wife received a FedEx package while I was at work. Inside she found a set of very nice swaddling blankets and a card that read: "Chris, Thank you so much for letting our Pompano Beach Team help you find your new-to-you Jeep Patriot for your growing family! Here's a small token from CarMax to welcome your new addition. We hope your Jeep Patriot takes you on incredible new adventures! Sincerely, Emilee, Your CarMax Customer Care Team" Everyone was super amazing and I could not be more grateful for the professional and caring people at both the local Sample Road Pompano Beach Store and the Corporate office. Thanks to Cristy (Pompano Beach sales rep) as well for making the whole process and painless as possible. As a side note: The Patriot was absolutely immaculate inside and out despite having 27k miles on it, my wife would have sworn it was new before she saw the odemeter... She was happy I saved us some money ;)
2024 Chevrolet Corvette review
2024 Stingray Z51 Convertible. Great buying experience and no issues in 7 months and 5K miles. Great features and and runs great with better than expected fuel mileage. Just a couple Cons - Run flat summer tires are somewhat noisy and not offered with adaptive cruise.
