The salesman did a great job making us feel comfortable, and explaining our options. After the deal was made it took quite a while to actually get out car so we could leave. Other than that it was a very positive experience.
Helpful crew here made easy work of alleviating our fears and questions with accurate representations and quick responses and actions. We came in window shopping and left with the right price car for our needs. Paula narrowed down the choices to 3 with our input and they were dead on what we were looking for. They were not pushy and took time to answer each question. We choose out of the 3 and left today happy.
Jay England was our salesman. He was all prepared when we arrived, pulled the car I had in mind from looking online and we went for a test drive right away. He knew how much I wanted the car, but also knew i wanted to be careful with my spending because of college. He worked very hard to get us both a good deal and I so appreciate it. Working with Jay was very easy, he was friendly and made good conversation. We worked with Scott on the financial part. Again, very quick and easy. He had us out the door in no time. The only thing I would say that could have been better was the detailing of my car before I left. There was trash and old water bottles left in the glove box, streaks all over the windows, and cleaner left spotted all over the cloth part of arm rests. For an almost brand new car (2018 with 3000 miles), this was surprising and disappointing.
Was shopping for a new car the folks at this dealership answered all my questions and we’re polite and friendly. Their quote was competitive but I found a similar deal closer to home otherwise I would have purchased a new car from them.
This is not my first purchase from White Allen,however this was our first Honda purchase. The salesman was very professional and spent quite a bit of time going over the features of the CVR. The buying process was one of my best,started out with the internet contact for pricing and he was a staight shooter on pricing. Set us up a appontiment right away for the next evening. As always I was expecting the price to not be what I had been told. Not at all even gave us about another $50 off. After looking and driving the CRV my wife decided that she liked it but not the color we had been looking at. No problem White Allen had another unit from another dealer within a day and had it ready with options on within two days from the first time we were there.

This was a great experience for me! Randy Reed was so attentive and made me feel like a valued customer. He showed me all the car features and was patient with all my questions. The Sales Manager greeted me and offered to also help me through the car purchase. At no time did I feel pressured.

Service for this 2018 Accord recall was fast and efficient. The only thing I would have liked is for the technician to use a paper floormat at the driver seat while servicing the car so that there would have been no dirt on the carpet when servicing was complete.
SVG Urbana salesman Jack, has got to be the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I looked for weeks for a good used S-10 with low miles and in good shape and he found me one. He met my price and made sure it was in very very good condition. He's honest, caring, friendly and treated me like I was family. He said he wouldn't put me in something he wouldn't drive. He test drove it with me to make sure I was satisfied with this truck. He is the best. He surely adds a plus to SVG dealership. Thank you Jack so very much,. I just love my (Black Beauty) . I will definitely tell people about your dealership. It was worth my 2 hour drive and I would do it again.

Error was made on the finance contract and it had to be redone at a later date.
Car prep for delivery to buyer was poor for interior and exterior of car.
Most everyone there is very friendly and courteous.
