Bought my Jeep about three years ago. Not from Homan. Salesman never got back to me. Do go there for my service. Awesome. If anything extra needs to be done they call you before they do the work.
Sales department is horrible they never call you back. Went there 2 months ago to inquire about a vehicle never got an answer from salesman. Went back early last month to inquire says he has not time to ask his boss. Still have not heard from them.
I was over my mileage on my last truck, they put me in a new truck for not much more!! they did not have to, and the team in Oshkosh went way above and beyond what is normal to help me Thanks

I am 68 years old and have bought many cars including several brand new ones since my first car buying experience at 13 years old. My experience with Mike Henke and the rest of the Bergstrom team that works with him was more than excellent. When I took the test drive Mike accompanied me and directed me on a route that contained many different road surfaces, curves, and grade changes so that I could appreciate all of the features of the Silverado. He had me brake hard and accelerate quickly which gave me a good idea about those features of the truck also. My test drive of a Ford F150 was nowhere near the test drive Mike took me on. I still would have bought the Silverado because it out performed the F150 but I felt Mike showed me all of the features of the Silverado that are better than Ford's.
I brought in a 2008 Saturn Outlook that I recently purchased from your dealership. The service department took care of a problem that I noticed a week after the purchase, for no charge. They set up an appointment that allowed me to borrow one of their vehicles for the day. I was very happy with the friendliness of the service staff.

The entire process was so easy with EvS. I was looking to lease a Ford Edge, and Alex was upfront about the deal terms and patiently walked me through all of my questions. Multiple people on the team stayed late to help us get through the paperwork and get us out the door, and they were able to support getting the process started via email. I usually feel like I'm getting screwed somehow in a lease, but did not feel that way with this team.
We were visiting for service on our present vehicles. The Lynch staff had expressed interest in our 2015 Terrain for their used car inventory. After a good trade-in offer was made to us, we started looking for a new vehicle. Several good options were presented to us including 2019 and 2018 vehicles. Alex and the Lynch staff were friendly, professional and answered any questions we had. Alex came in on his day off to complete the process. We are happy with our purchase of a 2018 Terrain.
