Melissa and the entire team at prestige that was involved in helping me during the process of getting a brand new 2018 IS 350 were so nice, and made my experience very quick and easy! I have been trying to buy a new car for about a year now and no other dealership was able to get me the car i wanted in my price range. Within the first 15 min of sitting with Melissa she was able to get me the exact car I wanted (in an even better upgraded model) in my price range. Melissa even took the time to sit with me in the car and connected my phone and showed me how everything works. I could not have asked for a better experience!! Prestige Lexus of middletown was for sure the easiest and best car buying experience i have ever had! I highly recommend them!!

I have enjoyed Silverados for 25 years. This is the 2nd worst truck I’ve owned. My next will be a dodge or ford. The price goes up but the quality goes down. At 40k catalytic converter went out. The dealer ship replaced it no problem. But that was as far as it went. They never checked the cause for it to go bad. Don’t know if I can trust them to correct the issue. This is a certified preowned. Why pay more money for a certified preowned? Just frustrating I don’t know if I can trust this truck for our family trip out west this summer
Gotta give huge shout-out to the hero of the day, Dan the service tech genius at Healey Brothers Chevy Buick in Middletown, NY. While installing a 5th wheel hitch on my new GMC Sierra Saturday, the tech at a nearby RV place accidentally severed some of the wires that power the back end of the truck...suddenly we had no gas gauge, ABS brakes, tail lights, blinkers, brake lights or trailer brake controller. Without trailer brakes, we cannot tow a camper. So there we were, unable to tow the camper we just bought, the RV dealership unable to resolve the problem and the nearest GMC dealership already closed. We were "this close" to going home empty handed and broken hearted. Healey was on the way home so we stopped in without an appointment to see if they would even look at our GMC and if they could find the problem and fix it before they closed. Seth Goldberg took is in and 90 minutes later, Dan had replaced 9 severed wires in the wiring harness and we had our truck back to health. This allowed us to go back and take our RV home... 2 hours away in central Ct. That's right, they took us in and repaired our truck and we weren't a customer who had bought our truck from them, we had a vehicle that they don't even carry, we didn't have an appointment, and we came in an hour and a half before close on a Saturday. Great customer service makes all the difference in the world.

Early 7-17 production, serial # under 120 currently with 11K+ miles running on original computer programming. Operation has been impressive and flawless to date. Oil/filter changes only. Transmission with new clutch mechanism has a more solid feel in the lower gears like a manual tranny - likely what many might mistake as a "shudder" if gas pedal is jerked. GMs doing something right - 29-30+ mpg highway running a 310 hp V6 engine which will 0-60 in lower 6+ sec.
All representatives were knowledgable, courteous and kind. The experience was efficient and quick. No pressure and very good deal. Will return with future business.

Very sporty, comfortable seating, lots of storage space for shopping and lots of power with the turbo engine. Interior is very roomy allowing seating for 4 to 5.
Very good experience, left the car in the morning had a driver take me to work and picked car up at 3:00. Excellent experience for both front and rear brakes with additional problems other than shoes. Great job thanks

The Tahoe meets all of my needs! First off, it is reliable!! It is also a great value as it retains such a great resale value throughout it’s lifetime. It is the best fit for my tall body type. It’s comfortable for the whole family! It’s versatile for commuting or road trips or towing camper or boats! This Tahoe can be used for everything and trusted to do its job!!
Dennis (in service dept) retired and I was upset because I have been coming to Mahwah since the close of Brogan in Ridgewood and was accustomed to a high level of customer service.. Much to my surprise the new service director ...Brianna... exceeded my expectations. She is pleasant, engaging, informed and knowledgeable. The experience was way more than i expected. To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to you as a follow-up from my service appointment on May 22, 2018. I have had an ongoing problem with my 2014 Honda Crosstour. When I start the car I push the start button along with the brake and I get a high pitched noise. I turn the car off and retry sometimes having to do this more than once, as the car does not always start. This happens two, sometimes 3 times per week. Initially, I brought my car in for service on June 6, 2017 and a new starter was installed. In January, 2018, I brought the car back to the dealer with the same problem. The service people could not find a problem. As the problem was never resolved, on May 22, 1018. I again brought the car back to the dealer: still couldn???t find a problem. I was told told bring the car back in and leave it for the day so they could check it by starting it throughout the day. This procedure was also done when the car was there in January of this year. (problem unidentified) I have spoken with other Honda owners online and they are having the same problem, and receiving no solution. What???s up with that? This is my 5th Honda but quite possibly my last. The service writers, especially Allison Hull, has been sympathetic to my plight, however this is not getting my car fixed. Would not recommend this vehicle, electric power steering cuts out, GM dragging their feet to accept responsibility, almost $3000 repair bill, 3 months after warranty expires , over 300 safety bulletins on this vehicle, totally disappointed,

I would give these guys 10 stars if it was an available option. I am a car enthusiast and like to change my cars often. So, I've dealt with quite of few dealerships over my life (Mercedes, Infiniti, Lexus, Nissan, Mazda to name a few) and I have pretty high expectations. This dealership is the new benchmark I'm going to use to evaluate all my future experiences against. Completely exceeded my expectations. I purchased a Trailblazer SS from these guys sight unseen and had it shipped to Texas. Excellent communication throughout the process. Lightning-fast responses from Trevor (either email or text) - and I had A LOT of questions. Asked him if there's any rust on the undercarriage and got two photos (front/rear) sent to my cell within 30min of sending the request for information. Very impressed. The vehicle was damaged by a shipping company during the shipment and was inoperable upon arrival to Texas. Trevor went out of his way to make sure the issue is resolved - based on my photos/videos helped me identify exactly which part was damaged (it was an aftermarket transmission cooler) and sent me the necessary info so I can get it ordered. I'm still trying to get reimbursement from the shipping company, but if it wasn't for Trevor this entire experience could've been much more stressful. Battery died within 10 days after I bought the vehicle - contacted Trevor and they will send me a check to reimburse for the new battery! Outstanding customer service. I wish we had a dealer like this here in DFW. None of the ones that I dealt with come close.

I have had my 2008 for one week now so OnStar and membership weren't included. Came with one key. Everything went great until i started the car so my husband could move it AND IT AUTO LOCKED THE DOORS!! That's right, car running, only set of keys in the ignition and the doors were locked!! I had to wreck the visor on the driver's side and spend a half hour fishing around with a curtain rod to unlock the car!! What kind of car locks you out AFTER you've started the car with the doors unlocked?!?

Hello Wayne Mazda, I just picked up my 2018 CX-5 Touring from your dealership on June 1st. The car is great so far and I'm happy to have it for the next 3 years. I wanted to tell you about my experience during the buying process. I'm pretty fastidious when it comes to selecting a car and I did my homework again with this car. I was circling around Toyota, Honda and Mazda and when I finally picked the CX-5 I worked with many different dealerships and brokers. I'll be honest with you, I was steering clear of Wayne Mazda because of a perceived reputation that has permeated North Jersey. I know sometimes these reputations can be somewhat clouded with falsehoods, but it definitely had an effect on how I was making my way through the search. I worked with approx. 6-8 dealerships in the NY/NJ/PA area and I ended up coming back to Wayne Mazda because of the way I was treated by Jaquis Saylor. First of all Jaquis is very knowledgeable about cars in general and how they work and perform. He is also quite knowledgeable about the Mazda line of cars and each of its features. It was refreshing to get these little tidbits on how the Sport mode works with regards to the gas consumption. He threw several interesting/pertinent factoids my way during the time in your dealership. Also with Jaquis at no time was there any overt or even a slight bit of a hard sell. He just listened to what my request was and tried to make it happen. We started out with a number in the beginning of the process and when it was time to make the deal at the end of May, we came upon a dollar amount that work for me. So in effect, it was my relationship with Jaquis that sealed the deal for Wayne Mazda. He set the groundwork out to enable this deal to happen with me and I want to say it was a pleasant sales process. I wanted to make sure that all of the numbers were in a line with what I had discussed with Jaquis. Nalda was very pleasant and helpful.
