Usually, I do not enjoy the customer service I experience with this dealership. However, during my last experience, the service was amazing. I hit a deer and the shop got me in as soon as possible. The drop off was amazing. When picking my vehicle up, they were so nice. I called and told them the time I was able to pick up the car, and they moved my pick up time by 4 hours! I was so happy! Then when I picked up my car, they were all ready with the keys, and it took only 5 mins! When I went to my car, it was so beautiful! They had washed the car, and the work was amazing! It almost looked brand new! They also cleaned the inside for me! I was so happy with this experience and I hope my experiences in the future are just as good!
Woke up last Tuesday morning with a dead battery in a 3 year old truck. Called Zimbrick up to see if they could get me in to get a new battery as soon as possible. I was told to come in as soon as I could. I arrived to the dealership at 8:20AM and was out by 9:15 – 9:20AM. Could not ask for a better service being I had requested this service at the last minute. I would give the service staff an A++++ for customer care.
But would give the GM Corporate Engineering division a D- for a poor electrical design that causes a battery to not last more than 36 months. To Many bells and whistles on this truck that are not needed.
If it were not for the quality of service that I had received, I would get rid of this truck for a new Toyota when my loan is paid up in February of 2018.
I can't begin to tell you how much my wife Lynette and I appreciate the experience we had with the Zimbrick Chevrolet staff in Sun Prairie. From the moment we first walked in the door to discuss our options, to the point when we drove off the lot with our new Equinox, the whole process was very satisfying. Everyone involved including the sales rep, sales manager, and financial rep were very professional, helpful and most of all...made the experience fun and easy. I felt they were very upfront an honest about financing, and how they could meet my purchase needs. The initial numbers of APR and price actually came under what I was initially quoted. I had went to another Chevy dealership and was told one APR and price and when I was about to make the purchase, I was given a very different APR and price.
I had been shopping around for a 2017 Chevy Malibu for about 2-3 weeks. I finally stopped by Zimbrick Chevrolet after seeing an ad on Autotrader. I inquired about the vehicle at 10pm one night and I got a response the very next morning from a gentleman by the name of Levon Crawford. Levon was absolutely amazing and very helpful from the start, he was able to answer all of my several questions in a timely matter via email. He was also able to direct me to the online credit application which, is so convenient and time-saving. He made the process so easy for me. This was my 7th time being in a car dealership and it was by far the fastest and easiest transaction I've ever experienced. After Levon's helpful service, he introduced me to Kris Ganske who had done a heck of a job with getting me into a new car. Kris was upfront with me the whole entire time. He was able to get me the best options on financing a new vehicle. He took his time to explain how the financing process worked and never did he attempt to pressure me into making a decision. He helped me maximize my discount advantages and everything. All in all, Kris worked his butt off to get me a great deal. Once I decided to accept the sweet offer given to me, Kris then introduced me to the guy working the magic with the numbers which was Matt Schultz (The Finance Guy). Matt sealed the deal with his honesty and positive energy from the jump. I went from excited to extremely excited once I met Matt. I really respect how he was willing to give me tips on how to take full advantage of the financing process in years to come. No other finance specialist has ever went this above and beyond for me. All in all, I had a great experience here at Zimbrick Chevy and it was well worth the drive out to Sun Prairie. I would like to give a special thanks to Levon Crawford, Kris Ganske and Matt Schultz for being a great team and a great help. This has been a long journey for me and you all have done well with helping me close this chapter of my life as I begin a new chapter as a young professional and I greatly appreciate all three of you. I may not know all of you on a personal level but I can sure as heck tell that you all are good people and I hope the absolute best for you three in all of your future endeavors. Thank You!
Jim Kauppinen provided great service and was very professional as he walked me through the car leasing experience. I had never leased before (bought only) and Jim was patient and covered all the basis. Ryan Howard was very easy to work with as well. He made sure I understood all the terms of my lease as well as talking to me about additional services that were available to me. Jim took me around the dealership, introduced me to the service department, set up my blue tooth, set up my On Star account and showed me how all the features worked in my new Equinox. Additionally, Steve Newby was helpful and friendly as I was waiting for Jim to finish up with a customer. He approached me and asked me if I needed help and once I told him I had an appointment with Jim, Steve offered to get me a bottle of water. Very satisfied with my experience.
Best selection, best service, very friendly and courteous staff, wonderful clean showroom... went out of their way to make me happy, listen to my financial situation, was able to get me placed into a brand new vehicle for less than a used vehicle.. which was beyond amazing!! These guys are the best... I'm going back in a few months with my husband to get him a car as well.. We love love love the five stars we received all-around. Will be returning for sure.
We have bought many cars and trucks over the years but this was by far the best buying experience that we have ever had. Working with Jeff was such a pleasure. Jeff is very knowledgeable about the many cars that we looked at and helped us with the process of picking out the best vehicle for our family.
My sales associate, Mike Haese, was great, very helpful, and knowledgeable, made the buying process easy. The finance manager John Titley, was also very helpful. Both Mike and John stayed way past closing on a Friday night to complete the sale. I'm very grateful.
I wanted to purchase a 2017 Volt after non of the 'previous model year leftovers' were available in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area. Our experiences with the two dealers we did visit down here were very unsatisfactory. Having lived in Madison up until a year ago I checked Bergstrom's website and found a bunch of cars available, one at a good priced based on my previous research. I talked to a woman on you (I'm afraid I don't remember her name) 800 line in Neenah and she checked and found the car on the inventory and said it was still available. I told her I would probably be there the following Monday. I called and let them know we would be there around noon. We arrived, the car was waiting for us. We did a quick test drive since I had done so with several other models and was familiar with the vehicle. We went back to do the paperwork. The only problem was it took the finance manager what seemed like several hours to get the papers together which seems like a long time since this was a cash sale and the dealership didn't seem real busy at the time. But otherwise, this was the best experience of the bunch.
When shopping for a new car I first went to Chevy Bergstrom Middleton due to location. I was unsatisfied with the service the first time I went but went back because I had made an appointment to work directly with the manager. When I went back instead of working with the manager, they had me work with the same guy I worked with initially after I specifically asked to work with someone else. The salesman didn’t know much about the cars being sold and wasn’t able to answer many questions I had. I was still set on the Chevy Equinox but personally didn’t feel comfortable buying a car from someone that wasn’t very informed about the product they were selling. So instead, I went to the Chevy Bergstrom in Madison and was approached by Alex who was able to answer all my questions and actually sell me the car. He was very informed about the product and showed me more features that I was unaware about. I felt comfortable buying from him and wanted to give this Chevy Bergstrom my business. Thank you Alex!! You are very good at your job. Give him a raise folks.
Low pressure, my sales manager d Devin Spielman was very knowledgeable and considerate. Bergstrom did not play the normal "wear you down and endless counter offer" games. They actually quoted me a sales price for a for an outright purchase and a trade in without any change in the original quote. They printed both quotes and let me take them with me so I could evaluate overnight, seemingly without fear that I wouldn't come back! I actually completed my offer and Bergstrom acceptance via email. 1 single email! I drove to the dealership and completed the deal.
This was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. John the Sales Manager and Dan were both extremely great to work with. The negotiation process was very fair and no-nonsense, and the purchase was quick and easy. I would certainly recommend this dealership for those looking for a new or used car.
