Excellent Customer Centred Service

I bought a Mercedes Benz 350 GLK 4matic truck for City World Hyundai and I am very pleased with the service I got. When issues with the original 2011 model cropped up, Briant Rosa went above and beyond to make sure the issue was smoothed out, resulting in me switching up to a newer model, and he was very respectful and professional. I am a hard to please customer, but these guys were so determined to give me the best service, with a personal touch; for the length of time I was at their office, they went out of their way to make me comfortable. I had been to 8 different dealerships, and the experience ranged from deceptive salesmen who tried selling me something else, to those whose car on ground was a far cry from what the pictures on their sites tell, to those who didn't have the car and were bulxxxxting. And then everyone wanted to run my credit first! But for the fact that I was in banking then and understood exactly what they were about to do, they would have ruined my credit before I could buy the car. There were those that took one look at me and their attitude said it all. Also, City Hyundai sticks to timelines; came in on the morning of the Friday I agreed with them, and left with the car that evening, with all t's crossed and i's dotted, from financing to DMV. Also, the follow-up has been excellent, with the title and other relevant stuff arriving way ahead of the average time. I am already discussing future business with them. My next car is definitely coming from them.
