The general manager, Joe Sgroi, was very helpful and patient with assisting me in figuring out what car was right for me. Ricardo Nelson sold me my car and not only was he super knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions, teaching me my new car and helping me with insurance plans, but he also made the whole process enjoyable with his humor and kindness! We own a Pilot too and there is not comparison on trunk space, rear visibility, and comfort. The Tahoe is big on the outside and small and uncomfortable in the inside. The third row seats are horrible low, not space for legs, and hard. There is not way to fit 3 suitcases in the back and maybe not even a big suitcase. We barely fit only 2 carry on suitcases on our family trip. You pretty much feel claustrophobic in the third row. I can’t say enough about how poorly designed the 2019 Tahoe 7 seater is. The old 2011 pilot we have is 150 times better, spacious, comfortable, and all the good things a SUV should be. Truly disappointed!
Best place to buy a car. Staff is great and they make the car buying experience something to look forward to. I would recommend to anyone of my friends and family.

I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.
Enjoyable,comfortable.i was not rushed and was showed several options and picked the best for me thanks to tom.i went to another chevy dealer in Aug. And was shocked at the way I was treated after being with that dealership 14 years They tried to steer me in the direction that they wanted not me the customer.paramus chevy.no more of them.

Cost nearly $1,000 to fix the ignition switch within the 1st two years. Of course it was not covered in the warranty. Cost another $800 within the first 13 months which was not covered. They rotated the tires and messed up the computer for them. The car was showing low tire pressure on the wrong tires every single time. I would not recommend this truck to no one!!

The car is nice. But there are some issues with car. After few months middle row car seats is going to make rattling noises. Prolly sooner have to change the car seats molding. Car Radio issue it would stop by it self. Lot of fixed needs to done for this truck.
I had an oil change and tire rotation. It was a holiday, so it was a particularly busy day. The service was done quickly and efficiently.

There is plenty of room in this car. There are great features and everything is amazing. The downfalls I've found are that there's no auto-up button for the window and no mute for the radio. I'll get used of it soon though.
Vehicle purchased at another dealer. Went to this dealer once not at all satified. Heard from friends that Hawthorne Chev was the dealer to use. Took their advice and believe I found a perfect fit for me and my Corvette. Asked for oil change and have the vehicle looked over This was done and both the service writer Steve and mechanic Joe O were available to answer all my questions and I left with satisfaction that I didn???t feel in the other dealership. This car meets all of our families needs. there is lots of interior room and all five kids can fit comfortably. The extra moonroof in the back adds to the roominess of the car.
They were very good working on my car. The back passenger tire had been showing a slow leak with a new tire. Mike fixed it.

I like this truck a lot...the ride is excellent, and it handles like a dream...i wish it would accelerate a little faster, and it slides quite a bit in slippery snow conditions...it gets through deep snow great though...overall its an awesome choice...great family vehicle
I called last minute with car issues and Steve took me in right away...I had to leave the car but it was done in a few hours...Great Job Steve!!!! AND SERVICE DEPT

I will never buy again, nor do I recommend it to anyone. My remote start will not heat up the truck sufficiently. After complaining about the defroster not getting hot, I was told it takes 40 min for that to happen. So if you live anywhere where the temp gets below 32 this piece of junk will not defrost or thaw out! Only buy if you can store in garage!
Having my Cadillac serviced at Sarant couldn't be easier. They don't have a swanky waiting room like you find at some other luxury car dealerships, but every employee there truly makes you feel like a valued customer, from the service manager to the custodial staff.

This car is much bigger than what I’ve owned previously. It’s great for starting a family and for driving in the winter. It has a lot of great features like the heated steering wheel and automatic fold seats.
Leo is very professional and knowledgeable the leasing process was a very smooth one no beating around the bush unlike other dealers. Thank you Leo and Marc it was a great experienced. We will definitely refer you guys. Julio and I love our 2019 Equinox.

Vehicle has a comfortable ride. The extra seats are an improvement from our Equinox. And the heated seats are already making 11� seem doable. Nice speaker sound as well.
Not sure anyone enjoys car shopping- I know I don???t but I have to say that I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. I visited 3 tines before deciding on my certified, pre-owned equinox. Rita, Joe and Joe were very patient and thoroughly explained feautures, warranties and financing options. There was never any pushy sales pitch and I was treated with respect, professionalism and friendliness from the minute I walked through the door and through the time my plates were put in my car two weeks post purchase. I am a demanding customer and I would highly recommend this dealership. Great job guys!!!

In Sept 2018 I was looking for a SUV and the Chevy Equinox met all my requirements. I purchased it for a fair price and it's January 2019 and 35,000 miles later I am still happy with my Equinox. I have had no issues except with the Michelin tires having to be replaced at 24,000 miles. Michelin pro-rated the tires and a new set cost me $400.00 plus tax and mounting/balance. I am very satisfied with my Equinox.
