We were shopping for a used car and are delighted we found perfect 10. They gave us a great price without haggling and recommended and followed through on repainting the hood without hassle, no charge to us. The customer service was down-to-earth and friendly. They didn't waste our time whatsoever (which is so appreciated with three young kids along!). We have never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a car. We felt comfortable and taken car of the entire time. The purchasing and loan process was so quick and easy, and they got is a better rate than with our bank. Kevin and Ashley made us feel like family. We can't wait to buy our next vehicle with them!!
WOW. I shopped around for probably 8 hours this past weekend and Mazda was my last stop (wish it was my first). I am thoroughly impressed with the overall service and help that Cody L. provided me. I had lots of questions, and he had lots of answers. I walked in tired, annoyed, and honestly just over car shopping (remember, out 8 hours already) and he was just so positive and up beat that it made it such a great experience from the moment I stepped foot in the door, to the moment I left with new car keys in hand. EVERYTHING felt easy. Thank you Morries Mazda for doing a wonderful job overall! I am extremely pleased and will absolutely be returning for my next one.
Purchased a 2019 Pacifica. The sales person Aaron and finance manager Ryan were fantastic. They are both extremely customer focused and did not use any pressure tactics. Always have had great service from this dealership
David Klein was very helpful and not pushy. Just a different attitude than most car salesman you encounter. Very refreshing and made the whole experience that much better. I was shopping for a used truck and was 90% sure that I would buy a Ford 150. After comparing the Ford 150 and the Ram 1500 it was clear that you get more for less by going with the Ram, plus the ride is by far the best truck ride that I have ever been in.!
While I thought I was going to buy a used truck, Chaz showed us all of the options available to us and going with the new truck made sense. We got the truck we wanted, with the full warranty at a cost that is not much more than the used trucks we were looking for.
Chaz was great. He was very patient as we worked through the options. He was great about showing us the options without pressuring us towards a particular option. After the purchase Chaz still has been extremely responsive when I have had questions or needed anything done with the truck.
Everyone I have dealt with at the dealership has been exceedingly pleasant and helpful.
Overall, it was one of the best buying experiences that I have ever had.

We have dealt with a different dealership in the past and unfortunately freeway ford didn???t meet up to the competitors standard. We found freeway ford worked hard to get our business, but once we committed, it became difficult to get answers to basic questions or receive information we requested at the sale. It appears that once the sale is done follow up is slow or none.
I???m the midst of mourning my Wrangler, I called AC Motors asking about a new Jeep at their Bloomington location. I spoke with Mike. In spite of my sour attitude, he was easy going and kind. I had a no hassle test drive and was not pressured to buy. When I expressed interest in a more expensive model, Mike explained that spending less was the smarter choice. When I decided to go with the purchase 48 hours later, the buying experience was positive and painless. I was offered a surprisingly high amount for my trade. The financing person was easy to work with and put me at ease. My credit is not awesome (thank you ex wife) and they found me a good rate. The entire event took less than an hour. I waited a month before writing this review to ensure the vehicle was sound. A buyer should feel good about working with AC Motors. Talk to Mike.
My wife and I have never had such a great car shopping experience! Sean was our sales person and he made sure every aspect of our experience was outstanding. He took the time to explain every step, listened to what we were looking for and suggested vehicles accordingly. Not once did I feel pressured to make a quick buy!
