Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.
Mr. Alton Taylor had very good customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and tried going over and beyond to get me in the car I wanted. Unfortunately, the financing wouldn’t match up to what I wanted. I still recommend people to him because he goes over and beyond to try and make sure needs are met.
I have purchased two vehicles in the past year from landmark and both experiences were the best I have ever received at any dealership. I appreciate all the hard work my sale person Matthew Moyers did to get me a fair deal.
I was having trouble with my Wrangler soft top and stopped in to Landmark. Even though I wasn’t interested in a purchase a salesman (Lamin Ceesay) came right out and helped me. Truly awesome experience.

I first spoke with Mr. Jones by phone. I explained the car I had chosen and the amount of money I had and that I wanted to be sure it was there before I drove the 300 miles. He assured me it was and they could accomodate me. When I arrived, he was right there to meet me. They looked at my car and disappointingly could not give me the trade-in I wanted, but, in short order, they found a way to make up the $500 difference and sent me on my more than merry way. Mr. Jones told me he had played college basketball and I can truly say, he's still able to deliver a slam dunk!
Let me just mirror what others have said. Mark Cooper(sales) and Ivan Smith(Financing) got it done!
Mark answered all of my questions on the car and took time to get some photos before I came in. The car was cleaned up, the oil was changed, and the gas was topped off prior to use taking delivery of the car.
Not only did they have an amazing deal on a 2000 mile old car, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and the car had an amazing CPO warranty.

My wife and I decided to purchase a new car. We looked at the Honda accord the Nissan Maxima and the Toyota Camry. We decided to purchase the Camry XLE. The customer service provided to us by Ronald Steele and Gregory Johnson was BY FAR THE BEST we have encountered in our search in the Atlanta Area for a new vehicle. The entire atmosphere was very professional and pleasant inside the dealership. It was a great car buying experience. I have already recommended Toyota of Union City to one of my co-workers. Went in to service for a oil change and, to have air put into my tire. Asked about a wash and vacum outcar . The service was carried out as requested. This service I received was very good. I will be back.
Our salesman Myron was extremely helpful and considerate of what my husband and I were asking for. The finance department explained all the numbers in great detail. The entire ALM team was helpful and we didn't feel any pressure. We also appreciate all the help Jawon provided with explaining the features of the vehicle.
