2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

Rolled in for an oil change. Casey and technicians were expediant in getting our Pilot onto a lift and doing an inspection. They found a gaurd plate rubbing against a wheel and fixed the problem. Oil change and a quick reset of dash to 100% and we were on our way. Casey was very polite and knowledgable. Also arranged for a drive belt change because suv is a 2014 with very low mileage but sits outside. The technician did a great job in videoing the inspection process.

What truly sets this dealership apart, however, is their commitment to the customer after the sale. After only three days of owning the car, I experienced a major powertrain failure. When I called the dealership, they immediately stepped up. They had me tow the vehicle to a local dealer where it was repaired under the warranty provided by Interstate Ford, and they even covered a portion of the bill. Additionally, after identifying a few other safety-related concerns with the vehicle, Adam Gilbert, the sales manager, and the entire Interstate Ford team have been proactive. They have personally ensured me that they are doing everything in their power to correct these issues to provide a safe, reliable vehicle for my family. 2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
This is the perfect van for traveling. It is comfortable and there is plenty of room for luggage. This is one of the few vehicles that has enough legroom for my husband in the passenger seat. He is 6'5". It is large enough that I can hold my own on the interstate. Would of kept this one except we were interested in a hybrid.
