Kings DJC is the only place we shop for our vehicles. The Grand Cherokee Laredo and Commander have out-performed any vehicles we have ever owned. Kings DCJ found us the best SUV for the money, end of story. Jordan worked with us on the Grand Cherokee on the phone all day, we showed up and poof, no need to look elsewhere. He did everything he said he would. Mr. Brinkman is a kind man. He put the wheels in motion to sponsor my son's charitable foundation, The My GI Foundation www.mygivets.com and Kings DCJ was given a Combat Wounded parking sign from the foundation. We need a third car and it will be a Kings DCJ vehicle and we already have a nice guy in Mr. Chad Johnson searching for our current need. We go back next year and buy the third Jeep dad has had since 1994. You can buy a car anywhere, but few do the extra work to bring you in at a fair price, with no loan surprises, and I highly suggest buying your investment from Kings DCJ.
The whole experience at this dealership was great! I was contacted quickly when I inquired about the car I was interested in. Arrived to test drive the vehicle which was waiting for me already warmed up. Sat down with the salesperson, Andreas, to discuss how I wanted to handle this purchase. Andreas got everything set up, so when I came back to pick up my new car, the process was very simple and took less than 1 hour.

I went in needing a new car and even though I got the vehicle I wanted there was a mess up with the banks so I had to get info to them about my income and make a trip back. This also resulted in me paying $50 more on my payment which I was not happy about. Also I asked about a few minor things and it never got addressed. All in all I wanted to get my down payment and my trade in back but I love my new car.

I bought a used 2013 Chevy Volt from Wilmington Auto Center about a month ago and so far everything has been great. The salespeople were polite, not pushy and wiling to negotiate a little on price. They also gave me a decent offer for my trade in.

I recently took my truck in for a major repair and recalls that needed done. Was concerned if warranty would cover what needed done. There service department assured me that it would be taken care and no charges would be applied without talking to me first. When I arrived that day to get my car looked at and to make an appointment I was going through a very ruff time in my life. I was worried about my finances and not to mention I had never had to make an appointment for a vehicle to be repaired on my own in past times. I was concerned about being stranded without a vehicle and despretly needed one so that I could continue to work and support my family. That day I arrived a lady by the name of Karen was more then helpful. She worked to get all my answers and concerns addressed immediately. She set me an appointment that would work with my timing and promised to have a car available and if unable to do that at the time of drop off would call and recet an appointment. When I left that day she walked me to my car and spoke kind words of encouragement that I so despretly needed that day. On the day before I was to drop of the truck off she still called to reassure me there would be a vehicle waiting for me. Let me know she would not be working that day but I would be well taken care of. She was right. I arrived the next day and everything was laid out and ready for me. The service department did there work in the earliest time frame they gave me and was sure to call me and let me know how the work was coming along. When I picked the truck up. Karen remembered me and my name. The first thing she wanted to know was how I was doing and once again only had kind words to give me. God sent me an angle to get me through my day and she was exactly that. Oh did I mention the truck runs better then ever. Thank you for such great service and not making this just another job but treating me like I was your family.
