Beverly was fantastic! She hunted down the exact Wrangler we wanted and pulled a killer deal together for us! See Ed Voyles first and save yourself the hassle!

Love the STOW AND GO seating! This alone is awesome for camping and not fussing with taking seats in and out. Cant wait to buy the vehicle, with as much extended coverage as I can get cause it’s a long term investment for me...10 years at least. Minivan drives and handles wonderfully!
Awesome staff, awesome deals! Made my dream car extremely affordable and couldn’t be more pleased! Ask for salesman Will as well as his partner in finance. They completely blessed me. Couldn’t be more pleased!
The nicest vehicle I have ever owned

The Pacifica is extremely nice, has more amenities than we actually originally were after, has a comfortable ride akin to a Mercedes and has been reliable in the past. We have 3 kids under 11 and it makes transporting them around for daily tasks easy and safe.

Good looking car. There was a period of transition with all the bells and whistles, even on the L. Passengers all like the ride, but head rests have a strong forward tilt for some riders. Do like the bells and whistles, esp., flasher on mirrors when cars approach. Heat and air are both great.
The team worked really hard to help me get in the car I wanted. After visiting a couple of other dealers with pushy sales people, my salesman Marcus took his time and helped me find the right fit for me. I had a great experience.
Horrible video and GPS interface
by Chad from Waverly
December 6, 2018
The video controls have no button info and is extremely clunky. For instance you have 4 direction arrows and an ok button. No play button. So when the kids are wanting a movie to play you are blindly trying to get it to work while trying not to get into an accident. The GPS is more of the same. The voice commands while driving are extremely limited as to what you can say. It does not find normal reference points (could be from the lack of understood commands and references), it starts by asking you what country you are in, if it messes up the voice recognition in the 5 or 6 questions it asks you, you have to start over which is 70% of the time. The styling is great, the performance is as expected from a known platform but the user interface execution with the knowledge there are kid demands is some of the worst I have ever used. As a user of a vehicle like this and as a parent you have enough distractions, trying to use basic functions of the interface shouldn't be your biggest distraction. You are taking your eyes off the road way too much to try to figure out the vague controls that you just end up pushing whatever because there is no function assigned but its the only thing you have. Whoever designed this must not have kids and missed the idea to design a safe, easy, and a stress free user interface. This van concerns me for the safety of my family when sending my wife and kids out in it.
Great experience from the Salesman to Finance.
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Ram 2500. I would recommend Ed Voyles Dodge to anyone looking to have a great experience with purchasing a new vehicle. From the sales team to finance it went smooth and exceeded my expectations!
Than you Kirby Keith and Derek Martin.

Just bought my first Jeep Wrangler!
Kirby at Ed Voyles promised us when we first met him that if we decided to purchase a Wrangler that he would make it an easy process. He absolutely delivered. After an initial test drive there were a couple of check in calls but nothing like the nightmare I've experienced during other car purchases. When we did decide to purchase (a month or so later) Kirby remembered my wife and I and worked hard to find the exact Jeep we were looking for. This turned out to have a couple of hiccups but Kirby kept in communication throughout the process so we knew were things sat. We even got a loaner for a few days! In the end I got exactly the Jeep I wanted, more importantly the experience was probably the best one I've had with a car salesman. If you're looking to by a Wrangler you have to go see Kirby over at Ed Voyles.
I love this dealership! The entire staff is very friendly and also very knowledgeable! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jason Ford, he is a true people person, great listener, has a very strong work ethic and worked really hard to get me exactly what I wanted. I had very high expectations and he rose to the occasion and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely by another vehicle from ALM Kennesaw via Jason. The perfect match!
I did not purchase my car at the dealership but I come here for maintenance of my vehicle. Their customer service is awesome!!! Wydell Whiting was great with keeping me informed and smiling as a solution to my problem was trying to be figured out. And Tim Whitehead always keeps me laughing and makes sure that I’m being well taken care of every time I visit. It’s one dealership I actually look forward to going to because of great service! Keep it up guys.

Great van/crossover! Very stylish. Interior is very well made.. sleek , roomy. easy to drive comfortable to drive! Has good get up and go! Safety features are great!
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
I first took my Jeep Liberty to Landmark Dodge for evaluation and repair. My Jeep???s transmission was slipping especially when starting on a hill/incline. They were unable to replicate the issue. Additionally, they fixed my defroster under my extended warranty and did a oil change. While fixing the defroster the boot around my shifter apparently came loose and/or the zipper broke. Their mechanic said it was already done but it was not broken when I turned the car in for repair. The inside of the vehicle was filthy from the Defroster fan repair. The transmission continued to slip. After my poor ratings on the Chrysler survey the Service Manager called me and I explained the two issues and he did not offer to bring the vehicle back in to their shop. My Extended Warranty was about to expire and I really wanted to determine if there was a issue with the Transmission so I took the Jeep to Hendrick Dodge in Duluth a couple weeks later. Heather is my service advisor and she was able to have a mechanic ride with me. We were able to replicate the transmission problem. Additionally, he identified that I had issues with my front and rear stabilizer bars. They also found that the water pump was leaking. Heather was able to get all of these repair parts and labor completed under my Extended Warranty. The final cost to my warranty was just under $5000. I also had some additional preventive maintenance completed for $1300. Heather also was covered my rental car cost that was over and above what the Extended Warranty covered. Needless to say I am very happy with the service I received from Hendrick Dodge compared to Landmark Dodge. Heather did a fabulous job and my jeep is running great. I will continue to use Hendrick for any additional work I need completed while in the Atlanta area.
I visited Gwinnett Chrysler recently with the intent of looking for a new car to purchase in the next couple years. I was assisted by Lamoris who was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me to identify the next car I would like to buy. Very pleased with his professionalism. Thank you!

Classy looking vehicle that had a lot of luxuries for family needs. Spacious and roomy for all the needs of a family. Great on gas for it's class
Riaz Ali was the technician that worked on my car. He was very knowledgeable about my car and he showed me other services that my car needed without no pressure to buy. I loved that he was honest and even offered coupons towards the extra services need. He definitely stands above excellence. I only want him to work on my car! This dealership has a real jewel and his name is Riaz Ali!! Thank you for the experience and the excellent customer service. I will definitely be back!!!!!

This is a good looking vehicle and very comfortable to ride in. Having Stow and Go for all middle and rear seats us great! Parking assist with back up camera is very helpful as well as the sensors on the side mirrors. The radio is easy to operate and I appreciate controlling the temperature for the whole vehicle from the front. My frustrations with the Pacifica are in the interior use of space. Putting 3 children's car seats in the middle row is very tight. The center console is small and not closed in( front or back) so one is limited with what can go in that space securely. The cup holders are small, limiting the size bottle or cup one can fit there, especially in the door. Some of the storage pockets are so small and such an odd shape, they're not usful. The Pacifica is nice, but I expected better than this from Chrysler.
Great service and very helpful everyone was nice and they kelp checking on me to see if I needed anything and made me feel important
Safest vehicle I've ever driven.

This is our third Chrysler van and is by far the most advanced. We have owned 2015, 2016 Town and Country vans and the Pacifica is a tremendous upgrade. The electronic safety features make it easy for me, a 70 year old driver, feel very comfortable driving in traffic or backing
Went in to service for a oil change and, to have air put into my tire. Asked about a wash and vacum outcar . The service was carried out as requested. This service I received was very good. I will be back.

Both the sales man (Paul Sangeudolce) and the finance person (Magdalena Babiarz) were very tentative & helped our mother who is 74 years old get herself a new car. They both spend time with her and explained everything instead of just getting her to buy a car then get her out the door. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!
Best car buying experience I ever had

Shopped the entire State of Florida for a Pacifica just the way I wanted it. Ferman blew away the field with both selection and price and it wasn't even close. This dealership is full of professionals that aim to please. Miguel was our salesman, he bent over backwards, was honest and straightforward and made the experience a pleasure. They have a new customer for life.

I first spoke with Mr. Jones by phone. I explained the car I had chosen and the amount of money I had and that I wanted to be sure it was there before I drove the 300 miles. He assured me it was and they could accomodate me. When I arrived, he was right there to meet me. They looked at my car and disappointingly could not give me the trade-in I wanted, but, in short order, they found a way to make up the $500 difference and sent me on my more than merry way. Mr. Jones told me he had played college basketball and I can truly say, he's still able to deliver a slam dunk!
First Impressions Are Good

We formerly drove Subaru Forester. So the Pacifica is a welcome upgrade. We believe that we have a great value for the price we got. The engine is powerful and quite despite the size of the vehicle. We find the interior design flexible and well laid out. The comfort of the drive is good, not luxurious and we definitely notice the larger size, but these were expected. It is difficult to judge reliability at this time. Our car has 8k miles and has no issues.
The user interface on the vehicle was initially challenged by a lack of information (or our inability to find the information) in the manual. We have learned far more from instructional videos on YouTube. So, if you want an idea of how easy setting up phones and how to manage the car's systems - start there even before your test drive. After we drove it for a week, we found that the layouts were intuitive and the multiple ways of accomplishing the same task made common functions very manageable.
Our first impression on the Pacifica is that we can't wait to drive it.
Paul S. did an amazing job helping get the car I wanted. He made it easy and simple. I really cannot put it into words. Magdalena and Ernest were an also huge help in the process. I cannot thank you guys enough!
