I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Researching ways of trading in my husbands 22 Colorado (owned) and my 22 traverse LT (leased) for two months. Went to my dealer who gave me a number I wasn’t happy with so I looked at Ken Ganley Kia and Serpentini Chevy. Both were terrible experiences. The original number my dealer gave me at the start of research was better than Kia so I called him to lock in that amount but it changed and basically matched what Kia tried to give me. Wahlburg called and asked if I’d want to come in that evening. The guys at Wahlburg in Avon were incredible. I told them what my vehicles were worth and not a dollar less and told them the number I wanted a month and nothing higher. I was anxious and frustrated assuming they’d say the same stuff the others did but that wasn’t the case. Kia ppl mansplained things to me a lot but at Wahlburg I received none of that. I didn’t feel pushed into anything, I was able to get the deal and the car I wanted. They definitely made out with our vehicles and will make a nice profit but I also feel I’ve been given a good deal. The other places were offering far less, not budging on price and wanted me to pay a ridiculous monthly. Over all I had a great experience with this dealership! I’ll continue to go through them as long as they keep up the great customer service.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Brookpark OH. i needed a recall that was way over due on my "new 2013 " Dodge, they cared for that at no cost to me and an oil change , they found a mouse house hiding under the hood and evicted them at no charge , very helpful. I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.
