Jack Schmitt Chevrolet Wood RiverReviews
Jack Schmitt Chevrolet Wood River review
My Car died out in the morning and decided to go find a replacement. Went to Jack Schmidt in Wood River IL and met a salesperson named Kadin. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price I was willing to pay. Kadin came out with 2- vehicles I might be interested in. I drove 2-vehicles he selected. I ended up buying 1 of them. Kadin gave me the best service that as a customer could expect. He went thru everything and it only took about 2.5-3 hours total from driving the vehicle to walking away with what I wanted. Go see Kadin at Jack Schmidt in Wood River for great service

My purchase was worked through the great assistance of Mr. Brendan Will, Auffenberg North/O?Fallon IL Sales Representative. Brendan was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering all my key questions on the vehicles I was considering. 2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Only negative I could say about the company and it isn?t really a negative is that they don?t accept my vehicle warranty and other dealerships do and it has been proven to pay out on claims. Other than that the service they offer is great

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Federico Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I have been a repeat customer at Federico for more than five years at this point and they continue to go above and beyond for me that keeps me coming back. I am a brand new mom and recently was informed my Jeep has a recall. I reached out to Colton and not only did he get me scheduled, but he offered to take my car in for me since I live close and so I could keep my baby at home. We are customers for life all thanks to Colton!!
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

MINI of St. Louis review
Although I did not end up purchasing from MINI of St. Louis, the experience far exceeded anything I have had to suffer through with the dealers down here in Texas (Houston area). They had all fees and total pricing out front, with no surprise add-ons or non-negotiable extras that were not included in the listed price. [Yes, theyy do that down here in TX.]

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Paige W. In the AUFFENBERG Service Department does an excellent job. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She is a true asset to AUFFENBERG.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Federico Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Federico Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is our go-to dealership for a reason! We've purchased several Jeeps from them over the years and have always had an excellent experience. We've even confidently referred our family and friends, and they've been just as happy. Steve is absolutely great to work with, and Sheryl is fantastic too. Their professionalism and helpfulness make the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend them!

MINI of St. Louis review
Celebrating 50th wedding anniversary and my 70th birthday! Harry and Mike from Mini of xx Louis helped me through the process of purchasing my Mini online. Harry recorded a couple of short videos which was a wonderful way to meet him and my Cooper! Delivery to my driveway from George was absolutely ideal since I’m not a big city driver. Thank you Harry and Mike for helping make my dream of owning a Mini Cooper come true!

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Great service and great customer help from the members of the team. Replaced a battery and also shampooed the car before I picked it up.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.
