I've been to dealerships up and down the Treasure coast, not saying there aren't other great dealerships, but this one stood out among most. My experience with the salesman Edison was anything but high-pressured. He was low keyed, compassionate, helpful and insightful. The manager Phil was extremely patient, friendly and accommodating to the point of matching me to my next ride. Soooo unlike the dealership I went to that was the diametric opposite... Bev. The finance officer Lauren was a delight to work with in closing out the paperwork which is always such a dreadful part of the process. We do not live in Ft. Pierce. We have visited multiple dealerships in Orlando, Tampa, Cocoa, Miami, and other areas while searching for the right SUV. The price, interior and exterior color of the vehicle, and customer service are all important to us. Our experiences were hit or miss. Then, we drove by Coggin Honda Fort Pierce on our way to West Palm Beach and stopped in to see what they had. We did not intend to buy at all. JOHN RODRIGUEZ was the salesperson who greeted us. He asked us questions, showed us three different SUVs, walked us through all the features, test drove with us, and answered about 8,492 of our questions in the Florida heat from around 10 a.m. to about 1:30 p.m. At this point, we had spoken with 6 salespeople at different dealerships, and none had been as attentive, caring, patient, or as focused on truly listening to what we needed as John. We could see that he is a hard worker, a genuinely kind person, and not someone trying to force us into buying something we did not need. We told him that if we were going to buy a car, we would buy it from him because he had truly earned it. I used to be in sales, so I understand how it works--if you don't sell, you don't eat. We then met with Ibrahim Ardic, General Sales Manager, and Shellie Kull, Finance Manager. Both were friendly, reasonable, and great to work with. We ended up buying the SUV. If it were not for JOHN RODRIGUEZ, we might not have even stayed to negotiate. I want to thank John, Ibrahim, and Shellie for working with us to make this deal happen. We appreciate all your hard work, time, and effort. One small suggestion, though - the WAIT TIME WAS TOO LONG. We agreed to the deal and signed the credit application around 2:30 p.m., but we waited until about 6:00 p.m. before we could see the finance manager. We have seen others came after us & left before us. We did not leave until around 7:30 p.m., and we had a long drive home. That part was NOT fun. We understand it's a Saturday but the wait was just too long. Overall, we got the SUV we wanted, and John's customer service was excellent. THANK YOU!
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.
