We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

The service and the help of the personal was really good. They solve my emergency problem. The service was food and the job done in a really good time.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I recently had a great experience buying a vehicle from Milaca Motors. It is very apparent that the owners care about the people they are selling their vehicles to and that they will go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are satisfied. I discovered an issue with a vehicle I had purchased from them and they gave me every option I could think of to make things right. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle from them and we are very happy with it! On top of making sure I was happy with the purchase, they did not bat an eye at completing the transaction well after their typical closing time. I will be returning when I need another vehicle.

When finally deciding to purchase the truck, McKinley was available to answer all my questions regarding registration in a different state and shipment. We went through all the papers that needed to be signed online. He and the finance manager Travis went through my financing options and were able to find me a better rate than the one I found when I shopped online. They were extraordinary! For other paperwork that needed my signature on actual paper, they sent out the documents by mail overnight with FedEx after I told them how urgent I need the truck. They also provided a prepaid return label for me to ship me them back signed and did not even charge me for the whole shipping costs/process! It took only two days for the signed documents to get back to them and the process couldn't be smoother! I was very appreciative how they went above and beyond in their service and did not just stack up random fees to inflate the price like I experienced with other dealers. I walked away from other dealers cause of miscellaneous fees and felt taken for a ride with extra fees for being purchasing from out of state. They'd rather lose a big sale by adding $1k-$1.5k in unfair fees. But not with Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring. The price was fair and they did not mark up the final price with any deceitful fees. Once you see that as a customer, it signals to your how honest and truthful is Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring, and how fair the buying process is there. Shipment was very smooth. I arranged for a carrier to pick up the truck and gave them McKinley's contact information. The dealership detailed the truck then McKinley sent me a walk through video of the truck and options, which was very appreciated. And the truck looked spotless! Later, he met with the carrier and took a couple of pictures of the truck being loaded into the carrier. Got the truck in a couple of days and I was a happy customer! After sale service did not disappoint either. I connected with McKinley to schedule a short call to go over some of the options on the truck. He was as attentive and professional as he was before the purchase. He even sent me a handwritten note in the mail congratulating me on my new truck. These small things, as simple as they may seem, do matter a lot to a customer. I am confident my next purchase would be from him and his team at Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring, even if there were options around me in my state.
