2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

On June 23, 2026, I had the best experience at Courtesy Motors in Danville, IL that I have ever had in my life at a car dealership, and I am 68 years old. I went there to purchase a 2011 Ford Ranger. A place called Westlake Financial had sent me an email stating that I was pre-qualified for financing on the Ranger and gave me a voucher code for it. But when I got there that pre-qualification and voucher code meant absolutely NOTHING. I live in Kendallville IN, which is about 175 miles from Danville. A friend of mine had left his house in Lafayette, IN at 4 AM to pick me up in Kendallville so we would arrive at the dealership about opening time. I thought all was lost and we had traveled a great distance for nothing. But the staff at Courtesy Motors improvised and came up with a deal so I could drive away in the Ranger. Their sales consultant Xavier Hawkins was the driving force behind the accommodation; he pulled off what can only be described as a miracle. The salesman Leland was also directly involved in making it all happen. Their superior Samantha Woodard was instrumental in approving the deal in real time. Their pretty “cashier” helped me cobble together my payment methods to make it all work out. And their final sales paper guy (Jeremy) made the last part fast and seamless. I could not be more satisfied or happier with the deal I was given. In fact, I have been peaking out the window to see if the police have arrived to arrest me for stealing the Ranger. My deal was so good it was truly a steal. If I could give more than a five star rating then I surely would. Larry

2020 Chrysler Voyager review
Looooove my new Voyager!! It has heated seats and steering wheel!! So much room and great trunk space!! The only thing is I wish it has Power doors and trunk and I also wish the side windows in the far back opened. Even just vented. But overall i loooooove it ! Smooth quiet ride!!

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

2022 Chrysler Voyager review
The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

Several months ago I was looking for a car. I had been trying to get out from under a ridiculous car payment and contract that had changed with out my knowledge. I did have some credit issues and I was really nervous about getting yet another loan that was going to be really high in interest and payments. David worked with me over a few months and we finally got to where I needed to be. Two days ago I went in and I had a car that I wanted to look at, it didn't work for me because I had hip surgery from an military accident, anyways he said I should try the Subaru Outback that he had, I had already had one in the past so I knew that I would love it.. This car is perfect inside and out. The paper work took less than 30 from start to finish, I was never pressured and never once did I feel that I was being played and would end up in the same situation that I was already in. He not only got the deal and payments that I needed but he also gave me some really sound finical advice and ideas, the car is amazing and I took it to my local mechanic and he said the car was in amazing shape. the oil, tires, filters even the cabin filter had been changed. I feel safer being in this car more than my previous car. I will say this to any one, especially females , please go see David at Carwells in Severville, he will treat you right. it is so much more than just making a sale. I will be going back to get me a new truck once I pay this off and get better credit. but I am so happy with the financing that he got me, the honesty behind everyone there and just the whole outcome of my visit. If you are looking for a great experience and some one that really cares about you please go see him, you wont regret it at all. well, maybe the only regret I have is not going to see him earlier. 2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

As a first-time (young, female) car buyer, I was very nervous about the whole process. After a horrifying experience at the first dealership, I went to Cerritos Jeep even more nervous... Tony C. was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and, most importantly to me, really listened and cared about what I was looking for - which features were important to me and which ones I could forego, and what price I needed to stay under. Unfortunately, Cerritos didn't have the color of Jeep that I wanted in inventory. I even mentioned that I guess I could settle for my second color choice and mentioned that they had it in stock at another dealership. Rather than pressuring me to buy the car that was my second choice, Tony actually said that I should buy the car that was my first color choice because that is what I really wanted. Indeed, I bought the car at the third dealership and I'm thrilled! My only disappointment is that I couldn't buy it from Tony. Absolutely without a doubt the best car salesman I've ever met and probably on the planet! I would encourage anyone to buy from Cerritos and from Tony specifically. If I choose a Jeep for my next purchase I'll definitely be going to him!

2021 Chrysler Voyager review
