I bought one of these a couple of years back. I even used it as my daily driver which is not for everyone if you have kids/items to haul around town. However, it was the most fun car I have ever driven, I never ran into any issues maintenance wise or when I was driving it, and I even got in a severe car accident that could have very easily taken my life. This car may not be the safest for rolling over in but it kept me safe when I hit a concrete barrier after being run off the highway by a semi.

The environment is good, the service is good, too. The service staff introduce the car in detail patiently and warm-heartedly. I am very happy with his service.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

Awesome car buying experience with no run around ! Very straight forward easy experience. They do not pressure you or give you the run around at all. The customer service is beyond FANTASTIC! Love the Mini Cooper S convertible. It drives live a bullet and is heavy as a tank. The styling is so elegant. Most fun car I’ve ever owned.

Went into the Carmax store just to look for a car for future purchase. I was greet immediately by Mr. Carl R Emery and from there things went smoothly. We asked about cars and he talk to us a little about them and told us to have a look and call on him if we need to look in, test drive or just ask question about any of the vehicles. We end up buying a car! Customer service was great and now we will have to drive the car for a little while before I will make any comments. OVERALL the experience.

This does NOT refer to either my dealer's sales or service departments, both of which are excellent. But I have to relate that a life-of-the-car part, the steering control module, failed at only 8,500 miles, and as luck would have it, just after the new car warranty expired. It required two visits and over $1400 to repair. I've not heard anything from Mercedes about even a partial reimbursement- not that I really expect anything.

For a super car, the ride and comfort is unbelievable. Easy to work controls. And of course as a McLaren, the performance is breathtaking. Quickness and handling are beautiful.

I have owned 3 corvettes before this car and have to say, this XKR has had more head turning photos and washes than the last 5 years of miles driving summers. It is such a powerhouse and joy to drive with the top down while listening to the supercharger kick in. I walked in to Ferrari of houston with the hopes that I would walk out with my first Ferrari. As I walked in I was greeted very politely by the front desk person and was asked how they could help me. Craig Becker was called to assist in helping me find a special car. I gave Craig what it was that I was looking for and we began our journey through the dealership. Craig took his time explaining what each and every car was and why each was special. The selection at this dealership was incredible and quite honestly breath taking. As we made our way through the showroom I quickly saw the car I wanted. It was a 488 spider, red with a black roof, carbon fiber package, and black wheels. It was perfect. As I tried to compose myself and not let Craig know that he had already sold the car to me without even knowing it, he began to tell me about each and every feature of the new 488. The car was perfect and I wanted it. Craig and I exchanged information and I decided to leave as I didn't want to make an impulse decision (and also because I wanted my girlfriend to see the car as well). I left and immediately received pleasant communication with all Of Craig's contact information. I waited the weekend and contacted craig on Monday. I told him where I wanted to be $ wise and he said he would see what he could do. Craig was very responsive and very direct. He let me know at all times what was a realistic expectation and never did I feel like I was being sold a car, I was part of a greater experience. After a few messages back and forth, we came to an agreement that we were all happy with. I told him I'd be in the next day to pick up the car. When I arrived craig was already waiting for us at the front desk and walked us over to the car. I had goosebumps as it finally sank in that I was minutes away from owning my first Ferrari. I met with Ryan and he walked me through all of the paperwork and had it all ready to go to make the transaction very pleasant and easy. I couldn't believe the warmth and service I was experiencing at Ferrari of Houston. Both Craig and Ryan provided me with an amazing experience up to that point. I then met Tony, the General Manager of the dealership. He congratulated me and he seemed genuinely happy for me knowing that it was my first Ferrari. The three of them and I engaged in a lengthy and amazing conversation, we had shared many personal stories about our love for cars and how we all ended up in that same office together. As we wrapped up the deal, they handed me the keys and we all walked to where my new car was sitting. As I sat in it for the first time I thought, this has been a once in a lifetime experience. From buying a Ferrari, to the way I was treated, that day was one of the best in my entire life. I will be forever grateful for my experience there and cannot wait to buy my next car from Ferrari of Houston.

My car is actually a 2008 Mustang Bullitt with a 315 HP 4.6 liter engine with a Roush supercharger. Total HP is between 425 and 450. Quite fast.

Bought car in February ‘22. Wow. It is a great vehicle. I know I am in the honeymoon stage but… so what? Performance, especially lane changes, is notable and fun. Increased acceleration when briefly passing, is so satisfying. The roof is magical. With top up, the car is luxurious; down, sporty. The seats are comfortable

Nice facility now that Genesis and Hyundai are in separate buildings. Good customer service. Only complaint is the high cost of the windshield wiper replacements I had installed while having recall work completed

4cyl turbo engine is quick and smooth. Best navigation I have seen and great console improvements . Sleek design makes the BMW the best coupe in the luxury market.

A very responsive vehicle, excellently balanced with the mid-engine. Out corners the 911s. The PDK transmission with the double clutch is unnoticeably smooth. You hear it shift but don't feel it. The 4-cylider engine with turbo charger has no noticeable turbo lag and its 300 hp moves the car along at an exhilarating pace. Can go fast in the straightaways but it is more fun straightening out curves.
