He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. 2024 Ford Mustang review
I just purchased the 2024 rapid red turbo. I love the mode change and it has that great sound as you pull away from others. Great take off and smooth ride. Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. Juan Martinez, not only impressed upon me as a recent customer, but confirmed the values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and service truly to reflect the name and brand values of Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley. Thank you Juan for this elite, excellent, and positive experience with your team, department, and dealership. Execution was exquisite and exceeded my expectations indepth. Juan Martinez earned my trust and loyalty for not only the MB of LV dealership but for the automobile industry, as I have seen in the past varying degrees in differences of results as well as efforts regarding many challenges met unsuccessfully to satisfaction or expectation as a customer. Juan Martinez may be 1 of many within the field of service advisory, but he and MB of LV are 1 of 1 in my experience. 2004 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class review
This is the 2nd SL class I've owned, so ill try to keep this objective. These are state of the art vehicles with features way ahead of their time. They are built straight forward and repairs can be undertaken by the owner more than one would think. If you can find one in a salvage yard, you can learn how things come apart with little risk of damaging your own. The value of the experience sometimes outweighs the time it takes to learn. If that makes any sense... This car is easy to love, who wouldn't? Neck breaking acceleration, sexy good looks, the way it cradles its occupants, and surrounds them with luxury appointments unmatched by other maker's offerings. The feel is rock solid at the wheel and pedals, despite how heavy the car feels. More than enough ponies, to confidently pass or merge, and brakes that could stop a semi-tractor. The gauges are well placed, and logical information comes at your finger tips with the multi-function steering wheel. The cockpit seating seems to have an Infinite number of positions, and the easy exit feature will undoubtedly preserve the leather of the lumbar lobe. Controls are semi-ergo friendly; however the roll bar and hard top controls would be better positioned anywhere besides directly under your elbow. Concealing the roll bar up/down switches beneath the top control, does not demonstrate forethought by MB engineers. Driving the car is truly exhilarating, top up or top down. The sound remains with BOSE, and a disc changer allows for more choice. Staggered wheels are staple with the MB roadster, and improved with 35/40 series width adding to the nimble agility already demonstrated by the car. So... What's to hate? Depreciation! I feel sorry for the 1st owners of an SL. At the same time i envy that they can take it in stride. If it were not for these brazen buyers, i would never be able to afford this car. Repairs and failures... Fortunately, I've got advanced wrenching ability or this car would keep me in hock up to my neck. Although the hard top is a mastery of elegance in motion, it is delicate and prone to failure. The deck lid/boot cover/trunk lid, can present quite a challenge when, (not if), the latch fails. There is literally no way to get at the repair w/o creating damage in the course of gaining access to the latch assembly. I ended up designing and fabricating a tool that can reach the manual release levers from the rear of the cockpit. This body style incorporates a fuel cel that has an internal problem. A baffle becomes disconnected and creates an obnoxious clunk at the storage bulkhead. The fix is said to call out 18+ hours of tech time to remedy. (Ouch!) The bottom line is: you take the good with the bad, and hope that you can DIY when the time comes for repair. Till that time...enjoy the love.

2020 BMW 430 review
Bought 2020 430i xdrive Gran Coupe six months ago. First of all the car performs nicely but if it's performance you're looking for look elsewhere. This car is a large, luxurious, roomy and very capable driving machine. Trunk on the Gran Coupe is enormous. The power tailgate is a nice touch. Seats are firm and infinity adjustable. Wood and aluminum trim is lovely. Car is versatile meaning you can drive it as a cruiser or put it into Sport plus model and use the paddle shifters to the full effect. Car goes 0 to 60 in 5.6 secs and top speed is 155, adequate for most of your driving needs. Car feels very solid on the highway and safety features assure a safe ride. I highly recommend this car. If it's performance your looking for pony up for the M version which also has stiffer ride and uses more fuel. This is my 11th BMW and over the years I've come to trust and enjoy the marque.

2022 Mazda MX-5 Miata review
There are a lot of professional reviews that state the absolute fun of driving this vehicle. After owning this car and driving in multiple traffic conditions in south Florida, I have to say that the reviews are completely correct. I've owned my share of cars, including some sports cars, like a 2021 WRX (manual tranny) and a 2004 RX-8 (auto tranny). This 2022 Miata MX-5 definitely beats the WRX hands down in drivability and fun. It also edges out the RX-8, but the rotary is something in its own class. My favorite thing about this car is the gear ratio. It fits in almost every driving condition. There's plenty of room in 1st and 2nd while in rush hour traffic, and if you want to step on it, holy cow! This car is F>A>S>T>!!! It's reportedly set to go to 60mph in under 6 seconds, and I believe it. After 500 miles on the odo, the car seemed to open up and got even more fast and fun. At first I thought the cockpit was too small. After getting into this car from my Mazda 3, I felt cramped and a bit claustrophobic. That lasted about three days. Now it feels totally natural and comfortable. I'm 5'9" and slender build, so I really fit in this car. Someone above 6ft tall and larger build would probably feel tight. This is a glorious go kart, with a Bose stereo, terra cotta leather seats, and platinum quartz color. It corners like no one's business, and if I turned off my traction control, it would drift beautifully. With the traction control, it catches and corrects in an intentional slide. The turning radius is ridiculously tiny. Throwing the top open takes about 3 seconds, literally. The seats have speakers in the head area for calls and the higher pitch of the Bose sound. This is my daily driver, and I love it. If you have a partner who has a larger car for the more practical notions, go get one of these before you turn 80. You'll be glad you did.

2020 BMW Z4 review
I upgraded to the 2020 Z4 M40i after having a 2006 Z4 3.0i. The exterior styling and sound gets looks and complements at least once a day when driving. The interior is modern and has lots of the most up to date technology, although I wish less plastic was used. It drives awesome, and I am very pleased with the car.
