With the Atlanta team you'd never know that there is a line of customers out the door. From beginning to end, the folks at Ferrari of Atlanta were great. From the first phone call with Steven Eckhoff to discussions after delivery, it was a really great experience. Attentive and friendly throughout. Prompt responses to all questions. And some great advice along the way. Steven and the others on the team in Atlanta - I met a few including the service staff who gave me good peace of mind that the attention would not wane - were great to deal with. If you are fortunate enough to be able to consider a Ferrari or Maserati, I would recommend that you give them a call.

Excellent engineering, makes it a technologically advanced car always ahead of it's time in safety features; beautiful styling gives it a timeless beauty no mater how old it is; exhilarating drive, great handling and great performance. Very reliable mechanically with no issues.

The whole experience was amazing including follow up and additional questions and transactions months after the original purchase. Michael Mills made me feel very comfortable with making my first 'sight unseen' very large purchase. It is very hard to put your trust in someone to be your eyes and ears for you when you are thousands of miles away, and you can't even take a 3 day trip to fly in and check things out for yourself. Michael made me feel very comfortable with this situation. He answered all of my questions via phone, text, and emails. He even sent me some detailed pictures and videos that pertained to my questions and concerns. They all went the extra mile even with setting up and scheduling the pickup and delivery of the vehicle via a car transport company with a covered trailer. Michael sent me updated info with pictures of the pickup and loading of the vehicle when it was on it's way to me. My local servicer, who received the car in for me to do the local state inspection etc., was amazed by the quality of service and the product itself. Although, he was not surprised. He knows all of the large and small dealerships that sell new and used Ferraris in the country. When I told him that I was looking at a vehicle at Ferrari of Atlanta, he told me that I should feel at ease. He assured me that I would be receiving the best service possible from them. My servicer has been in the business for many years. He assured me that I would be very satisfied with a car from Ferrari of Atlanta, because he and his clients have had good experiences with them. I bought this car about 3 years ago pre-owned. Surprisingly you can drive it daily. Its very comfortable for a supercar. I like that its more subtle than other comparable cars. Overall a great car just be ready for high maintenance costs.

My wife and I abhor the process of dealing with car salespeople. From the moment we drove into the dealership the 'feel' was instantly different. Our first encounter was with Mario (not even a salesperson). He told us the salesman we were to meet was delivering another car for a customer, so it would be a while before we met him. He then very kindly ushered us to the car of our interest and simply said, "Please, have a seat in the car, enjoy it and I'll try to answer any questions you may have." No pressure, no worries. Next in line was Paul (our salesperson, Blake was still not available yet), a salesperson. He also was very attentive and retrieved the key and took me for a test drive. Again, no pressure....just helpful, helpful, helpful. Finally, we met Blake and the process continued be be nothing but exceptional in every respect. We did not expect to buy the car that day however, the process (and of course the exquisite car) was so comfortable, natural and easy, we bought our V12s. The SLC 300 is a nicely balanced roadster that is a blast to drive. Fit and finish are great and the styling is stunning. The retractable hardtop is fantastic, you can have the best of both worlds in 20 seconds. I've owned this car for about 10 months now and have not had any real issues and the price of the Service Level A was less than I expected. It does have some quirks though. The sport seats are very firm at first and take a while to break in and soften up. There is no voice dialing in this car, which I found odd in this day and age. Also, for some reason they decided to mix halogen and LED lamps in the headlights. Not a big fan of that decision but I can live with it. Overall, it's a great little car that costs a lot less than it looks and is fun to drive. No buyer's remorse at all.

This is the 2nd SL class I've owned, so ill try to keep this objective. These are state of the art vehicles with features way ahead of their time. They are built straight forward and repairs can be undertaken by the owner more than one would think. If you can find one in a salvage yard, you can learn how things come apart with little risk of damaging your own. The value of the experience sometimes outweighs the time it takes to learn. If that makes any sense... This car is easy to love, who wouldn't? Neck breaking acceleration, sexy good looks, the way it cradles its occupants, and surrounds them with luxury appointments unmatched by other maker's offerings. The feel is rock solid at the wheel and pedals, despite how heavy the car feels. More than enough ponies, to confidently pass or merge, and brakes that could stop a semi-tractor. The gauges are well placed, and logical information comes at your finger tips with the multi-function steering wheel. The cockpit seating seems to have an Infinite number of positions, and the easy exit feature will undoubtedly preserve the leather of the lumbar lobe. Controls are semi-ergo friendly; however the roll bar and hard top controls would be better positioned anywhere besides directly under your elbow. Concealing the roll bar up/down switches beneath the top control, does not demonstrate forethought by MB engineers. Driving the car is truly exhilarating, top up or top down. The sound remains with BOSE, and a disc changer allows for more choice. Staggered wheels are staple with the MB roadster, and improved with 35/40 series width adding to the nimble agility already demonstrated by the car. So... What's to hate? Depreciation! I feel sorry for the 1st owners of an SL. At the same time i envy that they can take it in stride. If it were not for these brazen buyers, i would never be able to afford this car. Repairs and failures... Fortunately, I've got advanced wrenching ability or this car would keep me in hock up to my neck. Although the hard top is a mastery of elegance in motion, it is delicate and prone to failure. The deck lid/boot cover/trunk lid, can present quite a challenge when, (not if), the latch fails. There is literally no way to get at the repair w/o creating damage in the course of gaining access to the latch assembly. I ended up designing and fabricating a tool that can reach the manual release levers from the rear of the cockpit. This body style incorporates a fuel cel that has an internal problem. A baffle becomes disconnected and creates an obnoxious clunk at the storage bulkhead. The fix is said to call out 18+ hours of tech time to remedy. (Ouch!) The bottom line is: you take the good with the bad, and hope that you can DIY when the time comes for repair. Till that time...enjoy the love.

My 2014 SL550 has been absolutely trouble free. It's actually one of the most reliable cars I've ever owned. I live in Denver and frequently travel to Winter Park which involves a twisty mountain pass that crosses the Continental Divide. During summer months, I'll drive this car and the handling capabilities of the car allow it to shine. It's extremely agile and corners like a 911, with similar power (insane power to weight ratio from the twin-turbo V8, with all aluminum frame and body construction). Let's just say I like to drive in a spirited manner, and demand a lot from a car's power and handling. This car's capabilities are vastly unknown by the general public. To put it in perspective, no stock Mustang, Camaro, Charger, or Tesla has ever beaten me off the light in this car, and they sure try. I'm convinced every Tesla owner seems to just think their car is faster than ANY other car out there, and it's most definitely not. I frequently have Tesla drivers want to race me from a light in this car. The juvenile in me comes out and smokes them every time. The styling of this car might be controversial to some, but wherever you go or park, I've never had a car where so many people get giddy with excitement over how great they think it looks. Be ready for that...lol

it is a super car without the screaming flamboyance of most super cars. Inside it is even more elegant than outside with the 2 vanity mirrors, lean design with so much beauty you just don't want to leave the car. The passengers are always delighted by the good taste it presents. Driving is fun and it is quite and strong matching its classiness. Handling fantastic and super reliable. Maintenance is key. Overall it seams to be low key due to the incredible Mercedes quality of the area.

Have had 5 3 series`, and I wont drive anything else, starting with a `78 323. Love the whole layout, including the battery...surprising power for a 4 cylinder. My last was an inline 6, and this is far quicker. I`m 6 ft tall, and the back seat is , well, a back seat. You have as much legroom as the front seaters allow, but even with the front seats pulled a few inches forward, there is still ample room in front (and back). Only drawback? The shift into second can be a little abrupt, that`s about it. Thx.

I own a 2018 GTS 718 Boxster. This is my 4th Porsche, I've had 2 air cooled 911s and first gen Cayman S. This is by far the best car I've ever owned. Everything about is perfect. Looks excellent, handles excellent, sounds excellent in sport mode with the sport exhaust. You can actually hear noises from the turbo. Excellent power. I've always had manual transmissions and this is my first PDK and it's excellent as well, it's so smooth, you'd think Carlos Santana tuned it. First topless Porsche, my others were all coupes. Tell this girl take her top off and she does it almost instantly, topless in about 10 seconds, even when jogging! Gets thumbs up and "daaamn" remarks by passer by's. It's one of the best looking cars I've ever seen. Extremely fun to drive. I feel lucky and honored to own this car. If you have the opportunity to get one, do it, you won't regret it. Even the base model is excellent, I driven them too!

This car has been a ton of fun to own. I searched far and wide to find a 128i couple in dark gray, with navigation. Patience paid off and I found the one I currently own several months later, and it has been an absolute showstopper. I am constantly getting compliments on this car, even though it is now seven years old. It is aging very gracefully and has not been hard to maintain. Highly recommend.

I spoke with Syed on the phone about a car he had in his inventory, Syed was very professional and helpful in answering my questions before I drove 3 hours to look at a car on his lot. I missed a turn and Atlanta traffic is a nightmare so I was late getting there, Syed had even called to check on me to make sure I was still coming. That's above and beyond. When I arrived I have to say they were very busy and they have a lot of very nice cars on their lot. There were customers everywhere so this is a high volume dealership. Syed was up front and greeted me with out having to wait. Again above and beyond. Although the car I came to see was not the one for me, I didn't care for the interior color, it was a very nice car. I had read a lot of bad reviews from other customers and I felt the need to share my experience. Again this is a high volume/very busy dealership, there will be some unhappy customers. Don't let that deter you from visiting this lot. There are a lot of nice vehicles there.
