This was the easiest most fabulous car buying experience ever. John was very helpful and responsive to questions. I purchased a Trailblazer from out of state. He drove the car to Firestone to get it looked at for me and then arranged for transport. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle, he put NEW tires on because that is what he would have wanted for his daughter. There are no fees or games. John is honest and straight forward. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from him. I found the car online on Saturday, purchased Monday, sent money Tuesday, transport on Wed, and had the car Thursday. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Porasche 944's are rare and are great sports cars to own and drive. They drive like a dream, especially with the sun roof open in the winding roads of the coountry.

We purchased a Toyota Sienna Van from Sunshine Auto yesterday and had a great experience. The owner was very helpful and polite. We were allowed to look over the vehicle for a half hour without being bothered by any sales staff. We were also allowed to take the van the next business day to our mechanic. Our customer service rep there knew the owner of Sunshine well and spoke highly of him. We received a fair price for our trade and came away very satisfied. There were no doc fees and the paper work was completed very quickly. (We paid cash.) We would certainly return the next time we are in the market for a used car.

This car exceeded all of my expectations! It is an M-Sport and has the optional M-Power package and is a mini M4! Fun to drive, hardtop convertible for those summer afternoons and has all the features of a modern BMW.

I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!

We didn't deal with the Lynchburg office in person, but when I spoke with the lady in finance( I am sorry I don't remember her name) she let me know that they can ship the vehicle to our closest location. That to me is customer service! Our application was simple and we got pre qualified. Next car will be a CarMax car !!

My appointment was scheduled for 0800 to drop off my car for routine maintenance, Norm said that he would provided a loaner. I was in at 0800, out by 0820, in my loaner car and on my way to work. Norm was thorough as always, explained what services would be provided and told me when to expect a phone call. He did everything he said he would do. I prefer to only have Norm as my service advisor. He is honest, gives exceptional customer service and has always has great follow through.

Wow. After reading negative comments concerning weight and the front end, I was unsure while waiting for the car that I would like it. It’s an amazing beast, and better than I expected. Weight gains in part are due to stiffening braces in the rear sides and under the car. Yes, it’s a bit heavy, but the lack of flex more than pays you back. The front end with the rectangular intakes has a purpose. This car needs a lot of air intake for cooling. Behind the rectangular intakes a coolers which need air. This car is well behaved when it needs to be, and complies with daily driving, yet when you want to play, it responds well. I feel this is the total package at an affordable price. The only place I feel could have been a bit better is road feedback through the steering wheel.

The BMW service center squeezed me in and replaced a run flat tire with very little notice. It took less than an hour to complete the work. Very happy with the service provided.

Had recall serviced and while taking care of the it they ran diagnostic and fixed a headlight lamp/ module that I had estimates for $7500 to repair. They fixed it and didn?t charge me $0. Also provided a nice loaner for the few days. Very pleased.

I have driven many BMW’s but this one surpasses them. Not only does it have an amazing look but the feel and sound of a V8 is no comparison. I can leave it in comfort mode and relax or put in Sport and everything changes. I hope BMW leaves this one alone along with the M5 and not make into the electric garbage with these horrible grills.

I just bought this Coupe with 60,000 miles on the clock. The vehicle had been in a minor accident, but is still in decent condition. He runs like a stallion! I plan on changing out the transmission filter/fluid to keep the transmission shifting smoothly. (I am currently replacing the valve chains/tensioners on April 2nd, 2024). I'll keep working on the interior and plan on replacing the old headlamps with LED units. I also plan on removing (and selling) the rear seats, replacing them with slide bars for extra luggage room. This really is a two-seat, Grand Touring automobile, not a Sports Coupe. Since I have no family (and never will) the XK8 will allow me to travel at 1000+ mile stretches in comfort. The style is impeccable and the engine's smooth performance is pulse-quickening. Since I live in Northwestern Oregon, the convertible wasn't a practical option, so I sought out a Coupe. (I'm happy that I did). Put your money into restoring one of these Grand Touring machines. You'll gain more attention than the Corvette, Mercedes, Audi, Nissan and Porsche owners and you'll enjoy the ride. Come on. You know that you really want one, or you wouldn't be reading this.

We shopped a variety of different models while at Aristocrat before deciding on a Merecedes. I know what I want from the car, and I want the car-buying experience to be fun by being easy. To ensure that, Riley was responsive, communicative, clear, friendly, professional, patient, and informative, among other things. He responded to every phone call, email, text message in a very reasonable time, and was clear in communication and explanation of their process. The car I bought was the only one in the country in the right color and options combo, which is why I was making the purchase from out-of-state. The Alfa Romeo I bought has been a life goal, but I wanted to remain rational about the major purchase, so not feeling pressured was important. I flew to Kansas City (my first visit) before the paperwork was completed due my late decision to move forward the previous day. Riley picked me up from the airport, no questions asked. I enjoyed the ride over to Aristocrat Motors while he told me about the city and its history, as well as about the dealership, its management and practices. I truly enjoyed that drive and already felt justified in my decision to make a trip to buy a car. When we pulled up to the dealership, I knew to expect a large, multi-brand campus. It was even nicer than I had expected. Given that the car was a life goal as well as having a sticker price double what I have ever paid for a car before, I was hoping for that ‘above and beyond’ sales experience you always see in commercial, but also knowing that the car I wanted was still a fraction of the most expensive cars that Aristocrat offers. What happened next sealed the deal. The car was not parked in a delivery area outside, not set up in a staging room inside the building; the car was in the middle of the prettiest, most impressive showroom room that I have ever seen, under a massive domed ceiling with indirect lighting, on a stoned floor, surrounded by other Alfas and Maseratis. I was blown away that this is how they treated me. After a quick test-drive just to make sure everything was in its right place, Riley reviewed the online paperwork and pricing that I had gone over the night before. Their online purchasing system is transparent. I could see everything I needed to in one spot, including selecting any applicable manufacturer discounts that applied on my own. The number he showed me matched what I saw the day before, no surprises. Now, the last step before a very long drive home, was the finance office. I was still expecting to walk into Ben Jones’ office and get hit with offers for last-chance, just-in-case add-ons; I was wrong. Ben rattled off the same numbers I saw at home, the same numbers I reviewed with Riley. A handful of signatures in what couldn’t have been longer than 5 minutes, and I was done. My head still spins at how fast that process was, as well as respectful of me as a buyer and my time. I walked out of the office, back over to my new car. Riley thanked me, gave me a parting gift then I quite literally drove off into the sunset. I almost cried looking around myself, seated in a beautiful new Alfa Romeo, with not a single regret nor speed bump to give me second thoughts. The sole thing left to be desired is an Aristocrat Motors location in my home area. Thank you so very much to Riley and all of the Aristocrat Motors staff, it was an absolute pleasure.

I should give a little background of my perspective. I am a quazi-audiophile that listens to many styles of music but Jazz is my primary go to music. I like a car that's not too noisy/loud but has a nice more subdued exhaust note and suspension that's not overly firm. You might say I'm a sporty GT kind of guy. I've owned Mercedes and BMW coupes and have test driven Porsches, Jaguars, the Genesis G70, Infinitis, Hyundai Veloster N, Alfa Romeos, Vettes, the new Mazda MX-5, and of course the new BMWs & Mercedes. To my eye there's a simple yet sporty and sophisticated design ethos to the 2019 Audi TT Coupe. It's one of the more "timeless" designs on the market today and Audi has done a great job with it's current revision of the TT. THE INTERIOR: I think the interior became the benchmark in 2016 in its class by integrating Audi's Virtual Cockpit with an all digital display allowing full integration of Google maps and by incorporating the HVAC controls into the turbine style air vents. For 2019 Audi includes Audi's Phone Box that hides large cell phones, can connect with compatible phones automatically with NFC wireless connectivity and connects to Audi's car antennae to boost your phone's signal! The Bang and Olufsen 680 watt 12 speaker 14 Channel Sound System does a respectable and should satisfy most listeners with the exception of those who demand over accentuated bass. I'm 5'7" and stocky and found the cabin for a sports car to be relatively easy to ingress and egress. The steering wheel had a lot of extension to it and the although the seats in the S-Line Competition package opted TT were confortable, with my 250lb frame with thick football player thighs, I thought that anyone larger than me might feel the seat bottom bolsters just a little too snug but I didn't drive a TT without these sport seats. Everything was ergonomically good with 2 exceptions. 1. The 2nd cup holder was under the armrest which is not overly large to begin with and set a little further back than most. 2. I thing the back button location should be switched with the menu button so that your thumb can be used for the back button. It would be nice if Audi could do an optional glass roof like the one in the Mercedes SLC which uses a switch that disperses magnetic particles sandwiched between 2 layers of glass to let light in. The 22 cu. ft. of available luggage space with the rear seats down sets the TT apart from its direct competitors. The back seat is strictly for children or stowing things. RIDE & PERFORMANCE: The 2016 Audi TT Coupe reached 0-60 mph in 5.2 s and a lateral acceleration of .98 g in Car and Driver's testing. Using the newly introduced for 2019 7-speed dual clutch transmission, it wouldn't surprise me if the 0-60 mph time goes down. The car is very quick and accurate and although doesn't have the heft that "track people" probably prefer, I liked it very much and feel that most "luxury sporty car" drivers will like it too. I preferred the car in the individual mode with all settings in dynamic but the exhaust in and suspension both in comfort. With this set up, the car was sporty, quick enough for my taste, allowed me to enjoy my music, and not beat me up like a corvette. It feels and sounds more refined and sophisticated in this set up compared to a Porsche Cayman. I'm just not a fan of the current Cayman's 4 cyl. exhaust note. NIGHT DRIVING: With the TT's Quattro AWD, Jazz playing on the Bang & Olufsen audio system, the TT's individual settings set to my above liking, the soft white LED ambient light strips along the door panels and center stack, along with the soft white glow mood lighting in the foot wells, selecting the sport mode tachometer view with digital MPH in the center, created a wonderfully unique sophisticated night time test driving experience that I shall always remember. I think that's perhaps the highest praise that I can give the 2019 Audi TT with the S-Line Competition Package!

If you can afford this beast, you will fall in love in no time at all! It's fast, handles like a true sports car, and turns heads like you wouldn't believe (regardless if whether you're into that sort of thing or not). Positives: it's a (rare) manual, it's low and sleek, it's luxurious, it has two trunks (one of them a frunk), and you won't see many GT4's out on the road. Negatives: it's really low to the ground making it hard to get in and out of, it's quite expensive (mine was $135K used), the trunks are small (ie. it doesn't carry much), the gas mileage is mediocre, and maintenance costs are on the higher side. For a car enthusiast, however, this car will get your juices going just thinking about taking it out for a drive!
