Germain Subaru of Columbus review
My service advisor, Erin, was very helpful. The oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection went smoothly. Unfortunately, a technician broke two lug nuts on my car and my car had to remain overnight. Erin kindly arranged for a courtesy car with no cost to me and comped the six month service. I appreciate her consideration!

Acura Marysville review
I saw an Acura MDX on cars.com. I reached out to the dealership and was assisted by Hunter Adams. He was not pushy, but sen me info on that car and others on the lot. I test drove the car and he gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I’m the proud owner of an Acura MDX. The process was painless. Thanks Acura of Marysville for the excellent customer service!
2014 Honda Civic review
Reliability is what I look for in a car. The 2014 Civic lacks some of the electronics in modern cars but that is good. The more stuff in a car the more likely something will go wrong. I had no plans to get another car until an idiot totaled the car.

Jesse was great. He went above and beyond what was expected. There was no deception which I’ve always found in dealerships and he let us look at and test drive as many vehicles as we wanted. Genuinely a good guy and upfront about everything. Thanks so much Jesse.
2012 Kia Forte Koup review
Got this car used in 2016 with 62k miles. Few years down the line I’m now at 130k with the only issue being the clutch needs replacing soon. Great car and very reliable! I definitely don’t drive this car nicely and it’s been holding up great. More impressed the ac works perfectly when I’ve seen some Chevys fail there by now.

2015 Chevrolet Camaro review
This is a review of a 2015 Z/28 LS7 Camaro. I bought the car with 8500 miles on it. Have put a thousand on it in one month, I cant stop driving it because it is so much fun. I have scheduled to have the heads replaced , all Ls7's need this done so plan that into your budget. Do your research online about that and you will find all the info you need. The ride quality is not as bad as reviewers online would have you believe, my lady and i take road trips in sport mode and its fine. A car like this is not gonna ride like a Cadillac, its a race car. The interior noise is not a problem at all. The engine sounds amazing , the gearing is sooo tall its fantastic. The car has Mitchelin pilot sport 4 s on them so this is what I'm judging ride quality with. They are great tires on this car for all around use . Hope this helps someone !

Bob Caldwell Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
Erik has been forth-coming, relatable, and super helpful during this difficult time after my new car had been stolen. Replacing a new car was stressful and exhausting. When I walked into Bob Caldwell I wasn’t planning on buying that day even though I had the car in mind, but Erik made the process feel lighter. I hate car shopping by the way, so this says a lot. Thanks Erik!

Excellent service! I took my certified 2021 CRV recently purchased from Hugh White used lot to have service for auto-idle not working. Turns out battery was bad. There was no charge for service, battery, or diagnostics even though technically I purchased from lot a few months ago. Big thanks to Steve Skaggs, Hugh White Honda service advisor for his help and understanding!

2005 Scion tC review
2005 Scion XA. Bought @ 158,000. Running Flawlessly @ 167,500. Put about $1,100 in Basic Tuning, Oil Change to Full Syn, Matching Filter, Air Filter. No Engine lights. No Issues with my OBT2 Sensor. No Leaks anywhere! Manual 32-37 when New... My last 4 Averages are 34.2 consistently. I drive about 30% Highway. My 2005 Scion XA had a long Carfax Sheet of Regular Care... big reason I paid the $4,400 from dealer ask of $4,900. A Best Buy? I expect 300, 000 from this time machine. A simple car... made to run forever? Very, very happy. Even for a small engine... it's FUN to drive!

I had a great experience working with Nathan at Drive Direct. He was very professional, patient, and straightforward throughout the entire process. Even though my credit score was only okay, Nathan Weeks worked hard to help me get a really good deal and made the financing process much easier than I expected. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I was comfortable with the deal. I really appreciate the effort and professionalism he showed. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Nathan and Drive Direct to anyone looking for a vehicle.

It was a good experience. Severely low offer for our trade in but that’s ok. The staff was friendly and communication was great prior to us coming into the dealership. Once we decided to buy the vehicle the paper work took the most part of the day, seriously, our mortgage and when we bought a new camper seemed quick by comparison. Other than not we would recommend them.

We worked with Jordan and he was very responsive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was never pushy and it felt like he truly had our best interest in mind. Would recommend Jordan to anyone looking for a new car!!
2021 Dodge Challenger review
I really like the feel of the Challenger. The interior space, the dash, and the looks make me feel like I'm driving an "old school" muscle car, which is what I was looking for.

2013 Honda Accord review
Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

Germain Kia of ColumbusReviews
Germain Kia of Columbus review
I went to German Kia knowing what car I wanted to look at. I was able to take it out for a test drive and although I felt a little bit of pressure to purchase the car right then and there it was done gracefully. When I decided to go back and purchase the car, it was all set up and ready to go. Boubacar had stayed in touch with me so that he knew what what we were doing and answered my questions so that everything went smoothly the next day. We were treated very well. It seemed no matter what someone was purchasing, they were treated like a guest, not just a customer.

Exceptional Service and a Warm Welcome at Bexley Motorcar Company! From the moment I stepped into Bexley Motorcar Company, I knew I was in good hands. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was incredibly professional. A special shoutout to Heidi Cummings, who made the experience even better with her warm welcome, great sense of humor, and outstanding professionalism. She handled my paperwork with ease and kept the process smooth and stress-free. The team here truly goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel comfortable and confident in their purchase. No pressure, no gimmicks, just honest and helpful service. If you’re looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers, Bexley Motorcar Company is the place to go. 2012 Honda Civic review
Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

Honda of Marysville - OHReviews
Honda of Marysville - OH review
I'm 64 years old and am ashamed to admit that I listened to a used car salesman. With all the technology at our fingertips we should know better. On the other hand the service department made up for it by listening to my story and trying to make me happy. What would have been a 3000$ (6 months after buying) was reduced to 80$. Thank you so much. I will always by Honda but as the old saying goes "once burned twice shy". Never trust a used car salesman
2016 Honda Civic review
Jean Paul was great to work with! He sent lots of photos and a video to show us the car before driving to see it! He also had paperwork ready when we got there and waiting on us. It was a very smooth process and the car is wonderful!!!!

1995 Pontiac Firebird review
I've always been a Pontiac conisur. In '77 I got a 69. Absolutely amazing. In 2003 I got a 91. Now I have a '95 and it is tops. Named her SAM for Surface to Air Missle. Yes I am retired Army. I recommend anyone who appreciates muscle cars to get one. Let's keep the legend of John Delorian's brilliance alive
