Had an appointment with v at 6pm but got there late she waited for me she had the car read up front went on quick test drive I was hesitant at the beginning since it was dark and I was buy a dark color car but after agreeing on the numbers I bought the car it’s been 3 months now I love my car and no surprises thank u V and thank u M sport motors definitely will be back for my next car
Car shopping can be a hassle. I saw this 300c online for a good price. An almost unbelievable good price. We had an appointment in Walnut Creek so we stopped by to see the car. My husband wasn't expecting much because of the price of the car. The car was beautiful. Justin Potthoff was our salesman and he made the whole buying a car experience a good experience. Everything went very smooth. All of the staff are very friendly. The finance manager, Alberto Fletes, didn't even try to pressure us into buying add ons, no pressure! Very nice place.
Samantha replied right away. We arranged to test drive that weekend and purchased the car. Sam was fantastic! She was professional, friendly and very personable. Great experience. I would definitely recommend her and her staff.
I purchased a Ford Transit from Sam. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to vans. I told her what I will be using it for and she pointed me in the right direction without being pushy. I will be buying my next van from Sam at Corporate Fleet Sales!
Such a great buying experience! I'd been car shopping for a few weeks, and not only did this dealership have the exact car I'd been looking for, I received such kindness, patience and positivity from each of the associates I encountered. Pretty rare for a car dealership, in my opinion (and experience!) There were a couple discrepancies between the 150-pt inspection and what was actually on the car, but the team was quick to fix those issues. Overall, I am very please!
The service is great! The online tool to schedule does not update the service records at Concord Toyota. Recommend that it not be used and call the service there. I have used it twice and been told I didn't have an appointment. Luckily they were able to still do the service.
We went to the Roseville Auto Mall thinking that they would have a big selection on the Fiats, they only had one color & style. Not very happy! Next day we went on the Web Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Concord and saw that it had more Fiats on the lot to look at. We meet Sidney and he was very helpful & went over the cars details with my daughter who was very happy! She saw the color she wanted. Sidney was the best salesman that we had encounter with. We would recommend him to our friends and family. Thank You again Sidney for a wonderful experience!
