Chris gave us pictures of the minor cosmetic scratches prior to us committing to buy and confirmed vehicle was certified and in excellent condition otherwise. We flew in from out of town and were provided an Uber ride from the airport to the dealership. Service once there was 5 star. Very professional and personable staff. Only reason facilities got a 4 is because they were under construction... but temporary trailers and restrooms were well kept. Overall great experience!

10/10! Great service. I originally went in looking for a 2017 Honda Civic Si and really liked it after the test drive Unfortunately I couldn’t get approved because of my credit, which was frustrating at first. But Suleman really helped turn things around. He took the time to talk with the bank and worked to find something that would actually get approved. He was patient the whole time and showed me a few different options and let me test drive them all. I ended up going with a Lexus IS 250 and Im really happy with it. Great experience overall!!

Typically I do not like car sales people, but John was not the typical sales guy who is there to push a person into a deal no matter what. i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!
