Great Experience at Jim McKay Chevrolet

When I recently visited for service, I really hadn't seriously thought about purchasing a new car. Then Neil called! His enthusiasm for Chevrolet's products was contagious. I began to browse the dealership inventory online. Seeing all the new safety features was very exciting -- rear view camera; lane assist; parking assist; blind spot monitor; etc. Driving in a large metro area often feels like navigating an obstacle course, so these extras really helped to 'seal the deal'. I then reserved a beautiful Malibu premiere -- and Neil sent a delightful 'selfie' with the car to show me that it had a 'sold' sign on it, and was waiting for me! At the dealership, the process was painless, and even accompanied by a Valentine's Day cupcake. Ken made certain that all was to my satisfaction, and Tamieka guided me through financing. I really didn't need a test drive to know this was my next car, but it was terrific to see all its features in action, and thoroughly explained by Neil. Strangers are now complimenting me on Roxanne -- that's her name, you see -- in parking lots, and I, echoing Neil, launch into telling all about her features, and her former home -- Jim McKay Chevrolet.
