So I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and I can honestly say jay there is no other place I would ever go to service or buy and new car from. David Shinn in the sales dept is the best. I’ve teventky been looking into buying a new car and he’s been super patient and understanding with me. He’s easy to talk to and run numbers with with there being no pressure which is nice because I find it to be an already stressful situation. They’re all super professional and pleasant!
I came in for service, and while I was waiting for my car I spoke with a very nice sales person named Amanda. She asked me if I needed help and I told her I was just waiting for my car. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and after speaking with her for a while about some of the deals available right now on the new 2018 models, I decided to speak to my wife about upgrading into a new F-150. She helped me through the process and we love our new truck!

Spoke with Marcin about GMC 2500 on Dec, 5. 2018 discussed truck condition and made an offer on the truck. Marcin declined the offer and made a counter offered, I told him I would think about it overnight and call him on 6 December .
December 6 , I called Marcin , I made another offer on the vehicle, he excepted my offer on the vehicle and assured me the vehicle was in excellent shape for 2011 .
Traveled 567 miles one way to pick up what I expected to be a 2500 diesel truck in great shape. What I found when arriving at the dealership was a 2011 GMC 2500 in Great Shape as advertised ! How refreshing.
I’m a no nonsense customer and expect things to be as advertised and the negotiations to be short and sweet With all paperwork to be handled the same manor.
Marcin handled everything in a professional manner, the lady in the office had the paperwork ready in 15 minutes, I drove the truck off the lot in 45 minutes and was out of the dealership and on my way home .

Our salesman did a superb job. He made us feel right at home and was very knowledgeable in answering our questions including a lot of new information about the vehicle which we did not know.
Looked at BMW 7 Series, Tesla day before...and left with a new Tahoe thanks to Finian Mayotte and everyone there. Larry, John and Adam all played a role in flipping a 35 year BMW driver (4 of them)...to a Chevy Man...Cox Chevrolet is the reason from the minute we walked in the front door. Not my last Chevy...guarantee that!
We pulled in to look at a new Grand Cherokee Overland I had seen on their website. David Barth appeared immediately and fifteen minutes later we had traded cars. In about an hour it was detailed and ready to go. David was very attentive and through. No high pressure and having to deal with two or three people. Just like dealing with the old time small town dealerships. He did a very good job explaining all the new features to Rose (I seldom drive it). We'll be back.
Bought a Kia Sorento from Rachel at Fuccillo North Port. The dealership was very clean, inviting and the people very customer friendly!! From the moment I first started looking for new vehicle they were the best. Didn’t give harassing phone calls just simply a check-up phone call. Loved the car and the way I was treated. Rachel was extremely friendly and explained all the options I could get and really listened to my needs and what I wanted. Bobby in finance was also great!! He explained all warranty options but didn’t push on them. Best place to buy a vehicle in my opinion. Great experience and free gifts were great too!!!
