Everyone associated with the dealership made me feel that they were genuinely happy to help in anyway.

I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
i was referred to this dealer by a patient who purchased an automobile of same make and model as I was looking for. I found several jeeps online and realized this dealer only sold vehicles in superb condition....meaning there wasn't a car on the lot that looked like it couldn't sell. I phoned them and got Stan Miller on the line. He got the Jeep I was looking for to be shipped over from another store location to save me the trip. We scheduled a time to see vehicle, and the rest is history. I had spent the previous month shopping around at car dealerships and quite frankly, it is my least favorite thing to do. These guys at Carolina Auto Direct are professional and efficient and I would recommend them for anyone seeking to buy a used car. If they don't have the car you want, they can find it for you. I also worked with Manager James Stems who was fantastic as well! Overall A+ experience.
I have to say they have an excellent internet team...they were not pushy like a lot of dealers are...I needed information and received it with no problems... I'm still looking for a certain vehicle at a good price...they are right in line on there pricing with other dealers....I would recommend talking to them and see if you agree...There EXCELLENT
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Excellent staff, from the salesman, sales manager, finance, and the people that greet you at the door. Tom Boyer (sales manager) and Greg Davis were both instrumental in helping me secure the best price point for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara purchase. They also provided me with consistent updating on the build and shipping of the new vehicle. John Cauble and Scott Spainhour were excellent in obtaining financing for me at my preferred source and they matched warranty quotes on my extended warranty. The entire team worked in harmony together to assist one another as I progressed through this process. Everyone was energetic and professional the entire time. What a great team Hendrick has ! Thank you !!! I have to note this about FCA...I am very impressed with the engineering, the assemble, fir and function of my new Jeep....it's truly an exceptional vehicle....the people at the factory KNOW how to put love and care in their build quality !!!
I had a great experience shopping and buying a car from this dealership. Joseph helped me with any questions or concerns. He was never pushy. He went above and beyond. I went to the lot looking for a car they had posted on their website but when I got there, I wasn't impressed with it. I ended up driving several of their other cars and decided on something completely different. The buying process took less than 30 mins. Everyone was super helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend this business and these employees to anyone looking to buy a car.
I pulled into to trading places and drove around to check out what they had. I was interested in a Nissan Sentra and maxima but had questions about them which Nathan answered. I decided against them but Nathan didn’t stop there. He walked around the parking lot which me showing similar cars on the lot as well as a handful that hadn’t been listed yet including an infinit g25. Test drove it loved it and decided to buy it. The process was pretty quick and everyone was friendly and helpful.
First off I have never liked going to car dealerships they are usually on top of you before you have a chance to get out of the vehicle. This was not the case at all with Modern Nissan. My wife and I looked around with no pushy salesman. When one did come over he was very friendly answered all our questions and was never pushy. After a couple days of thinking about it we called and told them the vehicle we wanted I answered some questions and texted my info to them we went in after work signed the papers and out the door no haggle no wait a great all around experience. I
Seth met me in the parking lot. I had hit a deer and totaled my car, so I was in a "situation". I explained my financing, credit, and payment options. We looked at a used car, and I even test drove it. When I returned to the dealership, I was told I couldn't get approved for a used car, but could get approved for a 2018. I was shocked! Needless to say, I came out with a better deal than I had planned. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and not pushy at all. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience!
Came in to buy a car. Worked with Tristan and Mike.. seriously nice guys! Made the buying process enjoyable and fun! Then we left and realized hours later we left our garage door opener in our trade in. I emailed Mike to let him know I would swing by .. within minutes he replied that he had it and to drop in when I could. When I finally made it in neither Mike nor Tristan were there but another staff member knew exactly where it was etc. Talk about communication!! Great service and great guys! Oh and we love our new car!
Very professional and trustworthy. Environment was clean. Mike went out of his way to buffer out a scratch on the car before I came to buy. Worked with me and my dad to figure out the money/banking situation on a Saturday. VERY helpful!!!!

They were very polite and courteous and funny at times . Also very understanding and sensitive to our needs as buyers. I love the atmosphere. Very first experience with this consignment dealership. Indeed awesome and the savings was great.
Konstantinos gave me first class service all the way. I was in and out of finance quickly. This is the way a purchase transaction should be, they are doing the right thing. Highly recommend
