The wait is ridiculous even with an opening appointment had to wait 3 hours just for an oil change. Meanwhile never got updated on my car about what needed to be done until check out time. Check out time comes they say my car is ready but nobody could find it until walking all over the lot.

I'm a single mom and I dread buying a new car. Had a great experience with Tevin. He was not pushy, answer my 50 questions with patience, The sales manager Ben was really helpful in finding the right car. The best part was the finance manager Gil Cruz, he got my car payment lower then I budgeted! It was the trifecta of an incredible sales experience.
Honestly I???ve always hated salesmen but Tevin was amazing! He wasn???t pushy at all and helped me find the perfect car. The only thing holding me back was my trade wasn???t free and clear, however his manager Ben assured me they would make it work and get me into the car I wanted. A little while later I met with Gil not only was Ben right about making it work but Gil was able to get me an interest rate much lower then I was expecting and even a lower payment then I was paying on my previous car. Thank you guys so much!

My name is Alessia Rodriguez and I went there today 11/29/2014 (after nissan delray, which the sucked and carmax this was my last choice and hope)...I had a big and complicated situation.....I wanted to get out of the lease to buy something else( was 6.000 dollars upside down,over mileage and 1 year left on the lease at 580 monthly payment) and wanted .to get something with lower payments.I mean they made magic...and when I mean they I mean 1) CHARLIE-FINANCE MANAGER 2) STEVE-SALES MANAGER 3) BILL-SALES MANAGER 4) VINCE -SALES MAN they were all very very very helpful...after hours I got a great deal and couldn't ask for more..they were nice, helpful, patient, sweet and took great care of my situation.
