I apologize I don't remember the name of the service manager I worked with he's not the normal one that I normally have appointments with. He was wonderful did everything get me out as quickly as possible service was great
2026 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
Keenan, Jason, and Hector were fantastic to deal with Great car buying experience super laid-back and they made it fun. We’ll definitely be going back here for our next Ford. I can’t not give these guys five stars. But speaking of Hector, he was the only finance guy for two dealership. He ran his butt off to get everyone signed and did it with a smile. Thanks again guys.

Lone Star Cadillac is a first class dealership. Mr. Ike Iwu and his team made my experience so quick and easy. They are very experienced in their jobs and are very professional. This is my 7th vehicle purchase from Richard Wells. He is such an amazing salesman and very professional. He makes the car-buying experience so seamless and easy. The entire staff was so professional and made every step during the process simple and quick. They made sure that I understood everything about my new car and walked me through every step. I really appreciated the care and attention that they showed me.

Sewell BMW MINI of Plano review
I had an exceptional experience with Gavin S. and the team at Sewell BMW of Plano. They went above and beyond to ensure I ended up with the perfect car, showing incredible patience and flexibility throughout the process. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly outstanding. Highly recommend!
2024 BMW iX review
I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

Mercedes-Benz of PlanoReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Plano review
Friendly and professional staff. They were very hospitable and made the buying process as smooth as possible. They explained everything to us clearly and didn't try to sneak in any extra charges. Our salesman, Eddie, took especially good care of us and was very patient as we thoroughly looked over the car we were interested in and took our time to make our decision. The car we purchased wasn't a Mercedes and was less luxurious and less expensive than what you would typically expect from a high-end luxury car dealership, but they didn't treat us any differently because of that. Highly recommended!
2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS 580 review
Best Mercedes I have ever owned. Accept for normal maintenance the car has never had a service call. The Brigstone tires that came with the were terrible. Only got 20,000 miles out of them.

2026 Cadillac LYRIQ review
I have a 2025 lyriq for 6 months and have fallen in love with this car. Trouble free, comfortable, powerful acceration in a beautiful body. A few minor things, like having a bar graph and miles remaining instead of a number percentage for the state charge and could use slightly tighter steering adjustment. Otherwise it's the best driving vehicle, ICE or EV that I have owned. Do not hesitate.

2024 BMW iX review
Purchased CPO 2024 and got a great deal so I didn’t pay the new car price, but WHAT A CAR! Best EV IMO but I love driving it. It’s a unique car. I initially disliked the front grill, but what’s cool is the self-healing aspect so no chips. Gets great range, and the assist pro driving is incredible. I only wish it had paddle shifters, fog lights, and handles above the door. Of course it’s overengineered as BMWs are, but it’s a great daily driver and road trip worthy. Two months in and no regrets.

Angel helped me in buying my next car. He took what I needed and found me the perfect match. He was extremely helpful in showing me the functions and buttons of the car, and everyone was very accommodating. I know I made a good decision!
2021 Tesla Model S review
purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.

2023 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
My I4edrive has dazzling performance as you would expect from a Bmw and it is the smoothest and quietest car I have ever driven. It is a wonderful and flawless electric car.

I purchased an SUV with Samuel Dixon. He was so awesome to work with and the sales transaction went smoothly. Sam and the team were straightforward. I look forward to purchasing again in the future. In the past, I've been to different dealerships, and I was tired of their deceitful tactics.

2025 Dodge Charger Daytona review
A less than 3 year used awd full sized sedan EV with heated seats, heated steering wheel and 495hp for under 30k. It looks good, fake engine noises is a sad thought, but i smile every time I hear it. I drive it hard all the time and I don't have to worry about breaking and engine or transmission. It eats tires. - The bad, if you get one that still hasn't been serviced for an open recall, the 12v battery will die every now and again. I have a jump pack and opening the hood my car makes me feel macho so I'm not complaining.
