My Experience with NorthCoast Mitsubishi went very well. I came in as a walk in and Gary Gerts(sales professional) acknowledged me and helped me from there. I showed him the vehicle I was interested in and he took my information and got me started,..because it had snowed he personally cleaned off the vehicle showed me all the new gadgets and gadgets to working the vehicle and from there i test drove it. He was very concerning throughout the WHOLE process answering any questions I had. Even offering me their complimentary beverages. This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD I purchased this car with a little less than 60k miles one and a half years ago for 21k. It now as 97k miles and the only maintenance I’ve done have been new tires and windshield washer fluid. Someone made a left turn in front of me and the car was already braking as I was lifting my foot off the accelerator. Quite literally saved my life. The suspension is tuned to be sporty, so it’s not a plush ride by any means, but it’s hard to beat at its price point in the used market.

Our salesman, Michael Baldwin was fantastic. Catered to our individual needs. Made sale easy peasy 😁 The only negative I could say is not against Michael, but dealership should accept Bank's Letter of Credit to make transaction smooth and not waste fuel to drive back and forth!! But...it is what it is 😝 and we are happy with our purchase!!

It is a fabulous car. Easy to drive, very comfortable etc! I would HIGHLY recommend! At least give a trial run and see what you think !

I watched a ton of reviews and so many are critical of small things that in reality didn't matter. The charging speed is more than adequate for daily driving. The range is great! It has a ton of features and feels very refined compared to any other EV I have driven. Nissan really needs to do better marketing this car so more people can experience it!

Michael was exceptional to work with. In fact we loved working with him so much we bought an additional car the next day because of how easy it was. Very communicative, very professional, very personable. Was able to tell from start to finish he was more concerned about my fiancé as costumers rather than a sell. Even drove to a neighboring dealership to get the exact car my fiancé wanted and made it happen.

Great car!! Range is on the low side with the e-for e version but I’ve adjusted to charging between home and its ideal charging at the Tesla superchargers when you have the adapter, so far it’s a colony ride for long trips especially with the usb connections in the rear along with the air vents and so far no trouble with reliability, got all my recalls done and the service has been impeccable i recommend this car wholeheartedly

Everything was good except I felt there was a lack of communication and updates on the vehicle and lack of a accurate time frame of when it would be done

Nissan Ariya is an excellent car. The interior is luxurious and the design is striking. This car is faster than any gas guzzler. There should be more of these on the road. I charge mostly at home and have had no issues with fast charging stations in California.

Out of all the EV SUVs, this is probably one of the better ones. Why? Because it doesn't rely on a huge screen for all the controls. Nissan has 10+ years of EVs with its Leaf. So they know how to build EVs. Even though it was the first generation I was more confident than VW that they would make a good, reliable EV. The car is a lot bigger than it looks inside. As a 6' male, I can sit comfortable in the back seat. The design of the interior is great. It has actual buttons for some of the features. You still have to interact with the screen for most of the functionality, but they do have important ones as mechanical or capacitive buttons with haptic feedback. The open area in the front looks cool, but I don't think it is practical. I would've prefered a bin to store objects instead of an open area. It seems like things can get into the driver side and mess with braking or gas pedal. The trunk is a bit smaller than comparative Gas SUVs of its class. But it's similar to size of its EV counterparts. I got the Empower+ trim which includes hands free autopilot driving, auto-parking, etc. They work well. It also comes with the digital rear-view mirror, which is essential for a car like this since the rear window is small. The ride is comfortable, and it looks great. It is a bit more expensive compared to the other EV SUVs of its class. But I think the quality is better than the other EVs I've seen so I didn't mind paying a bit more for something I feel was better.

I texted call and push and not once did she not respond with out a smile and a vibrant attitude each time. I want to say thank you very much I appreciate all ur work to please me and that's what means the most in sells knowing Ull never see them and knowing the car was sold u still did ur thing. My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. Shout out to Emily and the guys up in the box that worked over 2 hours to make sure that I was leaving happy and got what I asked for. Admittedly, have not had this vehicle for very long, but I am very impressed. And I am difficult to impress. Previous vehicle was an ‘18 RAM 1500 with V8 Hemi. It was fun, powerful, loud, and I enjoyed sitting up high. Two weeks in the Ariya, and I don’t miss it. I have the AWD version, and this thing moves at the frequency I think. I mean, you see a space in traffic you want to get to, check blind spots and BAM, you’re there. Handling is crisp and tight, remaining so at highway speeds. Bumps handled like a luxury mobile of 2X the cost. Cabin is quiet, spacious, and does not feel cheap. Tons of features, power everything. Screen bootup is rapid and has my tunes going by the time I’m buckled in and have my glasses switched to my sunglasses. Heads up display tells everything I need, and well positioned. Charging so far has not been an issue in the least. Installed a ChargePoint charger in my garage, and it’s easily setup and controlled through their app, so it charges on schedule according to my utility provider’s preferred charge time, giving me a break on the electricity used to charge it. All told, I’ve spent $6 over 2 weeks and 500 miles. Truck would have cost me a tank, or 30 gallons of gas for same distance.

My New 2023 Nissan Ariya is the best car I have ever owned. I have now driven my Ariya for three weeks, everything works, I did have to spend three days reading the Owners Manual, there are 175 pages of settings, and all the setups I made work as specified. The front and side Visibility is perfect and so is the rear visibility using the rear digital camera, the seats are very comfortable, the ride is great and very quiet. My favorite feature is the Heads Up Display, everything I need to see is projected in big clear graphics onto the windshield. I can't say enough goods things about my new Ariya.

Just bought a 2024 on a 2 year lease. Driving from Oregon to So CA. Very impressed with the car compared to the barebones long range Model Y I have had for 2 1/2 years. The launch edition has everything you could want - even massage seats for the driver and passenger. Have put 1k on the car and it drives very nice - perhaps not as buttery smooth as the Y but still very good. Range is 270 miles on highway in Eco mode - don’t know if the cool weather has something to do with the range. No real issues - don’t like the dial on the console for gears - prefer a stalk. Jeep software on iPhone is meh and not ready for prime time. Overall I really like it so far - plan is to ditch the Y once I ship the car to Hawaii.
