Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

They were pretty good, it took a little long but in the end I bought the car.

1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

Very friendly and good staff. Joe helped me getting my new, but used, car with bery smooth transactions. The finance person was also very helpful on the last step. I give 4 starts because I was not able to talk to anyone after the service. One thing I would recommend is make sure you have all ready before walk out with the car, otherwise, it is hard to reach out to them again. Other than this, 5 star dealership.

I feel I must update my review from last month as Kia finally replaced the Power Relay Assembly and everything works perfectly now! Lucky that it presented as AC not blowing cold air. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive. We're planning a long road trip over Thanksgiving looking forward to using the Tesla supercharging network.

Normally car shopping is a chore. No one enjoys it. The pressure to buy. The haggling. Jason was our client advisor and WOW. Very knowledgeable of the cars. Not pushy. Went above and beyond to get us all of the info we needed. Again, NOT pushy whatsoever. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend and talking about cars. I bought the car at Sabaru of Englewood. First the car didn't came with the originals tires. I asked the seller if the car qualified for the $7000. 00 insentive and I thrust them. The car did not qualify for the gov. incentive because it was built outside the US. The sonterra is a very reliable vehicle. We like it a lot.

Just had the car for a month. It's much like its predecessor, the bz4x but gets better range, at 90% from 230 to 275. It rides smoothly and a bit less noisy than the 4x. I'm very happy with it.

I bought this and have no complaints. It is a solid ride, super fast and fun to drive. It is very futuristic and I think it will hold its value mostly because there will be few sold due to tariffs and trumps anti EV stance. If VW could sell the cargo version in the US, there would be a million on our roads within a couple of years. I love my ID Buzz and am excited to drive spending less than $1.00 to go 30 miles.

Select Auto Imports is a highly professional group. I purchased a Range Rover from a different state without seeing the car. Paperwork was arranged by them via Fedex quickly. They are very knowledgeable and experienced with out-of-state transactions. The car was exactly as described by Select Auto in excellent condition with no surprises and no hassles. This is a very trustworthy group and I highly recommend them. Buying a car from a different state ended up being a better buying experience than visiting my local dealers.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

As a driver of many vehicles, I can honestly say that this is the most fun car that I have ever driven. The ride is great, and the handling is too thanks to the low center of gravity and battery placement. It also has just about every safety feature that you can think of. With the large 17.5" display and the many adjustments you can make, it's almost like driving the space shuttle! I also love driving by the gas station and never having to stop there again. I just plug it in at night and I am ready to go the next day for almost 300 miles! Ans best of all, it's a Chevy so I know I can always find a dealer no matter where I travel.

Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Awesome power, handling and impeccable look. Performance is unmatched, best high end EV in the market. Very spacious and roomy all around. Kids love it for long trips. Like every EV you have to monitor your mileage map your routes for charging stations on long routes.

My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!
