I made plans to fly into town to pick up my car, and even though Jonathon was off that day, he had another great salesman, Jaxon, pick me up at the airport. The car was ready to go when I arrived and the paperwork process was nearly complete, so it made for a quick and efficient process. The facility is beautiful and comfortable as well. A very positive experience!

Never been a very "passionate" driver, and have seldom even been motivated to wash my car with any regularity. For some reason my '13 GS 350 F Sport rear wheel drive h as changed me into a different person! My car history has gone from '90 Corolla to '94 Saturn to '03 Honda (my fave before this car) to '12 Volvo S60 (very weird car) and I never really cared for them except as appliances to get me around. With this car, I spend so much time thinking about it, buying things for it, even looking at it! It's been really surprising. I just love how it has such a split personality (in the best way possible). When you're feeling low key and just want to cruise down the road, it drives almost exactly like an ES (test drove a couple of these first) with its quiet interior and smooth shifting transmission. The steering is effortless and light, but not totally numb like in the ES. However, if you go to Sport + the steering becomes much heavier, the engine holds revs much higher before downshifting, and the car corners like a champ. I was amazed the first time I took it on a curvy road with the way you could pitch it into corners - it just goes where you point it with such great accuracy. The seats are the best I've sat in, the Mark Levinson stereo is very good, the bluetooth and voice recognition work just fine, and the visibility is great. Negatives for me would be marginal gas mileage (I get just under 20 in my normal driving), and a pretty stupidly designed mouse system to operate the computer. Also important to know that this car goes through tires and brakes much quicker than your average car. My car is currently at 73.5K miles, and I want to try to get it to the 200 mark. With Lexus' reputation for reliability, I think I can make it happen. Otherwise

I bought my ‘19 Camry SE used with less than 10k miles and I’ve just passed the 50k mile mark. My ownership experience has been very positive. You can’t go wrong with this as your daily driver as it has great fuel efficiency, enough power and is a comfortable ride. Highly recommend!

The 500x has a sporty suspension and sports car feel. Steering is tight and braking is sensitive. Doesn't hurt to get good has mileage as well.

I bought my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0T in November of 2017. This is the best car I have ever owned. I live in snowy New England and with studded snows this car will go anywhere. It has plenty of room to fit my family and all the baby gear I need to haul around. It currently has 95,000 miles and the only thing I have replace besides general maintenance is the rear oxygen sensor. The only complaints I have are the paint is chipping on the hood and roof, and backup camera doesn't work after replacing it twice. Otherwise this vehicle has been worth every penny. The gas mileage is good for an SUV and the cabin is very comfortable. I plan to keep this car for as long as I can because I'm not sure any other vehicle will compare. I previously had a 2008 Jeep Compass that was the worst. When I need another vehicle I will be looking for another Santa Fe.

Tiguan like most VWs show their superior stability and control in bad weather, cornering and higher speed. That is compared with my other car (Crosstrek).

Diesel Volkswagen. Need I say more? Comfort, reliability, BEST FUEL MILEAGE, and they don’t hesitate to continue making manual vehicle. 10/10 recommend. I can’t see myself driving anything else.

Start to finish we had a great experience with Pacific VW. We had our eye on a certified pre-owned vehicle there that we had found on cars.com, and went in on a Saturday morning for a test drive with Aaron. We were still looking around at other cars and were short on time that day, so decided to come back to check out the same vehicle again on Tuesday morning. We were admittedly a little wishy washy (car buying is stressful!), but Aaron was awesome - he knew his stuff when it came to the vehicle and the warranties offered, he wasn't overly pushy with the sale, and was helpful, available, and patient with us throughout the entire process. We did have to wait for quite a while to meet with someone in finance after we signed the initial agreement (there was only one person working in that dept on Tuesday and another customer was ahead of us), but Berdj was extremely thorough with his explanations of various offerings and we felt very informed leaving his office. He even threw in a complimentary detail service for our extended wait, which was much appreciated! We drove our shiny new purchase off the lot that afternoon and are very satisfied with this car buying experience, and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car!

I must be an exception. I have had no issues with my Tiguan at all after a year and a half of ownership. Bought in October, 2021. I do notice the hesitation on start up but it’s not an issue. I had an Audi allroad and was considering the Q5 but, you get pretty much all the same features with the Tiguan that the price difference just wasn’t justified for me. Plenty of get up and space when you need it. I’m a life long VAG customer so the quirks don’t deter me. I’ve had a great experience and would recommend the Tiguan.

This 2018 is my second Sonata. Hyundai addressed all the issues I had with the 2012 I owned. All I've done is oil changes, brake pads, tires. The car has been flawless, the transmission is very smooth, though I liked the 2012 transmission slightly better for the shift strategy. Technology package is fantastic. Dynamic cruise, lane keep assist, auto emergency braking... Almost drives itself. The car is still humming along like a sewing machine today.

We had to travel about 45 minutes with 2 small children and a teen to check out a car at their dealership but it was so worth it. We ended up buying the car and our entire family loves it. I’m 45 and this was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I‘ve ever had. So glad we made the trip!

I LOVE my blue SS 2 SS convertible ! Not an every-day driver, as it should never be. 2016 and with only 28k miles. I take great care of my baby. I saved for years to afford this car when I retired at age 59. The fun part is driving though West Virginia with all of the mountains and challenging it on the sharp curves. So fun!

The only issue I have with this car is the outdated tech. It did not come with car play. In addition, the cost to upgrade the GPS, is ridiculous. In all other areas, the car is outstanding.

I purchased my 2018 Prius Prime Advanced back in March of 2018 and have never had a problem with the vehicle. I work only 7 miles from my home and usually go 3 months on a tank of gas and average 165-175 mpg. I will say I use non ethanol gas in the vehicle since it sits in the tank for an extend period of time. I did change the tires after 50K only because of the tire noise but other than that I do the oil changes every 10k since the gas engine doesn't come on that often. People say what about your electric bill ? I charge on off peak times and can't tell a difference in our power bill.

I love driving a manual transmission and this car gives a big bang for the buck. I love all the features from the automatic high/low beams, right side camera when using the turn signals and the blue tooth capability.

Like the performance, but not sure if SUV is for me. I am warming up to the ride verses a sedan. It is more utilitarian.
