This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Didn’t waste our time. Originally came in for test drive - didn’t get any runaround or pressure, they just let us drive the car. When we had an appointment, they were on time - at most dealers, appointments seem to mean nothing, but not Tasca. Helpful, friendly, professional staff. Comfortable, new showroom. Generally made it very easy to buy the car. Anthony in sales, also finance manager and GM were great.

The Ridgeline is a super practical vehicle. I have the E so I love the storage in the bed area as well as as full electric. at 80,000 miles, I started having an issue with the stereo system with a crack rolling and popping first it would go away while driving. I’d have to stop the vehicle turn it off and then restart it and the radio would start playing.

I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture. So to end this story, I've had the vehicle now for a little over 2 months and I cannot be happier with it and also with the excellent and outstanding service and courtesy which was extended to me by Chris Matarese, you will find him exceptionally honest, devoutly professional, and eager to earn your business. The services provided by Grieco Honda including sales, financing, and the service department were all excellent in quality, if you're looking for a vehicle go to Grieco Honda on Hartford Avenue in Johnston and ask for Chris you will not be disappointed I can assure you. I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

No presure from the staff the experience was great, we have bought many vechicles here and will continue !

Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

The overall experience at Scranton Chevy was awesome. Bill the salesman was very friendly and not your stereotypical salesman he didn?t push a sale or have that shady feel that you would think of when buying a car. The financial officer was also very friendly talked to me as if I was a regular person explained everything in detail and made sure we knew all the options. After the paperwork was done Bill showed me all the options of my vehicle and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. Days after the purchase I was called to see how I was liking my new vehicle . I would suggest Scranton Chevy to anyone looking to buy a new/used vehicle and will be going back in the future.

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

Best first new truck. So far so good. I couldn't be more impressed with my Ridgeline. But.... I wasn't a big fan of not getting my vehicle into neutral with a dead battery to back it out of the garage to give me a jump start because I left my tailgate cracked and the lights killed my battery overnight so I had to go buy a portable jump starter cuz I was stuck face first in the garage. But lesson learned I love my new truck I'm glad I got it.

The first time I went I was supposed to be with one employee but for some reason he wasn?t the one that took me in and help me. Instead my guide through the whole process was Glen Spardello, he is a great employee, AMAZING one! We showed me every model available based on what i told him I was looking for, the models she showed me didn?t disappoint me! I am new to Rhode Island so he explained to me everything I needed to do and he was extremely patient with me and willing to work with me at all times, which is something many others lack of!

Stopped by the dealership and asked if they could do an inspection...I didn't have an appointment. Senior Service Advisor Tim Islip was wonderful! I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

Anthony and Gary were a life saver! They got me in sooner than later because I was over due on my oil change. Their new service department and lounge was very nice and made me feel at home. Will be back in 3 months for another oil change!

I've only had the car for a week, but gets great gas mileage. If you can believe the mileage on the dash I'm getting 38.8 mpg. It isn't a speed demon but has good pickup for a 4 cyl car. I do notice hesitation when shifting into drive but it I attribute that to lack of power. It does fine getting me where I need to go.

Most comfortable pickup I have owned(extensive spine injury).hate the auto stop feature…the electronics are the worst.very difficult to sync a phone. Great mileage. I Plan on keeping this truck a very long time.also required maint.is a disappointment..never had to change diff and trans fluid in any of my previous trucks

I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

Better than I ever would have imagined. Fit & finish, inside and out. Performance with incredible gas mileage. Plenty of storage space thanks to hatchback. All around great car. Too bad they stopped making it.
