Although I didn’t end up purchasing a car from them, my experience with Albert was top notch. I found him to be a honest consummate professional that came in on his day off to help mr daughter test drive it. So I didn’t get experience the sales aspect of the dealer but all else was enjoyable.

Since 2014 I have purchased FOUR Fiat 500L's. The first was an Easy Model. With manual transmission. As a base model I was suprised at how much fun it was to drive. I traded it in 14 months later for a 2015. This was a lounge. In 2017 I bought another for myself and my wife has the 2015. I bought another 500L Trekking. I then traded the 2017 in. With two 500L's in the driveway I have a manual for my wife and automatic for me. These cars are functional and fun to drive. The easy model lacked navigation and Sirus and auto temp. Often joke they are so ugly but cute. If Fiat still made the 500L I'd buy another. I do not like the 500X as the rear area was reduced in size. It's not often I can't load a oddball size item in them. Each car has been dependable and easy to maintain. At 71 years old I'm not easy to please. I hope this helps. When I bought the first consumer reports did not rate the car very kind. I then sent a strongly worded letter to them. I lost respect for them.

quite impressed with staff and facilities. great experience all around. staff was accommodating and courteous. i wanted to wait and drive it for some time before i gave an honest review. i have been driving it 4 about a month now with no issues. great deal and fine vehicles. i love my sea-frost green jaguar! even got a free wash/detail 2 boot. i would one hundred percent recommend chicago cars us to anyone looking for a used/exotic vehicle. thank u. b well...

I LOVE this car! People have actually approached me for my opinion on it, and a couple have actually offered to buy it from me! No way! I will keep it as long as I can. I have every bell and whistle and leather interior, alloy rims,GPS, blind spot mirrors, commands located on my steering wheel, heated seats and steering wheel, adjustable lumbar support, my back seat folds down for extra loading space.

Felt welcome as I entered the door. Staff was available and when I asked for the sales person that I had been communicating with, salesperson was waiting.

Only problem is check engine light which is said to be due to gas cap. I ordered new gas cap and will see if resolves problem. Otherwise have 60-day limited warranty from dealer.

I love my Fiat Spider 124 Abarth. It has awesome acceleration and will get up and fly. I have had no issues with it. It handles incredibly well and turns on a dime. It looks awesome and people always ask what kind of car it is. I like owning a car that is not that common. It looks like a high priced sports car, but is reasonably priced. I am all in on my Spider. Best car I have ever owned.

I need an appraisal on a car .. Their appraisal is widely used and accepted.. I know I was made a fair offer ... Their offer put me in a good position for my trade in vehicle .. I have used them many times in the past and will do so again In The future

I love this car!! Driving in town is a joy, it handles so nice and driving any distance is a breeze too. She's just my size, so quite comfy. Great visibility and peppy. I really like the styling. It's a solid little car, even shutting the doors sounds good.

I had a good experience with Chris Price awesome sales man.. no pushy sales tactics.. he was honest and straight to the point.. I have bad credit.. and was turned down from alot of different dealers Marino, Hawk,Naperville and Shermans.. all said No.. but Carmax have me thre car I wanted wth super low miles.. I put 66,000 miles on my first one before a roll-over accident. It was my daily driver & for weekend trips and was still going strong when it got rolled (no fault of the car!). When it rolled? It barely got dented! It saved my life. I now own a second one. Concerned about reliability? The Jeep Renegade is the EXACT same car with a different body! How many of those do you see every day! lol I'm 67 and I've owned and raced sports cars all my life. This crossover handles nimble & quick w/no body roll. Suspension is firm but with a smooth ride. The electric power steering is TIGHT & satin-smooth, with a turning radius that is AMAZINGLY tight. If your model has a backup camera, the "guide" lines turn w/the steering & are VERY accurate! It gets good gas mileage and has very good driving position w/comfortable, adjustable seats for long trips. It can accommodate even the tallest person. It's loaded with a lot of standard features (w/personalization) that are normally found in more expensive cars. Some 500X models come w/heated steering wheel, seats and/or wipers and even anti-collision radar. It's very quiet. No engine noise OR wind noise & nominal road noise. It's VERY roomy with a good-sized load area. Ive been able to fit very large items. The 9speed automatic transmission & 2.4L engine give you great acceleration & pull at any speed. The shifting can be snappy in city driving but it's very smooth shifting on curvy roads or on the highway. I prefer a manual transmission, BUT this transmission has a SPORT mode which alters the shifting nicely & also a manual-shift features which works very good in SPORT mode. The heater works quickly in cold weather and the A/C works great on the hottest days. It has TWO glove compartments. The smaller one is cooled and heated via the climate-control system. The "Beats" audio system has the best "stereo-imaging" but the Bose system has better "lows" overall. I've been VERY happy with this car, that's why I got the second one right after the accident!

Bought a car on Wednesday night noticed the brake light was out. Told me to bring it back on Monday and they would take care of it. Did the oh I am in a cabin filter and even filled it up. Will shop again.

i made a 400 mile trip to Los Angeles to buy my first Fiat 500 in 2012 before we could get then here is San Francisco...i didnt know then it would be the start of a long love affair with the cars as i ended up buying at total of 17- proof on file right here next to my desk...its nice to make a 400 mile trip on one 10 gallon tank of gas- especially these days where some of us are seeing six to seven dollar gas in california...i can only think of one issue with one of the 17- a piece weakened in the stick shift linkage on Monday and by Tuesday the Fiat dealer had the part and installed it in an hour while i baby sat the greyhound in the waiting room...last year i bought my first used one- red- for cheap at carmax with really low miles on it...so far the only thing was a jammed cd in the radio- carmax replaced the unit so now i can play my favorite inner city gospel music to local teen who hang out in front of the supermarket after school...i would ask Stellantis/FCA to bring the new fiat 500 they are selling in europe right back here to the US where it is needed and belongs...end of discussion...Bishop Tom- host of the Bishop Tom radio show....

Moe worked with us with the purchase of our truck without the pushiness which usually comes with buying vehicles , it was exactly how it looked on Coda's website, the truck was clean and his customer service was excellent, I will recommend this place, great person to work with plenty of patience..

I was looking for a car, any car, that would fit my larger folding bicycle. Many SUVs won't with out folding the rear seats (which looks tacky on a 4 door car). I located a few sedans that it actually fit in the trunk, but the selling dealer just got this Abarth for sale, and as a joke, I tried to put my large folding bike in the hatch of this teensy-tiny-sporty little 2 door sedan. OMG, it fit (with rear seats folded, but a small 2 door, looks great). I took it on a long 200 mile drive crossing 3 Blue Ridge mountain ranges, and the Abarth experience was delirious and delicious. And I'm an older fellow 9 but used to race autocrosses).

I purchased a 2014 Lexus RX two years ago. This was my first time purchasing a car and it couldn’t have been a better experience. My sister purchased her car here and had the same experience.

Fiat didn't market the 500 correctly. I had a 500 Sport manual that I bought new. It is amazingly fun to drive, incredibly fuel efficient (37+ mpg at a minimum) and a ton of room when you fold the seats down. I went from a Porsche 911 turbo as my daily driver to the cinquecento (500 in Italian). The Fiat was more fun to drive basically because you could floor it everywhere and when I'd look at the speedometer I'd be going 52 mph! In the Porsche I'd be going 130. I drove it multiple times over a thousand miles in a day. Seats were comfortable, sat radio, and Beats sound system rocked. I sold it and bought an i3. Never had a problem with the Fiat. Inexpensive to maintain and the Fiat dealer was great for service. Fun to drive, utilitarian, and great gas mileage. I wish I still had it. If I had a giant garage, I would have kept it.

2015 fiat 500 sport is a fairly reliable car. I had few (mostly electrical) issues over the years. Sensor (O2) replaced twice; headlights and stop lights burn out frequently, and there was also an electrical issue (bad wiring - however the repair cost was only few hundred dollars). Overall, the powertrain is great, no issues whatsoever. Car runs (like a small car) well. I do a lot of city / highway mix driving (35000 km per year).

I got a 2013 Abarth as my first car at 18 years old. I drove it for 8 years until it was finally killed by a deer with over 223,000 miles on it and it was still going strong. It was always reliable and so much fun to drive. I drove it like any 18 year old kid would and it had no complaints. It made long commutes tolerable. It is also shockingly good in the snow. I only ever did routine maintenance to it and that’s all it needed. There were couple small things that started to go bad on it, such as the passenger window regulator, but nothing major ever broke. I would highly recommend this car to anyone who’s considering getting one. I would happily buy another one.

I like it. Very stable on the road. Corners well, front wheel drive offers great traction. Good acceleration if one knows how to use a manual transmission.

It's a good buy, had some easy fix defects but nothing mayor. I truly enjoy this car. Fits anywhere and I save a lot of money on gas.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

Had this car 3 years, and I’m planning to keep it longer, despite its faults. I have the 2016 500x 2ltr diesel, 4x4 auto version. All good, apart from... AC stopped working - and will be very costly to fix; and Intermittent gearbox problem - generally happens after a few hundred miles at motorway speed. Dealer doesn’t know what to do, out of warranty, and they deny there was a recall - which, if you google, is really easy to find.

There's nothing negative that I can say. The agent who contacted me was very patient with me and walked me through every detail I needed. He made it so easy and pleasant. My car was delivered far sooner than I expected, and I was very pleased and excited about that. I didn't expect my new car to be flawless, as it's a 2008 model. The car looks absolutely showroom perfect inside and out. There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the mechanics or electrical system. I'll know more when my Mercedes mechanic goes over the car, but so far, I don't see this purchase could have been anymore perfect.

Three years of ownership and My Luso version is comfortable, fun to drive, A real keeper. Add a custon exhaust, with great sound. Not as loud as the Abarth but jst right.

We were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle we found online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. Zak took the time to explain the differences in warranties when purchasing used vs. new. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars they sell but about cars in general. We finally decided on a new Durango and were there after the dealership closed for the night. I have owned 4 top of the line BMW's. My 2018 Spider Veleno is the most fun car I have ever had. People think it's very expensive. Driver's are always checking it out. It gets serviced at Crystal Chrysler. Although they no longer sell Fiat they do a great job trying to accomodate me. The female service agent goes the extra mile in helping me when ever I make an appointment.

RJ and Daniel were both amazing to work with! As a first time car buyer, they helped make the experience as low-stress as possible! There was never any pressure to make a purchase that I didn't want to, and we enjoyed fun conversations while getting through paperwork. Ended up driving home with a car I'm happy with!! My overall experience has been great at this dealership. I came to this dealership a year ago and due to my credit not being so great I was not able to buy. The sales manager Farhan is great and I like to thank him for how he helped me and guide to get my credit strong. Now after 1 year I came back to this dealership to buy a car. The salesman was extremely helpful and he also did excellent job with everything. I am extremely thankful and very appreciative for all that this dealership do for me. I have had 2 Fiats. One is a 2012 Pop @ 190,000 miles. I've had it ten years and passed it along to my oldest. Second is a 2013 Sport @ 103,000. Ive had it 2 years and passed it along to my youngest. Now I am lookin for my forever Fiat, a 2015. PROS: 1. These vehicles are small and very dependable. A tank of gas will last me 2 weeks and my husband 3 weeks. 2. Great response in handling. 3. Perfect for around the town driving 4. Parking is a breeze, especially with double parkers. CONS: 1. Front console drink holders were apparently made for one large drink or two small drinks comfortably. 2. Don't plan on to much trunk/cargo space. It is not made for soccer moms and all their equipment. 3. Not too many tire companies have Fiat sized tires. Make sure to shop around. Compare prices when you find them.
