Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills review
The experience with the car salesman, Julio, was amazing. Julio took care of me and dedicated his time to helping me get the truck I wanted. I appreciate everything Julio did for me, and I recommend that other people speak with him about buying from the dealer. I also do not find it fair that car salesmen are judged entirely for other departments' mistakes, especially those that car salesmen have no control over. I would not judge a waiter for bad food; therefore, a scorecard should not judge a car salesman for finance mistakes. As a learned lesson, include your salesmen in your deal and go over the paperwork after you are done with these other areas they take you on the dealer. Their report card from the survey directly impacts the salesmen, and even if you get a bad experience in finance, they will blame it on the salesmen. Thanks for your help, Julio!
2023 Ford Bronco review
I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors, etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

2021 Ford Bronco review
I’ve had 4 Wranglers in my life and this Bronco blew them all out of the water. It’s so quiet while driving, and it handles like a car (not like a truck). It’s so smooth and not bumpy-I feel like I should’ve gotten a Bronco way before this. Can’t wait til the summer and to try out the convertible. This thing has all of the amenities that Wranglers don’t have yet and the gas mileage has been 23 mpg since I got it. Overall, I’m so happy with this purchase.

I ordered my F150 Lightning Lariat awhile back. Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills made the process seamless. The GM Chris Detone was involved throughout the process to make sure of it. Best of all, with the prices of the new F150 Lightnings going through the roof. Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills kept me at MSRP as promised! I highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

2022 Ford Bronco review
I just got the 2022 Bronco sport Big Bend it took 6 weeks to get Iv had it 2 days I am very happy with what when I first took a test drive I wasn't sure I liked it and when I had to settle for what the dealership ordered . I was feeling like it was a settle for. Color choices and equipment were there's not mine . But I'm really starting to like the little pony Bronco Handel's the road with hugs and is peppy and fun to drive. The technology is alot to learn and try the dealerships technician was very helpful and helped me understand how everything works and what is will do to help you stay in your lane. I empressed with what need to grow on me at first.

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

I drove from Texas to Colorado Springs to see family and had an issue with my car. I stopped by Phil Longs dealership service department to get my vehicle checked. Andrew welcome me and listen to my concerns. Andrew immediately got my vehicle into the service department. Andrew got my vehicle back working like it should. Followed up days later to check how my vehicle was operating. Andrew has a great knowledge and people skills. Highly recommend everyone ask for him when you need help on your Ford. Thank you Andrew 😊 I am confident to drive back to Texas when the time comes.

McCloskey Motors Inc.Reviews
McCloskey Motors Inc. review
About 6 months ago I had an unsatisfactory service experience there. They were nice and apologetic. They made it right at the time and told me my next oil change would be free. I really didn't think anything of it since I didn't have it in writing. Well, to my surprise it was documented and Marcial followed through and took care of it without me even asking. I appreciate the follow through and the effort they took. Good job guys and thank you Marcial!
2023 Ford Bronco review
I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.

Great Experience! I personally never heard of this place until I walked in the lot. I found the exact vehicle I have been looking for for years. The place is so unbelievably clean. If you’re looking for a unique ride for your next vehicle start here. Save your time going elsewhere. Gabe and Stefan were absolutely fantastic! I’ll recommend anyone I know to buy their vehicles here.

More fun than I've ever had! I recently purchased a 2024 Bronco outer banks. Yes the road noise is bad mmmm but its a soft top convertible and yes the premium radio was not great so I added a 500 watt subwoofer. But the truth is I feel Like a kid when I drive it!!! if your looking for a Lexus this aint it but soooooo much fun!

We purchased our vehicle from Berkenkotter Motors and we couldn't be happier. We came from Brush in search of a 4 runner and the experience was well worth the trip. Lucas and Dan were very honest, helpful and treated us with respect. They were easy to work with and made us comfortable with our purchase. They made the buying process stress-free and they ensured everything was handled smoothly. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much guys! We definitely recommend your dealership and look forward to working with you more in the future!

I always wanted a Jeep or thought I did. My salesperson at Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg, IN, Jim Fuchs, told me to wait until the full size Bronco came out because he said you will really like it compared to a Jeep. He was totally right. I totally love my new Wildtrak Ford Bronco. I will say he is the best salesperson I have dealt with and plan to continue to go to Haag Ford for sales and service.

Great experience with the team there: traveled to buy a used car from salespeople Nate Bodjanac and Dmitri Goncharoff. The team went out of their way to make this an amazing purchase. Great to work with an honest dealership!
2024 Ford Bronco review
We are loving our Bronco. It gets so many compliments on it. It rides so smooth and comfortable. Also it is extremely roomy on the inside.

Castle Rock Ford review
I have had two positive experiences at Castle Rock Ford. Yesterday was the second. Rob Apple help me move from my F-250 to a new F-150. He had the truck ready, clean and gas in exactly equipped the way I asked for it. Rob gets 5 gold stars from this 72 yo buyer and I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Castle Rock Ford rocks.
2024 Ford Bronco review
4 door Outer Banks. Wanted a comfortable but more rugged 4wd daily driver, moved from BMW X5, very different. Very pleased. Great build quality, no squeaks or rattles. Ford Sync system quite good. Lack of rear air vents solved for 2025 but not overly concerned and year end rebates swung me. 4 Cylinder is smooth, peppy , slightly droning. Smooth, comfortable, bit more wind noise with hardtop than I prefer but knew that at the outset. Did not get bigger tire package for fear of excessive tire noise. Have a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara which I like but this Bronco is better on every level- no contest

Received excellent, fair and complete options from Jason Pine regarding our present lease. Wonderful Help!
2024 Ford Bronco review
Superior ride and ability over the Bronco Sport. It had no problem going through 4 feet of snow. Excellent handling. $ wheel drive plus the extra modes of traction makes it the best 4 wheel drive vehicle that I have ever owned. I do have the soft top but had no problems in weather that was around 0 degrees. I was suprised how warm it was inside. For a soft top, it kept the heat in and the cold out.

Reliable with excellent features, looks sleek and drives great! The ability to switch from two to four wheel drive helps save gas mileage. The ride is smooth and with the top down it’s a real treat to drive around on a warm day.

Top notch in every department, other dealerships should follow their lead! From beginning to end was totally hassle free. I would highly recommend this dealership!
2021 Ford Bronco review
I have had my Bronco for a year. I got it for MSRP which was cheaper then a comparable Jeep. Great value. The ride and handling of my Bronco is amazing. It is great for long trips because its so comfortable. The turbo 4cyl is more then enough power and is averaging 23 MPG's. Two thumbs up on this Ford!!
