The guy I worked the deal with, his name is Bryant and made me feel welcomed. And as someone who normally had either boring or forgetful dealer experiences. I felt a connection on a personal level like we had known each other for a long time but we just met. We like the same music and he made me laugh. I felt he provided a experience that I would only experience at 1 out of every 500 dealerships. I plan to see him again.

2022 Outer Banks SAS screen freezes/Reboots constantly and it seems the car play stops working not sure if this is happening a lot I do know this is a frustrating experience

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

Love the 2022 bronco 2 door hard top . The one I have is not my order but I wouldn't give it up for my order . Mpg is around 18 mpg . It rides better then a jeep and has more room then a jeep .

I’ve had 4 Wranglers in my life and this Bronco blew them all out of the water. It’s so quiet while driving, and it handles like a car (not like a truck). It’s so smooth and not bumpy-I feel like I should’ve gotten a Bronco way before this. Can’t wait til the summer and to try out the convertible. This thing has all of the amenities that Wranglers don’t have yet and the gas mileage has been 23 mpg since I got it. Overall, I’m so happy with this purchase.

More fun than I've ever had! I recently purchased a 2024 Bronco outer banks. Yes the road noise is bad mmmm but its a soft top convertible and yes the premium radio was not great so I added a 500 watt subwoofer. But the truth is I feel Like a kid when I drive it!!! if your looking for a Lexus this aint it but soooooo much fun!

I had a great experience buying from out of state. I would do business again and would recommend to friends and family. Here's my experience: I found a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe which included my wish list options including the active safety group (hard to find). The price seemed good compared to what I see in my area (UT). I reached out to sales at Bill Luke and asked for the "out the door" price. They came back and the only additional cost was window tint (as mentioned in the fine print on cars.com). Aside from that there was only tax and dealer fee. They took additional pictures and sent me a video tour of the vehicle. I signed a deal with the finance group, who did their best to match a loan rate from my local credit union. Shipping seemed reasonable, but I decided to pick up in person (they were even open Sunday which made things flexible for a weekend trip). I booked a flight and showed up just waiting for someone to try and tell me there were additional costs, but they were true to their word on "No hidden fees". I just got the 2022 Bronco sport Big Bend it took 6 weeks to get Iv had it 2 days I am very happy with what when I first took a test drive I wasn't sure I liked it and when I had to settle for what the dealership ordered . I was feeling like it was a settle for. Color choices and equipment were there's not mine . But I'm really starting to like the little pony Bronco Handel's the road with hugs and is peppy and fun to drive. The technology is alot to learn and try the dealerships technician was very helpful and helped me understand how everything works and what is will do to help you stay in your lane. I empressed with what need to grow on me at first.

This dealership does a great job of offering a wide range of used electric vehicles at some of the lowest prices in the Valley. I worked mostly with Angel (and a bit with Eric). Over the course of a few weeks, we narrowed in on the EV that was right for me and that qualified for the $4,000 EV tax credit (which ends September 30, 2025). Both Angel and Eric were personable, professional, and responsive. Ultimately, I found a great car at a great price here, without the haggle of negotiating. Please take care to read through all the fees and warranty offerings. You want to make sure you are purchasing what's right for you. But, I did find the fees + taxes to be outlined in a transparent manner. I'll update this review if I start to have any issues with the car in the immediate future, but so far, this has been a good purchase.

I have had my Bronco for a year. I got it for MSRP which was cheaper then a comparable Jeep. Great value. The ride and handling of my Bronco is amazing. It is great for long trips because its so comfortable. The turbo 4cyl is more then enough power and is averaging 23 MPG's. Two thumbs up on this Ford!!

I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors,etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

I thought the service advisor was knowledgeable and the service was efficient. Will return for service in the future when needed

I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.

Ok so I’ve been in the market for a vehicle for some time now. I have had my Bronco only a year now. Bought it brand new. Love driving it, Handles well. I would agree the standard version is not for off the road. Windshield cracks easy. Back brakes are rusted out already, which now makes a loud sound when backing up. And the dashboard has two cracks already, which surprised me when I saw it because my bronco is not in hot climate and sits in a garage when I’m not out and about. Has anyone else had this problem?

I always wanted a Jeep or thought I did. My salesperson at Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg, IN, Jim Fuchs, told me to wait until the full size Bronco came out because he said you will really like it compared to a Jeep. He was totally right. I totally love my new Wildtrak Ford Bronco. I will say he is the best salesperson I have dealt with and plan to continue to go to Haag Ford for sales and service.
