The legroom in both front and back is remarkable. I do wish the seats were a little wider and deeper for the driver but that's a very minor issue. I especially like the quiet ride and the fast pickup from the engine.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I've had my 1st car, a second hand 95 Buick Lesabre for about 5 years, and the whole time I had it I have admired Mazda vehicles from a distance. One minor fender bender was enough to total my car and get me searching for its replacement. To that end, I encountered Patrick Collins when I entered Sill-Terhar Motors, Mazda Dealership. I came in with specific Mazda 6 to try out. We quickly took it out for a test drive, and after driving it I had a couple concerns about that car. Patrick suggested few others vehicles they had on the lot to try out; a low mileage 2016 Mazda 3 hatchback, and a pair of 2016 Mazda 6's with around 40,000 miles on the clock. I found that the Mazda 3 (while great value) wasn't for me. The 2016 Mazda 6, on the other hand, was very nice, but I had some concerns about the reliability of Mazda vehicles. I have only ever had GM products in the past, and I am just unfamiliar with common problems for Mazdas. To address my concerns Patrick took me to speak with a member of the service department who did establish, to my satisfaction, that current generation of Mazda 6's did not suffer from any particular pattern of mechanical failures (which is what my online research had suggested). This left me with two concerns about the specific 2016 Mazda 6 I looked at (and liked the best out of the cars I drove). First, it was an ex-rental car, and secondly, the car sounded a little rough at idle on initial startup. While it is common for the Mazda 6s to idle at a higher RPM on startup to warm the combustion chamber/catalytic converter (which is stated in the owners manual), I thought that the car sounded off. Almost like the ignition timing was slightly out of adjustment (which is impossible since its computer controlled). In the end, that "rough" idle was probably within the spectrum of what is considered normal for these cars. However, the "rough" idle, combined with its history as a rental car caused me to pass on that car. At the end of that day, while I didn't buy a car from Patrick (because of my concerns with that specific car), I think everyone should. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, very patient, and he is the lowest pressure salesmen I've ever met (seriously, I could easily have forgotten I was car shopping). He is a genuinely nice person, and should I need to buy a car in the future he would be my first call.

I actually went to buy an explorer and once I drove the edge I was sold. Has alot of leg room and it has all the luxuries I had in my previous vehicle. I love how it hugs the road as well as the feel of safety driving it. I would highly recommend the Ford edge .

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I traded my 2007 Ford Edge on a new 2018 Ford Edge SE and I couldn't be happier. I just hope it ends up being as great of a car as my 2007 model was. I feel like I got a steal of a deal considering they were wanting to move the last of the last 2018's to make room for the 2020's that will be coming out next. My SE has everything I need and I love, love, love this car! I am so glad I was able to get a white/black one which is exactly what I wanted. There was never any question after driving my 2007 for over 8 years with no problems what my next car would be. I walked out of that dealership feeling like a winner!

I made a 6-hour trip from Kansas to purchase my third vehicle from Longmont Ford. I used to live in Colorado when I made my first purchase from Longmont Ford and they earned a repeat customer. As usual, the experience only solidified my already strong opinion, which is why I go out of my way to give them my business. This dealership is simply the best! They openly admit and are unashamed of being built on Christian principles, which is evident in the Christian radio stations and Bibles on their desks. And, most importantly, it is evident by the integrity and personalities of the employees I dealt with. There was no pressure, but they provided plenty of assistance when requested. I hate typical dealerships and usually feel "violated" when I leave. This was not the case at all with Longmont Ford. At Longmont Ford, I dealt with two salesmen, as they were unusually busy on a very rainy weekday. There were multiple people purchasing vehicles at the same time and all the employees were diligently supporting each customer in a professional manner. Switching between two salesmen was seamless and never hindered the process. Brent Rogers and Rich Waters were the two salesmen, and then obviously I received support from others, such as finance, the people involved with estimating and looking at my trade, etc. Brent and Rich were extremely honest, very friendly, knowledgeable about the product, patient, and frankly enjoyable to deal with. Although they were busy and this was a purchase near closing time, they never indicated a hurried attitude to complete the process. Brent worked with me to find the F-150 that met the color and options I wanted. He even transferred one from a storage lot, so I would be able to see it to make my final decision between two different trim levels. Rich handled the majority of the transaction after I decided on the vehicle. I also traded in a vehicle, which was my first trade ever. Rich worked with me on the trade. What can I say? A very pleasurable and pressure free experience; an incredible dealership with so much integrity it is truly enjoyable to do business; and, a beautiful truck. While I have always been a Ford guy, I am raising four kids to enjoy Ford products and Longmont Ford as a dealership. Two of my kids own the Ford Focus and the Ford Fusion we purchased previously from Longmont. Longmont Ford is building a loyal customer base for the future and I recommend as many people there as well, especially my friends who still live in Colorado. By the way, I reluctantly stopped at a competing dealership in the south metro area, simply because they had a specific truck in stock I was interested in. The experience was so much different and they wouldn't even come close to the posted price on the internet of Longmont Ford, for the exact same vehicle with a different color & one extra option. The MSRP of the Longmont vehicle was more, yet Longmont's upfront price on the internet was $2700 less than the competing dealer would offer me and only only after I went through the typical dealership negotiation process. After I left they called to see if I changed my mind. I told them, "no, I am driving to Longmont Ford to purchase a truck," which I did. I feel guilty for even tempting myself at another dealership, but it provided additional confirmation of the pleasure and uniqueness of the Longmont Ford purchasing experience! The biggest obstacle to overcome was the fact that the dealership didn't allow for us to make a deposit that would "hold" the vehicle at all, it had to be paid for on the spot or signed for on the spot. Despite the initial challenge, Van's creative prowess combined with his genuine desire to provide excellent service to his customers allowed us to work the deal. Van picked us up from the airport and the ride to. Kuni Lexus was both informative and inspirational. Once at the dealership, he continued to impress us with his genuine dedication to serving his clients. He walked us through the dealership and made us as comfortable as possible for our brief stay. The Kuni Lexus dealership was as impressive as Van's performance. I have been to some nice dealerships before, but Kuni Lexus is by far the nicest that I have ever seen. While the final prep was being done on our pre-loved GX, there wasn't anything that we could have asked for it (soda's, coffee, snacks, entertainment, a guest work station with internet, and friendly associates). We have had several experiences buying cars, and even though Colorado's laws regarding necessary paperwork are definitely different from Tennessee's, Archer Goodman, took great care of us. As a recent law school graduate, I found his explanations of the paperwork to be spot on, informative, and best of all, accurate. With all of the positives in our purchasing experience, it was no surprise that the vehicle that we purchased (2010 GX) has been every bit as impressive. My wife and I didn't think twice about driving from Denver back to Nashville, TN (1160 miles). The ride was as expected, outstanding. Kuni Lexus' Van Saukam was great to work with, and in fact we have stayed in touch since then, almost a month later. Thank you Van!

The room that the backseat and cargo area have is amazing. the design has more than I even thought of wanting. I am really enjoying the AWD and the smoothness while driving the Edge. I am also getting great gas mileage for a 6-cylinder vehicle.

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

I have had two Ford Edge cars and they both have been terrific. The first was a loaded SEL with V6 and the latest is the Titanium luxury trim with 2.0L V4 with echo boost. Was concerned initially the V4 with echoboost wouldn’t have enough power but so far I can’t tell the difference from the V6. The lumbar support for both driver and passenger is great and heated seats and steering wheel makes driving in winter comfortable. The stereo with 12 speakers makes listening to music enjoyable. Rides smooth. Never have had a mechanical problem. Great car!

I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

I bought in early December a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Truck from Vroom after going to a few local dealers here in Phoenix, AZ. All what happened was the games they played and wasting my time. I know there is some of that unfortunately when buying a vehicle. I am in my 50's so I am not new to buying cars. But buying a car off the internet is something I had never done prior to Vroom. I did my homework and read many reviews. Obviously there are many negative reviews so I wanted to let readers know my experience. So after finding the truck I wanted I put the $500 down and then both verbally and via email. I told/wrote to my Sale Rep Tramaine, and his boss (the Sales Manager) Stephen that my concern of all the negative reviews. They told me the volume of cars they sell on a monthly basis, being a business man myself, I could see how there could be some negative reviews. I told them every business has it challenges just don't ignore me or the problem if it arises. I can say several things with full confidence: I was kept in the loop of communication, even when the truck had to have a minor touch up paint job. I received the truck in a timely manner, the truck was in excellent shape. It was exactly what the pictures showed and the written description. Most important my price was significantly less than any local dealers and on top of that NO HASSLE AND NO BS. My next purchase in a car is going to Vroom first and probably will never step foot on another car lot in my life.
