Brought my ‘24 GLE in for a check engine light and a rear window washer blockage. Service tech found exhaust baffle blocked due to icing, heated and greased with great success. Tech also found washer fluid line blocked and frozen. This problem was also corrected. Tech performed a complete vehicle inspection as well. All service work was accomplished with no charge. The dealership also provided me with a brand new 2026 GLC courtesy car for the day. Five Star ⭐️ service including my time spent with Tom O’Connor my service advisor!

Marcotte Ford review
I was greeted by the sales person who had been working with me from day one and I told him I am interested in buying a vehicle that would fit my needs. This person was so determined to make my request a reality that he would call me and inform me that he has located some thing that may fit my needs and he has. He made me feel that he cared about me the customer; than making a sale of the vehicle. He made it his business to offer me a bottle of water and welcome me. I felt his desire to make me want to do business at that establishment and I did. After the sale I complemented him for his diligence and his patience to make sure that I was satisfied with the product price and purchase . By then he handed me over to the financial management after he showed us what that dealership had to offer its customer and everyone was pleasant and professional. I can truly say I felt so welcomed at that dealership I would recommend it to everyone who are seeking to purchase a vehicle and most of all the financial management along with the sales person and the welcoming environment . It is a class act to say the least. Thanks for the experience overall.

Marcotte Ford is the only place I will go to buy a new Ford and to have them serviced. The team there is friendly and polite. My wife and have purchased two new vehicles in the past three years from Andrew and will definitely be back. The service team is friendly, courteous and listen to what you tell them. I will go to them instead of my local dealership

Marcotte Ford review
We have been looking for a vehicle for a few months and as most know, it can be a stressful time. We had the opportunity to sit and talk to a few car salespeople, most were more aggressive than we cared for. It was a pleasure working with Andre B, it was a relief to finally deal with a salesperson with a good vibe, not aggressive, not pushy, just cool. The Marcotte sales team was spot on, Chris B, Sales Manager and Bill M, Business Mgr. Thanks to all

This team was fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with Lauren before driving from out of state to purchase a car from Charlie Johnston. He is the absolute best car salesman EVER! The experience was easy, thoughtful, and efficient. I also can't forget to mention the kindness of Denise Tores, who was terrific when help was needed. Thank you all so very much!!!

Upon our disappointment we spoke with Anthony Gallo sales manager he went above and beyond to get us in another Ford Escape! Which we ended up leasing a 2022 Ford Escape! North East Ford review
We took our F 350 Superduty in for a NYS inspection and an oil change. John, our adviser in service pointed out we were due for fuel filter changes. So making sure the truck is properly maintained, we opted for the filter changes also. Because we were caught off guard on the filter change charges John cut us a little break on the price. We truly appreciated that. Once again, we were not disappointed with the service at Northeast Ford.

Oliver Ford of BenningtonReviews
Oliver Ford of Bennington review
I’m so impressed with the team at Oliver’s. Buying a truck there was a low key low stress experience with fair trade and reasonable price on new vehicle. I just had my truck in for first oil change and tire rotation and was told it was on the house. Ed, the service advisor took me in on short notice a day early which was helpful as I was going through town on a return from a camping trip. All handled quickly and efficiently with friendly service. This dealership is no hassle and I had an opportunity to meet the owner who clearly knows how to create a great work environment.
2023 Ford Edge review
I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.
