Mike and Roman were awesome to work with. No pressure, good deal, just all around good experience
2024 Ford Edge review
Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

Classic Ford review
I had Justin Gordon, and he was absolutely perfect when it came to selling us a car. He was very knowledgeable and gave us as much information as he could. He was very kind, and caring about my family and I. Thank you Justin, we will definitely return because of you!
2024 Ford Edge review
2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

Classic Ford of Madison review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Experience at Classic Ford of Madison I want to thank Classic Ford of Madison for making my car-buying experience truly special. From the moment I arrived, I felt respected, heard, and valued. The team took the time to understand my needs, worked with me patiently, and gave me a deal that felt fair and generous. I especially want to praise Elias Arias, my salesperson. Elias was knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and his professionalism stood out from the start. It’s rare to find someone who treats you like more than just a sale—and Elias did exactly that. This dealership is a gem. I’ll be recommending Classic Ford of Madison to anyone looking for a car and will absolutely return when it’s time for my next one. Thank you again for everything! —Yolanda Andolsek

Kia of StreetsboroReviews
Kia of Streetsboro review
This is regarding Cleo Nettler Jr as my salesman Cleo of Kia Streesboro, truly the best salesman I have encountered , ever! He is a wonderful person to work with. He wants to do his best to understand what YOU want and to not push you at all, he will go above and beyond to get you the best price he can and very knowledgeable with the vehicles and there options. I have never known Cleo before this last purchase but I think I can say he is now my salesman and also a good friend. As an example: Cleo took time away from his family and his busy life to come in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. My review—You could not do better that Cleo!!
2024 Ford Edge review
7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

Bought my Lexus from Chris Ward at Classic Ford in Madison and truly could not be happier. He was very accommodating to my needs, patient and helpful. I did not fall in love with the first vehicle I looked at that I intended to buy based off my own research. He kindly made suggestions and ultimately found the best choice for me. Without him I would not have the most perfect vehicle for my needs! It runs excellent and has never given me an issue. Thank you Chris!

John is a very responsible and countable person. I recommend people buy cars at Ford Liberty of Maple Heights. This location has lots of new and used cars. Don't limit yourself at a small area, step out and explore this big dealership, they can save you some money when you found out the deal from their website.

Honda of Cleveland Heights review
One day looking for cars on internet I saw one I liked so I called Honda at Cleveland Heights. Frank Shorf answered the phone shortly. He said the vehicle I was interested on was sold, but he would help me find one like that. Next day I was already on the way to get a new car! Himself and the rest of the personal were very nice and informative. I got a better car than the one I liked at first for a great price!

Mitch was a wonderful salesperson and did an excellent job answering all my questions prior to me purchasing a 2022 Ford Escape Titanium. I found the dealership to be very transparent and honest. I would recommend AutoNation to others. Thanks.

Shout outs r due when u meet someone that goes up and beyond ur expectations, that does not just they job but moves to make a customer happy in every form possible. I believe in reviews that share the good and bad and let others find help! With this being said I want to say Brooke Norman thank you!!!! I watch her run (literally) to make sure my request was getting done as I was throwing them at her. I texted call and push and not once did she not respond with out a smile and a vibrant attitude each time. I want to say thank you very much I appreciate all ur work to please me and that's what means the most in sells knowing Ull never see them and knowing the car was sold u still did ur thing. My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. Shout out to Emily and the guys up in the box that worked over 2 hours to make sure that I was leaving happy and got what I asked for. Nothing is perfect but good customer service and feeling heard and understood will go a long way. THANK YOU BROOKE!!!!!! 😊

Serpentini Chevrolet MedinaReviews
Serpentini Chevrolet Medina review
I had a great experience working with Lane Knicely at Serpentini Chevrolet Medina. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to actually listen to what I was looking for instead of trying to push me into something I didn’t want. Lane explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they leave confident and happy with their purchase. If you’re looking for a salesperson who’s honest, responsive, and easy to work with, I highly recommend asking for Lane at Serpentini Medina.

Klaben Ford Lincoln of Kent review
Our recent vehicle purchase was probably the smoothest we have ever had. Mike Uzl and the team at Klaben Ford Lincoln made us feel at home and closed our deal with a minimum of time delays. Some minor service work was needed not long after our purchase and it was handled very well. Kudos to the Klaben team.

Haley helped me find a great Deal on a new Buick. No add on sales pressure, handled getting paperwork ready, signed and drove out in less than 45 minutes. Also pleased at no hidden costs added like other dealers do, after the negotiated price. Price, Selection, Service, all great at Medina Buick GMC Cadillac.
2024 Ford Edge review
I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.
