The first time in went to website I was immediately greeted. The loan application was simple and fast. The customer service team were friendly. Michael Galer was one of the friendliest sales people I've ever encountered. I would recommend these folks to anyone I know.
I bought my first car 4 years ago from Lisa this was my first car I ever bought on my own and she did not pressure me i told her what i needed she gave me my options 4 years later still own that car with no regrets. She makes the process so simple and straight forward. I recently went back after my son had a few horrific experiences at a few other dealerships. The car her wanted he got and also got a lesson on what a honest salesperson/dealership should be and Lisa and Heath made it happen in a few hours he drove off the lot with his car and a payment he can afford. This is a dealership that will not take advantage of the naive or 1 st buyers and i felt comfortable letting my son go on his own and not get scammed and ripped off and i cant say that about ANY other dealerships in southern NH. Even though I purchased from another dealer, I had a Ford vehicle (brand new 2018) blow a radiator hose - State Motors was the closest to my home for warranty service and accepted the vehicle right away; arranged for a rental car; diagnosed and fixed the problem the same day. They exemplify "customer service"...they even returned the rental car for me, saving me time! Highly recommend them and owe great thanks to Thomas Powers the service manager and his team!
Friendly, professional service that started with Barry when I dropped the car off and continued with Kelli, the service consultant, who kept me updated on progress. This dealership really goes the extra mile to make the task of having your car serviced a pleasant one.
They have a wonderful staff here. I told them what I was looking for and what my monthly price point was and they made it work for me and i got to drive home with a new to me car with a full tank of gas to get home! 10/10 would shop here again!
Found my car on Cars.com from this dealer in NH. The buying process was easy and straight forward. Tom gave me a great price on the car, but I still had to fly from PA to NH to pick it up. I was a little concerned what would happen when I landed in NH. They met me at the airport with the car and we did all the paperwork right there. I was pleasantly surprised that both the car and the agreed upon price were both as described! One month later I am still completely satisfied.

I was searching for a car with difficult criteria, but found one in Best Ford's inventory. I live over 100 miles away (and in a different state), so I called to sort out the logistics. They were very helpful and worked things out to minimize the pain associated with the distance.
They had the car right in front and waiting when I got there, allowed me to take as long a test drive as I wanted, answered questions, and had their shop look at a minor issue while I was there. We negotiated a reasonable price, and they even offered to deliver the car (over 100 miles) for less than I was expecting.
Overall, a great experience -- and I'm very happy with the car!
My husband and I planned on trading in our leased Toyota truck with the intention of leasing another vehicle. We planned on "looking" around, but after speaking with Glenn, he made our visit comfortable in a manner that we did not feel pressured. Glenn understood that this was not our first time in a car dealership and therefore, we knew what we wanted regarding price, etc. He respected that and addressed our requests in a straightforward and respectful manner. As a result, we leased a car during our first meeting.
Wonderful salesperson, Dan, made buying our used car a stress free experience. He was pleasant, friendly, and knew his business inside and out. The communication was excellent and we felt secure and confident throughout the entire procedure. He was informative, but not pushy. We will definitely head back there for our next car!
Excellent experience I have very bad credit and was in need of a car Rachel the online sales rep was very helpful and arnesto the finance manager worked incredibly hard to get me into a nice car with low mileage never had such a great experience at a dealership ever will definitely be going back next time I need a car
We've bought over 6 vehicles from McFarland because everyone us nice, understanding, not pushy and friendly. I never feel rushed to make a decision. We will keep going back. I even recommended them to my daughter. She ended yoo trading her 2012 edge for a 2015. We both received great deals.
