Very pleasant experience. The truck I purchased, I first saw on the Harbin Ford web site. When I saw the truck in person, it looked as good as it did on the web. No pressure from the sales force. I was on line chatting with someone from Harbin about the truck and received an email shortly after our conversation was over with answers to my questions. All in all, it was a great experience.
The general manager and service manager went out of their way to reach out to me after a bad experience with the service department. They took actions to correct their lack of communication with me during the repair of my car! It’s not easy dealing with irate customers. They turned my bad experience into a good experience! Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I purchased my used car long distance and am very happy with my experience at Moss Motor Company. I wanted a specific configuration of Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the price had to be fair. I found that at Moss Motor Company in Tennessee, and I live in Michigan. Ben Bumpus at Moss Motor Company was honest in his representation of the vehicle in both online pictures and verbal description and phone conversations. He made the entire transaction smooth and easy, I never felt that I was being misled. This dealership is new to adding the Jeep and Chrystler line to their offering of Ford products, and yet everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Wonderful folks.

Got a great deal on a used For Fusion and received outstanding sales support from Robert Shrier. The experience was no pressure, no hassle, with dealer prep and taxes upfront; no surprises. Robert was very courteous and respectful with me and might I add patient as well. My wife and I can be a bit picky and Robert went out of his way to accommodate us. I also used the AUSA car buying service and Ray Pearman is the only dealer in Huntsville supporting the AUSA program. I really appreciate their support of Veterans. Lastly, I received a call from Ray Pearman himself which was very classy. This dealership really try's to earn your business which made it a hometown feel. This is scarce these days.

Their website had all the information I needed to make an informed decision about my purchase. Mr. Blevins was very patient regarding any questions about the vehicle and was available with critical information needed. When you find an operation that is accessible and approachable you have to support them to show the rest of the industry the kind of service and commitment shoppers require.
